"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Brandi Glanville frolicked in a bikini on the beach the other day ... proving she can still bring the heat, even after suffering from human papillomavirus (HPV).

In her new memoir, Brandi revealed she had HPV during her marriage to Eddie Cibrian ... and publicly claimed that HE was the one who gave it to her.  So far, Eddie has been mum on the allegation.

In recent interviews, Brandi claimed she is now HPV-free ... but we still gotta ask ...

HPV doesn't go away. You always carry the virus in youy system. She may not currently have the warts but she still has HPV.

Sorry HPV is incurable. It is a sexually transmitted virus. Hopefully she's up on her Pap smears and cervical swabs every six months because HPV loves to cause cervical cancer.

Doctors have told me that up to 75 percent of sexually active adults have HPV. Most have no idea.

there's no cure for HPV so you can't be HPV-free technically. you can show no symptoms or have a regular pap after a period of time but you can't "cure" it once you get it.
