Celebrity Hackers

Peace ... We're Outta Here!

EXCLUSIVE

0316-hacker-celebs-bye
The celebrity hackers who have been posting the financial information of a number of celebrities have decided to call it quits ... this according to a message posted on their website.

As TMZ first reported, the website popped up earlier this week and revealed sensitive info on a slew of famous people ... including Beyonce, Jay-Z, Donald Trump, Britney Spears, Mitt Romney, Tiger Woords, Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Mel Gibson, Ashton Kutcher, Joe Biden, Robert Mueller, Hillary Clinton,  ... and the list goes on.

But today the hackers have called an end to their cyber war, saying, "Hello everyone, this is our final message. Behind this jolly visage of rainbows and top hats, we are people. People with a preference for music, a preference for food; we have varying taste in clothes and television, we are just like you. Even Hitler and Osama Bin Laden had these unique variations and style, and isn't that interesting to know?"

They continued, "We have enjoyed every minute of the past 12 days of providing entertainment and laughs to all of you, sadly it's time to say bon voyage - we hope - inspiration, fear, denial, happiness, approval, disapproval, mockery, embarrassment, thoughtfulness, jealousy, hate, even love."

The hackers concluded by saying, "If you believe that God makes miracles, you have to wonder if Satan has a few up his sleeve."

That last line is from the show "Dexter" ... which the hackers have been heavily influenced by.

The FBI has been investigating since before the website became public.

Has there been a single tidbit of valuable information shared by this group? Any juicy gossip? Then what's the bfd?

I'm not sure comparing yourself to Hitler and Osama Bin Laden is the best way to go about this.

As exciting as this has been at times, it seems kind of pointless. I didn't find out anything informative. I knew these people were rich and entitled. Then to stand behind their point facelessly. Strange. I'm over this story.

They may be saying bye bye, but their site and all the info is still up. Here is the rest of the message:

"If anything, we hope we had a microscopic impact on someone, somewhere. Anywhere. From Russia with Love,"

These people sound like they really have it together as hackers...............we all know they will get caught .The only thing I have to say is how come CONGRESS can not work together as well as HACKERS can..........kinda makes you wonder.

Hope they can find the humor in spending a decade or few in federal prison. Beside the multiple felonies they committed just accessing the info, there's the publishing it. And doing it to the First Lady and Vice President -- well, now you've got the CIA, Secret Service and Homeland Security involved. They might not ever get out.

I hope when someone breaks into a hacker's home, steals their most personal and private items, then publishes them for all to read, that they won't call the police or complain. After all, breaking and entering, stealing, and invasion of privacy are all for the public good, right?
