Lindsay Lohan

Rehab Facility

4/10/2013 6:43 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

8:00 AM PDT:  Lindsay's attorney Mark Heller is telling various tabloids that no decision has been made on which rehab facility Lindsay will enter.

Sources connected to the situation tell TMZ ... Heller is not telling the truth. A decision HAS been made, and Lindsay's going to Seafield.

Lindsay Lohan
will do rehab 15 minutes from the hottest summer club scene in the country ... problem is, if she tries to escape she's going directly to jail.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Lindsay's lawyer and prosecutors have agreed on a facility where she'll do her 90 days of rehab.  It's called Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, NY.

Seafield is NOT a lockdown facility -- something prosecutors and the judge required.  But we broke the story ... there's no such thing as a true lockdown rehab joint where people are essentially held hostage.

We've learned prosecutors have modified the plea bargain and have agreed on Seafield.  It's an inpatient facility where patients are not supposed to leave, but no one can stop them if they walk out the door.

But here's the reason why Seafield was chosen -- It has 24-hour staff guarding the doors, as well as surveillance cameras and walls.  If Lindsay tries to leave, she can't be stopped, but someone would see her and notify authorities.  That would trigger a probation violation and the judge would almost certainly throw her butt in jail.

As for the cost ... $4,025 a week.  Grand total for 90 days -- $51,750.

One problem.  We've learned the facility is not designed for a 90-day stay.  The limit is 28 days.  An admissions person told TMZ ... they've never had anyone there longer for one stay.  But we've learned the administrator has told prosecutors he'd stylize a 90-day program just for Lindsay

One final thing.  There are lots of rules.  No tobacco, no cell phone, and you can't dress like a slut ...

Lindsay's a pathetic has been, desparately trying to hold on to her dwindling fame. She's destroyed her voice, her looks and what little talent she possessed.

She will not go down (haha, yeah right) without fighting for whatever bit of attention there's left to garner.

Can't wait for the final curtain to fall.

all about the money

LA needs to get rid of the weak prosecutors and find some that wont bow down to hollywood. Lilo was supposed to be in custody not club med. Her lawyer knew there was no such thing as a lockdown center and scammed the prosecutors and judge in this case. Now we got to wait and see if they have the back bone to revoke her probation and send her to prison when she walks out of the rehab and goes into town to party which everyone knows she will. Does anyone really think she will be able to pass up hitting the nightclubs? With her history of rehab failures and sneaking out to party before why do they think this is going to be any different. She has problems yet hasn't figured out to stay away from people that are bad influences in her life, stay out of clubs and away from alcohol / drugs, and does not believe she has a problem to begin with so wont accept rehab and will just fake her way through like she has in the past..

It wouldn't matter if the rehab facility was in Siberia or Timbuktu she would find a way to screw it up. I mean come on, this is Lindsay we're talking about.

Ok I just spoke to someone that was an inpatient in Seafield a few years back. It will almost impossible for someone to sneak out-the place is small and you are always watched. If you are on meds they will crush the drug up so that no one is hoarding or able to sell them. The smoking will not be an issue. So if Squeaky wants to stay drunk and high there it isn't gowning work. I didn't have time to ask too many questions but I doubt she will last very long there.

But can she bring her Aderall?

Since Lindsay is sober maybe she can move into one of their "sober" houses after rehab.

They also don't permit exchanging of bodily fluids between guests, be it mano a mano or lizbo a lizbo.

It's better than the Long Island Center for Recovery (LICR) which is right next to THE BOARDY BARN! - BTW if you bring your LICR coin (after completing 28 days of treatment,) you get a free pitcher of beer at the Barn and they nail your coin on the wall. High class all the way.

What's up with her voice? Any roles out there for character with raspy, haggerd voice?

Here is part of a recap of Squeaky's Letterman's appearance from Newsday.

The interview was like the third step in her 12-step program -- although a recidivist, you suspect she'll be saying the same thing to Dave (or Jimmy Fallon a year from now, when he's the new host of "Tonight"). Because: You also suspect that she desperately covets the attention, much as late night hosts (and TV blogs) covet giving it to her. But in some quiet place in her mind -- if there is such a place -- she has to realize that they wouldn't give her all this attention if she wasn't so troubled in the first place. That means interviews like this may all just be part of a vicious cycle

Is this Rehab facility requiring $51.750 up front or are they planning on Lindsay running out on the bill and never paying?

Lily Daisy

What a joke! Obviously, the powers that be aren't interested in the rehabilitation of Lindsay Lohan. This decision may serve to continue her lifelong problems. I hope not, because at some point, her luck may run out and she may actually be faced with a dose of reality that can't be manipulated to her benefit.
