Boston Marathon Bombing

Suspect #2 Remains

in Serious Condition

4/20/2013 5:10 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0420-Dzhokhar-Tsarnaev-APDzhokhar Tsarnaev -- the 19-year-old suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing -- remains in serious condition at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston following his capture last night in Watertown, MA.

Tsarnaev was found hiding inside a boat that sat in the driveway of David Henneberry, who became suspicious when he saw the boat's tarp flapping in the wind. Henneberry's stepson told CNN he went out to investigate when he noticed the tarp had been cut ... and a closer inspection revealed it was stained with blood.

Henneberry investigated further and, according to his stepson, "He basically stuck his head under the tarp (and) noticed a pool of blood."

Upon his capture, Tsarnaev was not read his Miranda rights because the authorities instead invoked the public safety exception to question him extensively about other potential explosive devices or accomplices and to try to gain intelligence.

Tsarnaev's older brother, Tamerlan, died following a gunfight with police early Friday morning.

Well there are a few things about this whole situation that bother me. The whole thing is, that bomb under the grandstand. Unless someone can give me a LOGICAL, not patriotic answer to a few questions it will continue to bother me, and alot of other people who can see this from an outside perspective.

I would like to start with the following statements:
1) Am
I sorry for the people who got injured and the child that died? ABSOLUTELY
2)Am I sorry that innocent people got hurt and suffered severely both emotionally and physically?
ABSOLUTELY.
3) Did I see this coming? ABSOLUTELY

That leads me to the rest of my concerns. Let's begin with the grandstand un-detonated bomb. there are several questions surrounding this. How did it get there? Why didn't it go off? How was it not detected?

How at an event of that magnitude, that happens annually, and happens in the same spot every year did a bomb make it under the main grandstand at the finish line. There are hundreds of police officers, paramedics, security guards and other official personnel on the ground through out the entire course. I happen to know that for an event this size all the main and important spots ie: the grandstands, are swept with dogs for bombs. Given the nature of the climate in the country with North Korea doing what they are, and in a post 9/11 United States, so concerned with domestic security, those stands were swept. So that leaves the question with the answer none of the citizens of your country want to look at. Who placed those bombs there and why weren't the found and stopped before something went wrong? They were placed there by the government you elected into power and they were not all meant to be found.

Do I think the the two people being held responsible for this event had anything to do with this? Yes, I do. Do I think they acted alone? No, I do not.

There is a trend in the U.S that a lot of people may see but no one will admit is there. It's not just your current government, but your past governments as well. When ever the emotional climate of your country shifts towards being unhappy and thinking that your government is not doing enough to "keep you safe" something happens. An event occurs that calls for the need to the government to respond and prove to you that "look what we can do. See we are keeping you safe. We are on your side." The truth hurts.

One final thought. All these new laws surrounding your basic rights that your government is trying to implement that impede on your basic rights, think about this. If these laws, rules or ideas were being forced in a foreign land, how long would it take for the United States to say "These people deserve their freedoms and we are going to help them get them" and go stick their nose where it doesn't belong. Your government is doing the same thing to you, But unlike those countries, no one is going to come and say "These people deserve their freedoms and we are going to help them get them".

So, do I feel bad that innocent people were hurt? ABSOLUTELY. Do I feel bad that people lost their lives? ABSOLUTELY. Do you know deep in your heart who did this? Yes,
I think you do.

Is that a picture of Dzokhar getting out of the boat? He doesn't look all shot up there. He is sitting up and stradling the gunwale perhaps. I don't get it. It looks like a cop is standing in front of him waiting for him to come down. So where is the pool of blood? Where is the grenade and shooting damage from when they took him out of the boat?

If he was wounded and lying in a pool of blood in a boat all day, how did he manage to carry weapons and grenades and bombs with him into the boat. These stories make no sense.

I think they captured him in tact and then shot him up somewhere. I don't know, maybe they want these men dead so they can't prove their innocence. They didn't even get their miranda rights. There is no due process going on and I think it is due to the Patriot Act.

I think this is exactly what the US miliatry forces have been doing overseas in the name of the war on terror for years. Now they are trying to start that up here. They think they can turn this country into the next war torn wasteland run by gangs and contractors.

The American police and the FBI, have not yet shown evidence that the killers are only shown pictures of them at the event, and this proves nothing, now they want him to confess without a lawyer, ta stranger this story

Feel sorry about America. After Bin Laden then a cheap, sissy did it again. He's a fall guy. How easy to take a foreign guy's face and televise it and he's an instant terrorist.

"Tsarnaev was not read his Miranda rights because the authorities instead invoked the public safety exception to question him extensively about other potential explosive devices or accomplices and to try to gain intelligence."

That's a sure way to lose the admissibility of his statements -as it is a violation of his Fifth Amendment right- and to lose a trial over a technicality, the victims families will be glad to learn about it...
