Lindsay Lohan

Chooses Fry's Over Rehab

Lindsay Lohan
's lawyer lied in court today when he said his client was already ensconced in a rehab facility ... she was actually roaming the aisles of an electronics store.

Lindsay was at Fry's Electronics in Fountain Valley, CA at 9 AM ... the same time her lawyer, Mark Heller, told the judge she was confined to Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach.

Fact is ... this post went up at 11:10 AM PT and she's still not at Morningside.  Lindsay's SUV arrived at the facility a short time ago but she didn't get out ... the vehicle left with Lindsay still inside.

It's unclear if the judge will allow Lindsay to do her 90 days at Morningside.  TMZ broke the story ... the facility had its license REVOKED and it can no longer provide treatment.  It's just a sober living facility, and it's doubtful that's gonna cut it with hizzoner.

The judge probably did need to give prosecutors time to properly object or agree to Morningside, that's what the procedure must be. Also her lawyer was claiming she was already in the place, and judges generally are careful about hauling people out of rehab once they are in. But if the prosecution properly shows that the facility can't satisfy his original orders and that her lawyer lied - I hope he just picks one from the already approved list for her and tells her she has one to three days to start her sentence there. depending on how far it is from the courtroom. I would suggest Seafield only since she seems to hate the idea... Suggesting they really will keep her on a short leash as the judge intended.

It will probably end up like when she got fired from community service by the women's center and then wiggled over to the Red Cross, which gave her "home work" as before so her sister or assistant could do it for her. But when she was dragged back into court, the judge didn't allow any Red Cross hours to count and told her to finish her community service at the morgue, which was the other place the judge had assigned her to initially for part of the sentence. The judge had been very specific for a reason and Lindsay couldn't get her to budge with her little maneuvers. If this judge feels Morningside won't keep a watchful eye on her, keep her confined to the premises, and immediately alert authorities when she skips, I don't think he is going to allow it. He probably doesn't care if she boozes and drugs and smokes her way through it, he just wants her locked up for three months on her own dime. Seafield sounds really good for her because they might succeed in giving her body a rest from all the booze and drugs, but that's not really the court's concern. She's so stupid.

If she shops at Chanel and all the other high end stores, why does she always look like a homeless bag lady?

Lindsay Lohan’s Mom Blames Dad Michael For Rehab Mess!

Posted on May 2, 2013 @ 14:15PM | By Amber Goodhand, News Editor

INF/Wenn/FameFlynet

Lindsay Lohan checked into the Morningside Recovery center in California on Thursday and fled literally two minutes later claiming she “didn’t need rehab,” but her mother Dina exclusively tells RadarOnline.com that dad Michael is to blame for this rehab debacle!

“Lindsay didn’t not go to Seafield in New York because of the smoking thing. That’s a complete lie. Michael was basically threatening Seafield because he wanted Lindsay to go to the place in Florida,” Dina claims.

“I put Michael in Seafield 15 or 20 years ago and he left in the middle of the night and showed up at my place drunk and out of control. The people running the center remember him and he has serious anger issues.”

According to Dina, Lindsay was forced to go to Morningside Recovery instead of Seafield because they refused to take her for fear of Michael!

“They didn’t want him ever visiting if Lindsay went there,” she told Radar.

“It was so bad with Seafield that they basically said Lindsay couldn’t go there because they couldn’t risk having Michael show up.”

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported on Thursday afternoon, the Mean Girls star showed up to the California treatment facility and then immediately walked right out.

“She told people there that she didn’t need rehab,” a source familiar with the situation told Radar.

“And then she left. Everyone was stunned.”

Michael confirmed Lindsay left rehab telling Radar, “I have no other choice than to get this out there to help Lindsay.”

So where did Lindsay go? Michael told Radar she’s headed back to New York, which could spell out big trouble for the 26-year-old.

“If that’s the case I have been told that she will be arrested in New York and her bail will be set at $100,000,” he said.

Before Radar exclusively reported that Lindsay left rehab Dina pleaded, “All I ask for as her mother, is for the press to leave her alone and let her heal.”

Dina has been unavailable for comment since Lindsay’s flee from Morningside.

I have got to give credit to Reese Witherspoon and her husband. She pleaded no contest and he pleaded guilty to their respective charges. They were arrested what a week ago? Make a mistake and accept the consequences. Not all actors are POS.

Maybe tomorrow I'll fo question some of the folks I talk to there (as in most all of them).

NUTS - DOUBLE NUTS.

So how did TMZ get a photog in the store? I don't think that was story policy to allow them to do that!

THIS WAS ON ROL TOO

Sorry, Lindsay! Lohan’s Last Minute ‘Rehab Switch-A-Roo’ Will NOT Be Approved By D.A.

WENN

Prosecutors overseeing Lindsay Lohan‘s 90-day rehab treatment at controversial Morningside Recovery in Orange County, California will NOT permit the embattled starlet to continue treatment there because of numerous concerns at the facility – those issues include lack of security and not thoroughly searching patients visitors for drugs and alcohol, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

In a stunning revelation, Morningside Recovery had its license to provide residential treatment revoked last year, but the facility is certified to provide outpatient treatment, according to a rep in the licensing office of the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs. “Morningside can’t provide residential treatment to anyone, but they can provide outpatient services,” the rep told Radar.

Meanwhile, prosecutors were facing ANOTHER unexpected turn of events Thursday when Lohan walked in and right out of Morningside! Radar has exclusive details here of the bizarre situation.

As we previously reported, Lohan was ordered to rehab for 90-days as part of a plea agreement reached in her lying to cops case.

Los Angeles City Attorney Terry White — who expressed his dismay in court Thursday morning over Lohan’s last minute decision to enroll in Morningside, after another facility had already been signed off — “absolutely won’t approve this facility for Lindsay to do her 90-day treatment. The lack of proper licensing, along with the lack of security and not properly searching guests of patients for drugs and alcohol are just a few reasons why a hearing will be scheduled to determine where she should be sent.”

Lindsay is currently living at one of Morningside’s sober living facilities in Orange County. The facility owns numerous houses. Morningside transports patients from the sober living houses to their offices for outpatient treatment, including group therapy, and individual counseling sessions,” a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Also bothersome to prosecutors is field trips that patients take to nearby Disnelyand! Treatment at Morningside starts at $35k a month!

According to the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs Suspended and Revoked Program list as of March 2013, Morningside Recovery is mentioned eleven times.

This is Lindsay’s sixth trip to rehab, and she spent 270 days in treatment previously.

Calls and emails request for comment to Morningside Recovery weren’t immediately returned.

Ok, judgey wudgey, what's your next move? Continue to let her make a fool out of you and the courts or throw her carcass in jail for the whole 90 days with no early release? Come grow a pair with hair and just do it!!!

If anybody is stupid enough to interview her on tv again, I hope their first question is "If you're not an addict, why all the drama over being kept from booze and drugs for three months?".
