'Dark Knight' Shooter

I'm Not Guilty ...

Because I'm Insane

breaking news

0401_james_holmes_01
James Holmes
-- the monster behind the gruesome "Dark Knight" massacre last year -- has just entered a not guilty plea ... by reason of insanity.

A plea of not guilty had previously been entered on Holmes' behalf back in March by the judge because Holmes' lawyers weren't prepared to plead for him at the time.

The judge will decide whether to accept Holmes' new plea by May 28th.

Holmes killed 12 people and injured an additional 58 during the Aurora, Colorado shooting last July. He is charged with 142 crimes, including 24 1st degree murder counts, and 116 counts of attempted murder.

Prosecutors announced last month they would be seeking the death penalty.

Give the survivors and their families a fork and let them each stab him with it till he bleeds out and dies.

He's not insane. An insane person believes in the reason they do what they do and don't try to hide or blend in so they can get away. He's mental but he's not insane. Kill him now.

3-6 months of PLANNING IN ADVANCE isn't insanity. What makes me sick is that he knows EXACTLY what he's doing and is playing the "justice" system (he studied physiology for God's sake).

In a perfect world, I wouldn't want him to die immediately. But instead let someone like Jigsaw (from the movie saw) get a hold of him and kill him SLOWLY. He's a smart person and needs to suffer--but not on our tax dollars...

as much as I advocate for the mentally ill, this guy needs to be legally gone from this earth! He can't be saved, he won't repent, he is too far gone and he will forever be a danger to himself and others. There may have been a time when he could have been helped and his actions may have been avoided but those around him chose to look the other way or threw up their hands and gave up on him. Sometimes the mentally ill can't help themselves, this is why we need quality medical mental health care in this country. Mental illness is not going to go away.

First he says "throw out the death penalty and I will plead guilty" He gets a NO, so now he says he is crazy. Yeah right, he just dosn't want the death penalty, should have thought of that before he gave the death penalty to all those innocent movie goers.
