MJ's Ex-Housekeeper

Key Witness in Wade's

Molestation Lawsuit

EXCLUSIVE

The Neverland housekeeper who graphically described seeing Wade Robson naked in a shower with Michael Jackson ... will play a huge role in whether Robson wins a cent from MJ's Estate in his new civil lawsuit, TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the case tell us Wade's lawyers are dissecting Blanca Francia's testimony during Jackson's 2005 molestation trial.

During the trial, Francia -- who worked at Neverland in the late '80s -- testified she witnessed Jackson showering naked with a 7 or 8-year-old Wade.

We obtained a transcript of the testimony in which Francia describes seeing Michael's underwear on the floor outside the shower, as well as Wade's child-sized neon green underwear.

She said she couldn't see what Michael was doing exactly because the shower door was fogged up, but said she heard him laughing.

Ultimately, Francia's testimony wasn't enough to sway the jury -- MJ was acquitted -- partly because Wade himself also testified, but insisted Michael never touched him.

TMZ broke the story ... Wade is planning to argue that MJ's companies -- MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures -- had a duty to protect him because they were involved in recruiting him from Australia to work with Michael.

According to sources, Wade wants to use Blanca's testimony to show Michael abused him as a child. We're told Wade's lawyers are also trying to contact her to see if she will cooperate in the new case.

Oh, I also think the maid was jealous of the children.
She wouldn't let anyone near Michael Jackson or his room, she noticed that Children could come and go from his room as much as they wanted.
She took his things when ever she pleased and she asked for money off him as she said up to the sum of $5,000 over the time she worked for him.
.
In the time she worked for him, he was doing the BAD tour he was back in neverland in 1989 which is when wade first visited him and stayed in the room with his sister and Michael, for one week ONLY. The n he went back to Australia and visited Michael a couple more times before moving. BUT he said he was only alone with michael once in that time and 3 other people were there.
.
1991 she quit, sept 1991 he and his mother and sister moved to America.
.
She lied about what she saw nothing but jealousy. She was jealous that other children were taking the light from her son, who was receiving gifts from Michael Jackson. She was Jealous that the children overrode her when it came to his room.
And she also had a friend who got her to go and talk on Hard copy her language skills in english is not very good, even in 2005 she found it hard to understand what both sides were asking her. She could easily be led by her friend and told to tell the story her friend use to work for Michael too.

Everyone (including myself at first) has been siding with Michael Jackson. And in the past I have always thought that people were targeting Michael for money since he seemed to be an easy target after the multimillion dollar payout accuser number one received...but it dawned on me while reading so many of these very strong opinions on here against Wade...IF! He was creating this story for attention and wanted people to notice him again or talk about him again he could have created any scandal. His name is still popular enough that any scandal he could have been involved in would have been talked about. It really wouldn't make sense to attack someone that you once idolized and disgrace his name after death unless you were really telling the truth. It really is the only thing in this case that makes sense. He's made mistakes in the way he's worded some things in the press but I personally suffer from repressed memories from a sexual abuse so IT DOES happen.

Well luckily the people with a few brain cells left believe none of this. I hardly think there would be a Vegas tribute show and constant airplay on the radio -to this day- for a child molester. My faith in humanity is shaken, not destroyed.

Is Robson going for a payday? Of course. Did MJ molest him? Of course. Jackson displayed every symptom of a classic pedophile. He used his wealth and, when necessary, straight out intimidation to silence the kids. Some of his defenders simply may be poor judges of character. Some simply may be naive. Some may be deluded. But some, like the editors of TMZ, know exactly what Jackson was, and still they put on faux outrage when he's called on it. There's no profit for TMZ in "pedophile Michael Jackson." To keep the gravy train rolling, they hold his accusers up to ridicule. It's sickening.

Jury gets first glimpse of defense in Jackson case

May 18, 2013, 12:13 PM EST

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A look at key moments this past week in the wrongful death trial in Los Angeles between Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine Jackson, and concert giant AEG Live LLC, and what is expected at court in the week ahead:

THE CASE

Jackson's mother wants a jury to determine that the promoter of Jackson's planned comeback concerts didn't properly investigate Dr. Conrad Murray, who a criminal jury convicted of involuntary manslaughter for Jackson's June 2009 death. AEG's attorney says the case is about personal choice, namely Jackson's decision to have Murray serve as his doctor and give him doses of a powerful anesthetic as a sleep aid. Millions, possibly billions, of dollars are at stake.

WHAT HAPPENED

— Jurors heard from AEG Live's first two witnesses, a pair of choreographers who worked on Jackson's ill-fated "This Is It" shows. Stacy Walker told the panel she never saw any signs Jackson was impaired or ill during rehearsals. Her colleague Travis Payne, who rehearsed one-on-one with Jackson, acknowledged he couldn't say how many times the pair actually rehearsed and said he was concerned the singer was under the influence of prescription medications in the weeks before his death.

— An AEG accounting executive testified about the budget for "This Is It," which was planning on paying Murray up to $1.5 million for the first few months of the shows. The former cardiologist was never paid because Jackson died before signing his contract.

WHAT THE JURY SAW

— Payne shift from a composed, sometimes-smiling witness to one who fought back tears toward the end of his day-and-a-half of testimony. His devotion to Jackson was evident from his wardrobe, which included a black blazer with an emblem stitched onto each sleeve containing the letters "MJ" and golden wings.

— Lots of courthouse hallways and downtown Los Angeles. Friday's session featured a four-hour lunch break due to witness availability issues. The trial's third week featured only three days of live testimony and the jury was kept waiting or sent out of the room numerous times while attorneys argued legal issues.

QUOTABLE MOMENTS

— "Sometimes in rehearsal, Michael would appear just a little loopy," Payne said of Jackson's demeanor after visiting his longtime dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein, who is not a party to the case.

— "I just never in a million years thought he would leave us, or pass away," choreographer Stacy Walker said of Jackson. Walker testified for AEG and said she never saw signs Jackson was under the influence of medications or was ill.

OUTSIDE THE COURTROOM

— A state attorney urged a court to reject an appeal by Jackson's former doctor, Conrad Murray, stating there were no legal errors by a trial judge and the physician's own attorneys failed to raise issues at the appropriate time. Murray has shown no remorse for playing "Russian roulette" with Jackson's life.

WHAT'S NEXT

— A corporate attorney for AEG Live will testify, reflecting a shift in the trial focus away from Jackson and toward a central issue in the case — whether Murray was hired by the concert promoter.

I truly adore MJ. And have every since I can remember & I'm 36 yrs old. Yet, I do weigh out all oprions & believe that there's some fact to all rumors in every situation. The great thing about this one is, MJ has no doubt paid for any wrong doings on his behalf & if there's any untruths to Mr. Waders story he too shall have to answer to God & that's where it truly counts

Wade is truly a brave man. When asked how he feels about M Jackson, he finished with the word "compassion". That is something the rabids would never understand and would never notice how complex and the true meaning of love is. Assuming Wade is truly straight, that is a very risky word to use towards your sex abuser!

LOVE YOU, WADE!!!!

Nobody but this guy will ever know if he is telling the truth or not. But even if it is true, he missed his window. You can't wait until a guy dies, claim he molested you and then expect millions of dollars. There is no way to do a proper investigation and the accused isn't there to defend himself, which every person has a right to do...guilty or not. If it happened, I feel bad for him...but he should have come to this realization before Michael died. Not after. And he shouldn't be trying to sue these companies regardless. There is no way that they are at all responsible for what Michael did in his private time. Did his parents give their permission for him to be there. If so, they are more at fault than these companies are.
