Chris Brown just learned that ole saying -- mess with Miss Russian L.A. ... get charged with hit-and-run. Or something like that.

Anyway, CB's screwed after a fender bender with the chick.

I don't like Chris Brown, and further, I think he should be in prison right now...for beating Rihanna, and for trashing the Today Show set, but really, a completely bogus hit-and-run case...where there was no damaged to either car, or any injury to either of the parties involved, isn't the case you want to prosecute him on. His lawyers can easily argue that Ms. Russia L.A. was confused because she does not have full command of the language, and misunderstood certain nuances of what Brown said. There are certain meanings, for instance, that don't translate from Russian to English, and vice versa--at all, period!!! This is especially true if, say...he was using ebonics. One simple misunderstood nuance, from Brown, or either the other driver...could be the issue. Ask yourselves this question after listening to her, "Could you really say that your converation with her", if you had one, "would be entirely fluid?" She was speaking to Harvey in broken English??? Hello????!!!! I speak to Russians and Ukrainians all of the time, and other foreigners...and must often guess at what they mean, based upon what they say to me. Sometimes they guess at what I mean, and several times there has been miscommunication real-time, where they can get easily frustrated and angry because they misunderstand me...and I am forced to calm them down, and restate what I have to say--repeatedly, in different ways...so that they will clearly understand me, as I intended. Much gets lost in translation--including entire meanings of words and sentences, as well as personal intent when dealing with foreigners. Russian, BTW, is the most difficult language in the world--thus, they (the Russians) have a lot to process--so English can throw them very easily. They even have whole letters in their alphabet...with very exotic multiple syllables. Given that this is the case, Brown should demand a full jury trial. Ms. Russia L.A. is the best witness that he could have ever asked, or wished, for. She was afraid of his tattoos, really??? They are common place in both the U.S. and in Russia. Her statement to that end, makes her appear to be jumpy. If she was afraid based upon his appearance alone, that may have caused her to be confused, mentally. I have noticed that when my foreign friends get upset, they have problems thinking in the English language, and revert to thinking in their native languages, and all becomes a mental fog for them. They stop even being able to process English. Given the "ify" facts here, the case should be immediately dropped for lack of evidence. BTW, it is still your constitutional right to be rude, even when exchanging lincense information, especially if you think that the other driver stopped short, or cut you off--pehaps to run and insurance scam. FYI, car insurance scams...via staged car accidents, are common place in Russia--the reason why most drivers there place multiple cameras in their cars, in order to catch scammers in the act of staging accidents. PS: Back to being rude at an accident scene. It doesn't make you a criminal, it only means that you are using your constitutionally guaranteed freedom of speech, to voice your opinion--even if it isn't to someone else's liking. If this was a case about intimidation, he would have been arrested and charged for that already. By the looks of the photos taken at the scene, it doesn't appear that she was afraid or being intimidated by him, or anyone--no, not one bit!!!

Kev the Realist

What are we now supposed to feelo sorry for this angry, gay, woman beating POS thug. He is getting exactly what he deserves. He has serious psychological issues and one of these days he is going to seriously hurt someone (probably a woman, as if he picks on a real man, he will get his ugly ass Kicked.) n He is a classless self absorbed, egotistical a$$hole.

This whole case is a mess, and won't end in a conviction...as TMZ's own video of the incident clearly shows that the Russian girl lied to the police, and then she lied to Harvey and the TMZ staff when she said that Brown and his girlfriend were yelling at her, and calling her names at the time of the accident. This would also mean that she lied to the District Attorney's investigators--as well, she lied to her insurance company, etc. You have all seen the video, and none of her claims about being yelled at...or vulgar words being directed at her by Brown and his girlfriend, never occured. BTW, it is illegal to lie to the police, and you can be charged for that. Worse still, if you lie under-oath, you can be charged for committing perjury, and a jury can consider everything that you say about the central evidence in a case..., and everything else you say, to be a lie. PS: Further, you can be charged for perjury. And lastly, prosecutors can be charged for willfully, and knowingly, suborning perjury from, and by, a witness. Harvey is well aware of this fact!
