Wade Robson

Details Molestation Allegations Against MJ

6/27/2013 12:20 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0625-wade-robson-tmz
Wade Robson has outlined the sexual molestation allegations against Michael Jackson, claiming MJ molested him in various ways from February 4, 1990 and 7 years thereafter.

The documents -- obtained by TMZ -- are heavily redacted.  In one section alone, 7 lines of alleged abuse are blacked out.

Wade's lawyer claims after MJ's first accuser -- Jordan Chandler -- made allegations against MJ, Michael started calling Wade and "brainwashed him into being a good soldier."

According to the docs, Michael would role-play with Wade, saying "They are saying we did all of this disgusting sexual stuff.  We never did any of that, right?"

In another role-playing session in 2005 - during the molestation trial -- Michael allegedly told Wade, "They are making up all these lies about you and I, saying that we did all this disgusting sexual stuff.  They are just trying to take us down, take away my power and my money, take away our careers.  We can't let them do this."

The docs also describe the incident reported by a former housekeeper during MJ's 2005 criminal trial -- when she testified that she walked by Michael's shower and heard him playing with "little Wade." She said she saw two pairs of underwear outside the shower -- one was MJ's, the other was a "little boy's neon green pair."

MESEREAU: And at no time has any sexual contact ever occurred between you and Mr. Jackson, right?

ROBSON: Never.

MESEREAU: Have you ever taken a shower with Mr. Jackson?

ROBSON: No.

...

MESEREAU: Did anything inappropriate ever happen in that Jacuzzi?

ROBSON: No.

MESEREAU: Has anything inappropriate ever happened in any shower with you and Mr. Jackson?

ROBSON: No. Never been in a shower with him.

...

MESEREAU: Is everything you've said the complete and honest truth?

ROBSON: Yes.

MESEREAU: Did Mr. Jackson ever do anything wrong with you?

ROBSON: No.

...

ZONEN: You're telling us nothing happened; is that right?

ROBSON: Yes.

ZONEN: All right. What you're really telling us is nothing happened while you were awake; isn't that true?

ROBSON: I'm telling you that nothing ever happened.

ZONEN: Mr. Robson, when you were asleep, you wouldn't have known what had happened, particularly at age seven, would you have?

ROBSON: I would think something like that would wake me up.

...

MESEREAU: Never saw anything inappropriate happen, right?

ROBSON: No.

MESEREAU: Has anything this prosecutor for the government has said to you changed your opinion of Michael Jackson?

ROBSON: Not at all.

MESEREAU: Does it change your opinion as to whether or not he ever did anything inappropriate with a child?

ROBSON: Not at all.

-- Good luck explaining all this testimony away as perjury, Wade!

I believe everything he's saying. But the only way he should collect a penny is if he turns it all over to Gavin Arvizo. Wade was a coward to not have supported this poor victim.

Wade really MAKES ME SICK. There is no a person more disgusting than him. He had the rare and precious possibility to meet Michael Joe Jackson, and what does he do? He invents some untrue and false things like that. But the King will come back. And when he'll come back, the truth will win as usual ♥

Blanca Francia

Blanca Francia was an illegal immigrant from El Salvador who worked as a maid for Jackson between 1986 and 1991. She first gained notoriety in December 1993, when she appeared on Diane Dimond’s tabloid television show, Hard Copy and claimed she had witnessed Jackson allegedly showering in the nude with a young boy during the time she worked for him. As it was later revealed, and as she also admitted during Jackson’s 2005 trial, she received $20,000 from Hard Copy [1]. Although she left her job at Jackson’s more than two years before the Hard Copy interview, and allegedly she quit in disgust, she was not disgusted enough to report to authorities what she allegedly witnessed. In actuality, she never mentioned the story to anyone before the Chandler scandal went public in 1993. As a matter of fact, in 1993, while being deposed, Blanca admitted that she had never seen Jackson showering in the nude with anyone. She complained that Hard Copy edited her interview in such a way that she seemed to say things she had never actually said.

Meanwhile, there were ex-employees of Jackson who went public to defend the entertainer from Francia's allegations. Jackson's former maid, Shanda Lujan, who worked with Blanca Francia at Neverland, said of Francia's claims: "I think it's ridiculous. He was great with kids. I think he'd make a very good father. He's just wonderful with them." [2] Another former maid, Francin Orosco said that Blanca Francia was very possessive of Jackson: "You could tell a lot that she had a little crush on him, very jealous of the other housekeepers. She didn't want no one close to Michael. There's a lot of jealousy there." [2]

The claim that Hard Copy edited her interview and the fact she admitted in a 1993-94 deposition that she never saw Jackson shower naked with anyone, did not prevent the prosecution from putting Blanca Francia on the stand at Jackson’s 2005 trial, where she went back to her Hard Copy story and now alleged again that she did witness Jackson shower naked with a young boy, Wade Robson. In 2005 her explanation for the contradiction with her 1993-94 depositions was that “Well, at that time I guess I was tired and nervous, I guess”[1].

On direct examination during Jackson’s 2005 trial, Blanca Francia claimed that once while Wade Robson was visiting with Jackson, she walked into Jackson’s bedroom suite and heard voices laughing and playing coming from the bathroom. She claimed when she went up to see what was going on, she saw two pairs of underwear in front of the shower belonging to Jackson and Wade Robson. She claimed she could identify Robson’s underwear because she used to do the laundry for the guests of Neverland. She claimed she witnessed two figures inside the shower through the fogged up window of the shower, the size and of Jackson and Robson, and she heard the voices of Jackson and Robson. [1]

On cross-examination Jackson’s lawyer, Thomas Mesereau confronted Francia with the fact that in her 1993-94 depositions she admitted that she only saw one figure in the shower.

Quote:
Q. Okay. You only saw one person in the shower, right?
A. I saw him in the shower and the little kid.
Q. But in your deposition you said you could only see one person, but you heard giggling, right?
A. Yeah, but I hear two people --
Q. You heard two people. You could only see one through the glass, right?
A. Mostly, yeah. Mostly. [1]

[…]

Q. Do you remember in the deposition saying you never saw anyone else in the shower but Mr. Jackson?
A. I don’t think I say that.
Q. Would it refresh your recollection if I show you the transcript?
A. Okay.
[…]
Q. Have you had a chance to look at that page of the deposition?
A. Yes.
Q. Does it refresh your memory about what you said about the shower?
A. Yeah.
Q. You saw one person, Mr. Jackson, right?
A. Yes.
Q. Or it looked like him through the glass, right?
A. Yes.
Q. And the only voice you really heard was Mr. Jackson, correct?
A. No.
Q. That wasn’t correct?
A. I hear two -- two. [1]

Although Francia still insisted she heard two voices, in her 1993-94 depositions at one point she admitted she actually heard only one.

Quote:
Q. Do you remember you were asked in your deposition, “Did you hear anything else other than Michael laughing?” And you said, “No”?
A. Yeah.
Q. Was that the truth?
A. Yes.[1]

It also has to be noted that according to Francia’s testimony the water was running and the radio was on while she claimed to hear all those voices - or one voice, considering which of version of her testimony you want to believe.

During Blanca Francia’s testimony it was also revealed that she often took things from Jackson’s bedroom, such as a watch or a jacket, without Jackson’s permission. She and the prosecution attempted to downplay these thefts by claiming the watch Blanca took from Jackson's bedroom was not an expensive item, just some promotional material, and by claiming that she did not try to hide from Jackson that she took those items: “At one time I was wearing it, one of his jackets, and he say -- and he told me that it was his jacket. And I say, “Yeah, I was cold.” And he say, “Oh, that’s okay” [1], she said.

On another occasion, Francia was caught looking into the purse of another employee, Gayle Goforth. Francia said she did that to see how much Goforth was paid. Francia’s leaving her employment in May 1991 probably had more to do with incidents like these than with her being disgusted with anything that in the hindsight she claimed to have witnessed at Neverland.

During her testimony in 2005, Blanca Francia also admitted that in 1993, besides Hard Copy, she contemplated selling her story to the National Enquirer. One of the reporters who used to work for the Enquirer, Jim Mitteager had a habit of taping his conversations. When he died his tapes were inherited by private investigator and tabloid broker, Paul Barresi. The Mitteager tapes reportedly include a conversation in which it is claimed that in 1993, Enquirer reporter, Lydia Encinas befriended Blanca Francia and at the time allegedly helped transcribe Francia’s police interview. On the Mitteager tapes, Enquirer editor, David Perel tells Mitteager on March 23, 1994, that: “the reason why Lydia Encinas is involved is because she speaks Spanish and she’s got a good relationship with Blanca.” [4]

In April 2005, journalist, Michelle Caruso claimed to have questioned detective Russ Birchim, who interviewed Francia in 1993, about Encinas' involvement. “Lydia Encinas was not the translator. But I did meet with her in Los Angeles” [4], answered Birchim. "Caruso also noted, that when asked to explain why, in the course of a criminal investigation, he had met up with a National Enquirer reporter in the first place – Birchim refused to elaborate." [4]

Another journalist, Victor Gutierrez, also claimed to have befriended Blanca Francia [5]. Victor was a NAMBLA member and a fantasist determined to set Jackson up as a pedophile and sought out many of the people around Jackson in order to sync up narratives and stories.

Wade Robson is super successful in his career. He would be crazy to make this up. If you know anything at all about sexual abuse (or have experienced it yourself) you can understand where he's coming from. Just because MJ was a huge celebrity and incredibly talented doesn't make it OK for him to be allowed to victimize kids who were obviously starstruck. There is so much evidence that he was inappropriate with kids how could you stick up for him?

Michael Jackson's nephew broke down crying on the witness stand Thursday and told jurors that the King of Pop's daughter is "in a tough spot" after her recent attempted suicide.

Tito "T.J." Jackson Jr. didn't specifically mention the June 5 call to paramedics saying Paris Jackson had taken 20 Motrin pills and slashed her arm with a kitchen knife. But he said that as her co-guardian along with grandmother Katherine Jackson, he's now working overtime to help the troubled teen.

"I don't want to go into details on what's going on with Paris now, but could you explain how Paris is handling the loss of her father?" asked Kevin Boyle, one of the lawyers representing Katherine in her wrongful death case against concert promoter AEG Live.

"It's tough," TJ said. "She was daddy's girl. My uncle was her world."

T.J. acknowledged Michael's death has "been very hard" for all three kids - including Michael’s sons Prince, 16, and Blanket, 11 - but Paris was "the princess of his life."

"Paris has a heart of gold," he said of the 15-year-old. "I just think the loss of my uncle has hit her at a different level. She's in a tough spot, but we're all loving her and doing everything we can to get her where she should be."

The 34-year-old son of Jackson Five member Tito Jackson said he agreed to become co-guardian of Michael's kids because the "Thriller" singer gave him extra support and guidance after the 1994 drowning murder of his mom DeDe Jackson.

He called Michael his "mentor" and smiled as jurors watched a music video of him and his brothers singing with the pop icon.

"He was just everything," T.J., bowing his head in tears and needing a minute to compose himself.

T.J. called his grandmother the "queen" and "CEO" of the family, saying it was his role simply to help her in any way possible with Michael's kids.

He said Katherine also has taken Michael's death "very hard."

"Our children are supposed to outlive us, so it's been very difficult on our grandmother," he said.

The married dad with three kids of his own was named co-guardian last summer after some relatives reported Katherine "missing" while she was out of state with a group of Michael's siblings.

"(Prince) is an amazing person," he said. "Since he was a kid, he's always been one of the smartest kids I've ever seen or known, reading books at a young age, devouring books."

The high schooler recalled his tears the day of his dad's fatal overdose and lamented his inability to share milestones such as his driver's license and first girlfriend with his doting dad.

"Nothing will ever be the same," Prince testified Wednesday. "I can't sleep at night. I have a hard time sleeping. For a while after he died, I became emotionally distant from a lot of people."

Prince also touched on his sister's current hospitalization in general terms.

Michael Jackson rehearses for his planned shows in London at the Staples Center on June 23, 2009, in Los Angeles. Jackson died two days later at the age of 50.

A source told the Daily News Paris suffers from "severe" depression and likely will remain in treatment for an extended period.

Speaking to jurors Thursday, T.J. said Michael's youngest son Blanket also misses his dad but is trying to live a normal life - one that includes martial arts classes every Tuesday.

He said Blanket was always "very shy."

"Blanket was always wrapped around (Michael's) leg, right behind his leg," he said. "Wherever my uncle was, Blanket was there. My uncle was everything to Blanket."

Katherine is suing AEG Live for damages that could top $1 billion, saying the promoter of Michael's ill-fated "This Is It" concert series should be held liable for his death.

Her lawsuit claims AEG Live negligently hired the doctor who's now serving four years for Michael's fatal overdose on June 25, 2009.

AEG has denied any wrongdoing, arguing it was Michael who hired the doctor and went to great lengths to hide his use of an intravenous anesthetic as a treatment for his insomnia.

Nephew: Michael Jackson 'was just everything'

By Alan Duke, CNN

June 27, 2013 -- Updated 2153 GMT (0553 HKT)

Randy Phillips: He's president of AEG Live, the concert promoter that contracted with Michael Jackson for his "This Is It" comeback shows set to start in London in July 2009. The Jackson lawsuit says Phillips supervised Dr. Conrad Murray's treatment of Jackson in the weeks before his death, making the company liable for damages. E-mails between Phillips and other executives showed they were worried about Jackson's missed rehearsals and sought Murray's help getting him ready.

Los Angeles (CNN) -- Jurors heard more testimony Thursday about the emotional devastation caused by Michael Jackson's death.

"He was just everything," said T.J. Jackson, youngest son of Jackson's brother Tito.

T.J. Jackson, who shares guardianship of Michael Jackson's children -- Prince, Paris and Blanket -- with their grandmother, was called as a witness by Jackson lawyers at the wrongful death trial of AEG Live.

Michael Jackson's mother and his children contend his last concert promoter was liable for his death because it hired, retained or supervised Dr. Conrad Murray, who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter.

AEG Live lawyers argue it was Jackson, not the company, who chose and controlled Dr. Murray. Their executives had no way of knowing he was giving nightly infusions of the surgical anesthetic propofol to Jackson, which the coroner ruled killed the singer, the lawyers say.

If the jury concludes AEG Live has liability in Jackson's death, then they must put a dollar figure on damages -- including the emotional toll on the children caused by the loss of their father.

The oldest child, 16-year-old Prince, testified Wednesday that sister Paris, 15, "was probably hit the hardest because she was my dad's princess."

Paris has been hospitalized since a suicide attempt earlier this month, although it is unclear whether jurors will know about it.

"The loss of my uncle has hit her at a different level and she's in a tough spot, but we're loving her and doing everything we can," T.J. Jackson testified Thursday

He said he was at a loss for words to describe what Paris is going through. "It's tough, you know, it's tough."

"She was daddy's girl," he said. "My uncle was her world. My uncle gave them more love and for it to be taken away, it's been very hard for Paris, and for all of them."

Blanket, who was 7 when his father died, "was always wrapped around his leg, very shy," T.J. Jackson said. "Wherever my uncle was, Blanket was a foot away, My uncle was everything to Blanket."

"Right now, I don't know if Blanket realizes what he lost," Prince said. "He was so young. He is still growing up just like I am and he doesn't have a father to guide him."

Prince said he has "a hard time sleeping" since his father's death in 2009. It left him "emotionally distant from a lot of people" for a while, he said.

He's missed sharing with his father "the first day of going to school, having the first girlfriend, being able to drive," Prince testified.

T.J. Jackson said Prince was Michael Jackson's "little assistant."

"He was very mature for his age, very smart. My uncle would prepare him for things" by telling him about his business deals.

"He's very strong, he's very smart," he testified. "He was always the smartest kid I'd ever known."

As a guardian, T.J. Jackson said he must constantly deal with paparazzi stalking the children for photographs.

"It's, just to be frank, a complete annoyance," he said. "It's awful."

He suggested there should be a new law to protect celebrity children from photographers.

"I know it's making everything harder for the kids to grieve and to recover and to progress," he said.

Testimony in Jackson case focuses on paparazzi

June 27, 2013, 5:59 PM EST

By ANTHONY McCARTNEY , AP Entertainment Writer

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Scrutiny by paparazzi has made it more difficult for the children of Michael Jackson to grieve for their dead father, a family cousin who serves as co-guardian of the singer's children told a jury on Thursday.

TJ Jackson said the three children don't like the attention, and he supports any legislative effort to curb photographers from pursuing images of the sons and daughters of celebrities.

"In my opinion, I know it's making everything harder for the kids to grieve and recover and progress," Jackson said.

The comments came as Jackson testified during a civil trial involving the death of the pop star about his relationship with his famous uncle and the singer's parenting of his children.

He cited remarks made Tuesday by Halle Berry in Sacramento as the Legislature considers a bill that would change the definition of harassment to include photographing or recording a child without the permission of a legal guardian.

Anyone convicted of a first offense could spend between 10 days and a year in jail.

TJ Jackson said he had to consider whether Michael Jackson's youngest son Blanket should attend martial arts classes on Tuesday because photographers would be interested in getting a shot of the 11-year-old on the fourth anniversary of his father's death.

TJ Jackson is Tito Jackson's son and a member of the musical group 3T with two of his brothers.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Michael Jackson's nephew and co-guardian to his three children testified on Thursday in a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the late pop star's family that the "Thriller" singer was a humble family man who supported his family in times of need.

T.J. Jackson, 34, the son of Jackson 5 member Tito Jackson, offered a view into the private life of the King of Pop, who died at age 50 in Los Angeles in 2009 from an overdose of surgical anesthetic propofol ahead of a run of London concerts.

T.J. told jurors in a Los Angeles courtroom that Jackson supported and comforted him after his mother was murdered when he was 16.

"He kept me inspired and ambitious. He was just there for me," T.J., breaking down in tears, said.

Jackson's 83-year-old mother, Katherine, is suing privately held AEG Live, which was promoting Jackson's "This Is It" comeback concert series in London, for negligence in hiring Dr. Conrad Murray as his personal physician.

Murray was caring for the singer as he prepared for the shows and was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in 2011 for administering the propofol that killed Jackson.

T.J. is the second Jackson family member to testify in the trial. He followed Jackson's eldest son, 16-year-old Prince, who took the stand on Wednesday, four years and one day after the pop singer's death.

In morning testimony, T.J., who also serves as a co-guardian with Katherine of the singer's three children, said the pop star was so humble he never knew that Jackson was a global icon until adulthood.

"He was just extremely humble about being so famous," T.J said. "It was amazing to see the contrast of (how) the world outside (treated him)."

AEG Live has said that Jackson had prescription drug and addiction problems for years before entering into any agreement with the company and that the singer chose Murray as his physician even though they paid for Murray.

AEG Live also has said they could not have foreseen that Murray posed a danger to Jackson.

T.J. echoed Prince's testimony that Jackson's death has been hardest felt by the singer's 15-year-old daughter, Paris, who earlier this month was rushed to a hospital following an apparent suicide attempt.

"The loss of my uncle has hit her at a different level," T.J. said. "She was daddy's girl; my uncle was her world."

Jackson family attorney Brian Panish has said Paris may be called as a witness in the trial, but Jackson's youngest son, 11-year-old Prince Michael II, also known as Blanket, will not be summoned during the trial, which began in late April.

Testimony over the past two days have focused on Jackson's relationship with his children, with the family's attorneys showing home videos and photos of the pop star with his kids.

T.J. is a singer in the R&B group 3T, with two of his brothers. The story was corrected to insert dropped article "a" in the first paragraph
