Aaron Hernandez

Shooting Victim Ordered to Appear Before Grand Jury

7/5/2013 10:21 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
breaking news

0705_Aaron-Hernandez_gacebookThe man who claims Aaron Hernandez shot him in the face earlier this year has been ordered by a judge in Massachusetts to appear before a grand jury later this month.

Alexander Bradley was ordered by Superior Court Judge Joan Alexander to appear July 17. Bradley had been fighting the interstate subpoena, claiming he required medical treatment in Florida.

As TMZ first reported, Bradley sued Hernandez last month, claiming Hernandez shot him in the face following an altercation at a Miami strip club.

Hernandez is currently facing a murder charge in the shooting of Odin Lloyd.

What does it take for "Gangsta" and "thug" lifestyles to get a bad rap and to be thought of as insanely stupid, instead of hip and cool? What a waste of a good life, bright future, and a healthy body. So, so sad.

Anyone else smell an opportuni$t? Like if money greased his palm then he wouldn't testify about Aaron shooting him in the face? (In other words, money makes all the boo-boos better.) Stupid asses.

Wow ...

Interesting turn of events. I wonder why this victim does not want to come forward in a criminal case. Personally if I was shot and injured I'd want to make certain the person or people who did it, got locked up - so no one else would be a victim. Sad, Odin might have lived IF this guy had come forward sooner. And yes, I would also file a civil suit.

so they plan to drag into court everybody he's ever shot? this process could take decades. there were 16 kids shot in his 4th grade class the 3 yrs when he attended. they were all thought to be accidental and unrelated, but now investigators are taking a closer look...

I really don't understand this idiot. He refuses to cooperate with police (if he had in the first place, Odin may still be alive), but he expects some judge to hand him over 100 g's because he "says" Hernandez shot him. No judge worth anything is just going to hand over money without some kind of evidence of a crime. Bradley is trying to be slick, but if he doesn't have some kind of police report, he ain't getting squat!

Oh sure NOW they want to listen to him. Just a couple months ago he went to the Miami police to press charges and they basically laughed at him telling him since he didn't want to press charges or cooperate at the time, they really weren't to interested in pursuing the complaint. I guess the guy was smart to not press charges, sounds like he probably was too damn scared to.
