Probation Revoked

That was quick -- the judge just REVOKED Chris Brown's probation in the Rihanna beating case, but the singer will remain a free man ... for now.

Brown showed up at court today to fight the L.A. County D.A.'s motion to revoke his probation in the wake of hit-and-run charges stemming from a car accident in May ... but the judge granted the motion anyway, paving the way for a probation violation hearing in August.

If the judge determines Chris violated his probation, the singer could be sentenced to 4 years in prison.

In the meantime, Brown has been released on his own recognizance.

Time to throw away the key. This is one black man who should be rioted! He has done nothing positive and progressive with his life since he has been out. He needs to go to jail to get a wake up call. Just a proven piece of **** and a bad example. He battling demons. And he doesn't like women because he is like Kanye...stuck in the closet!

Stop calling people Monkeys.
I can give a Monkey a pistol and teach him how to hold it properly and shot better than the people you are calling Monkeys.

Good, but I'm not holding out much hope for jail time, but I think he deserves it. He has never taken his probation seriously. I was shocked at how his lawyer was texting on his phone the entire time ... isn't that considered rude?

I realize that something is wrong with this country when more people would rather see Chris Brown in jail than George Zimmerman.

It's a bull**** move by the court to have done this. They're not going to Jail him. They're going to extended his probation period and take money. Trading jail time for probation is a bad cycle to get caught up in. In most counties across the nation Judges fatten their own pockets by placing people on probation. They have the power to decide if private companies operate probation offices in their districts. Companies who have little or no oversight that they own after forming LLC's. Take a look at the justice system in California to see if any applies. The defendants are wealthy and the LLC's stand to bank massive profits if they can keep defendants out of jail and on probation. They pay off the Judges without even knowing.
