Michael Jackson could have raked in as much as $1.5 billion had he lived ... at least that's what an entertainment money man told jurors today in MJ's wrongful death case.

Accounting guru Arthur Erk testified ... Jackson could have earned minimum $1.1 billion if he performed a worldwide concert and showcased his music in Las Vegas.  And Erk felt if ticket prices were high enough, the figure would soar to $1.5 bil by the time Michael turned 65.

There are a couple of problems.  First, MJ never planned a worldwide tour.  The "This Is It" tour was limited to London.  Second, the family is seeking more than $40 billion.

Another interesting thing ... Erk said he deducted what he felt Jackson would have spent between age 50 and age 65, when he hypothetically would have retired -- $134 million.

Oh the struggles of living on a budget.

Awful? Really?

Do you know that the costume was based off of fencing attire? What Michael has on is called a "croissard" which is a form-fitting jacket that covers the groin with a strap.

There now. Consider yourself enlightened.

And furthermore, MJ looks amazing in it.......

IMO LoL

AEG Attacks Projection of $1 Billion Payday on Michael Jackson's Comeback

An expert who projected Michael Jackson could have earned more than $1 billion on his comeback concerts testified Tuesday that his analysis didn't include a breakdown of the singer's yearly earnings over his lifetime and projected a longer concert tour than the superstar had ever performed.

Arthur Erk, a certified public accountant who is an expert in musicians' royalties, said his analysis didn't take into consideration figures detailing Jackson's spending over the years.

Jackson Would Have Earned $1 Billion on Comeback Says Expert

His projection that Jackson would have earned between $1.1 billion and $1.5 billion if he performed a 37-month, 260......-show tour and crafted a Las Vegas show came under attack Tuesday by a lawyer for concert promoter AEG Live LLC. He said his figures were a conservative estimate of Jackson's earning potential if he had lived.

AEG Live attorney Sabrina Strong attacked Erk's projections, saying they were inconsistent with Jackson's historical spending, earnings or figures of how many sold-out shows Jackson would have performed.

"It wasn't a matter of history," Erk said. "This was going to be a final extravaganza. He was going to do a blowout tour, he would have earned a lot of money."

Erk is testifying for Jackson's mother in her lawsuit against AEG Live, claiming the company is liable for her son's death because it failed to properly investigate the doctor who administered a fatal overdose of an anesthetic propofol in June 2009. At the time of his death, Jackson was preparing for 50 comeback concerts in London called "This Is It," but there was the possibility the singer would have embarked on a worldwide tour.

The accountant based his calculations on do***ents prepared by AEG, but on cross-examination conceded that the company never projected the singer would earn more than $1 billion after the "This Is It" shows opened. He said he didn't have information regarding Jackson's earnings over his lifetime.

Erk's estimate contemplated Jackson receiving hundreds of millions of dollars in merchandise, endorsement deals and royalties from a Las Vegas show based on his music and archival footage.

Strong showed Erk a chart that showed that Jackson's three previous solo tours comprised 275 shows over a 10-year span. She challenged Erk's contention that he was being conservative by projecting Jackson would have performed 260...... shows over a three-year period.

Strong also attacked Erk's calculation that Jackson would have spent $134 million between ages 50 and 65. She cited testimony from Jackson's former business managers and accountants in depositions that Jackson was historically outspending his earnings by millions of dollars each year.

Jackson died an estimated $400 million in debt.

Strong also questioned Erk whether he should have taken into account Jackson's reputation after his acquittal on child molestation charges and when he dangled his infant son Blanket off a hotel balcony in 2002. Erk said those didn't matter in his projections.

Plaintiff's attorney Brian Panish said Erk's projections were based on AEG's plans to do a worldwide tour, and the company had no qualms about spending millions of dollars to prepare for the "This Is It" shows.

He said he planned to show that some of AEG's points brought out on cross-examination were not right.

"We're not done yet," Panish said.

I think the Jacksons are more than done. MJ's flesh fell off his bones already, so it is over cooked actually.

He needed boys around so that they'd let him drink liquor.
It's evidenced by his hiring of Frank Cascio who was just a teenager when he was his assistant.
He talked in a needy, earnest nasal voice & wore women's make-up to attract the pre-teen boys.
Emotional manipulation of his own kids & these boys was much more criminal than any sexual conversations he had with them.
Blanket kept talking about G for God & D for Dad, like
Wacko was some kind of God soul.
No wonder Paris cut herself & felt like "God" left her life.

OMG! This story is sooo outrageous!

So the Doctor who was on MJ's Dangerous tour from June 27, 1992, to November 11, 1993, just notices one day that hisMJ's Butt was scarred?

I mean are you kidding me? If true it certainly did not happen overnite and the Doctor should have noticed at some point prior. Also, do you know how many injections he would have had for his entire butt to be covered in scar tissue?
Not possible by any means.

Just another QUACK.....

A croissard? Was that also padded to prevent accidental penetration as well? LOL !!!

Now, what do you call that hair? Did the extensions fall off after the 360...... spin?
I guess he wouldn't want to live and perform today because if he were, he would have to get rid of those pants to compete with lady Gaga and Beyondsay. But then his boiled cheeks would have been exposed!!! Maybe he can cover the boils with a lululemon sheer yoga pants. Then his camel toe!?

Hi Mimi and Phia

Hot? Amazing?Really?
Do you know that the hair was based off of cancer patients attire? What Michael has on is called a "chemothrapy effect" which is a partially shaved hairdo mixed with stringy extension that covers the bald area with a comb over.

There now. Consider yourself enlightened.

And furthermore, MJ looks a pedohile in it.......

Michael Jackson 'had buttocks like elephant after years of scarring and abscesses from drug abuse'

Michael Jackson had buttocks like an elephant due to years of scarring and abscesses from drug abuse, his former doctor has revealed.

Dr Stuart Finkelstein said the skin on the singer’s bottom was so tough it almost snapped his syringe, the Sunday People reports.

The star’s thick-skinned rear was caused by an “extensive” drug problem, involving a “significant” number of injections, he said.

Dr Finkelstein, who looked after the King Of Pop during his 1993 Dangerous tour, gave evidence at the Jackson family’s £26billion lawsuit with tour promoters AEG.

Jacko’s mum Katherine, 83, claims the company worked her son to death and failed to investigate killer Dr Conrad Murray.

Dr Finkelstein said the star had a tolerance to massive amounts of morphine.

He added: “I attempted to give him a shot of Demerol (a painkiller) but his buttocks were so scarred-up and abscessed that the needle almost bent.

I thought, ‘We need to do an intervention and he needs to be detoxed.’”

The shocking evidence came after Jacko’s comeback tour director Kenny Ortega broke down in tears describing the singer’s sorry state.

Ortega said: “I saw a Michael that frightened me, a Michael that was shivering and cold.”

Jacko died three weeks before he was due to appear at his first This Is It gig in 2009. Dr Murray was later convicted of involuntary manslaughter for injecting the star with a lethal dose of anaesthetic propofol.

AEG deny any responsibility for Jackson’s death and insist they couldn’t have known the doctor was giving Jackson drugs.

The trial, now in its 11th week, is expected to last until next month.

Not too smart of an accountant, he didn't account for MJ's legal (payoffs) costs and doesn't account for MJ falling popularity. The longer he lived, the stranger he would have become and his followers would be jumping ship (except for those who "feel" they have a connection with a person they will never ever meet. Sad...

It is not a "blouse". It is a jacket. And for you to be sad over it is ridiculous.

But the other Gold Pants and Jacket he wore during the HIstory tour was ok with you.

Whatever. IMO MJ looked good in everything.

Neverland was for warehousing his crimes- pedophilia & a hospital atmosphere where he injected morphine, Demerol & Propofol and the movie theatre was filled with cancer patients who still had IV bags connected to their arms.
He got away with the crimes after falsely accusing police of verbally & physically abusing him in the police station & having stupid families in the trial. He thought the long-term fool Karen Faye & costume designer Michael Bush hired from the Dangerous & History tours were too stupid to show his lies but they later gave interviews where Faye admitted that she was uncomfortable with his Demerol demands, plastic surgery butchery, insults every time his health was discussed with him by AEG.

I'm sick to death of celebrities and wealthy people and their wealth and their crappy work. We live in Big Brother corporate world now in a modern computerized controlled country that also applies to countries similar but not the poor or primitive parts of the world. The average Joe is getting brain washed.
