Ex-New England Patriots' Star

Parents Threaten To Sue

For Outing Hooligan Kids

A former star player for the New England Patriots has been threatened with a lawsuit by delusional parents who claim he's ruined the lives of their kids by exposing a drug/alcohol fueled party at his home.

Brian Holloway tells TMZ, "I blew way past furious" when he discovered several hundred teenagers broke into his vacation home outside Albany, NY over Labor Day weekend.

The kids started tweeting and Instagramming madly inside, posting photos of what looked like a scene out of "Animal House."

Holloway went ballistic, created a website -- helpmesave300 -- and started posting pictures of the damage, as well as the tweets from some of the partygoers -- and those tweets ID'd the kids.

Holloway tells TMZ ... he's been told by the Sheriff's Dept. some of the parents are furious because their poor kids have now been exposed.  Some bitch that it will hurt their chances of getting into college.  Others whine their poor kiddies are being harassed at school.  And they actually have the audacity to threaten a lawsuit.

Holloway says there was plenty of evidence of drugs at the party, including crack and meth.  And, of course, a river of alcohol.

He says it's gonna cost $20 - $40k to repair the damage.

The parents should try and bottle their chutzpah and sell it.  They could make enough to pay for the damage.

This is local for me and I'm SO disgusted. Show me the kids who belong to these parents and I'll show you kids who will NEVER become anything based on their own potential. What happened to manning up and being responsible? Way to go parents, epic fail. Instead of suing, you should be whipping out your checkbooks and figuring out how your stupid ass kids will repay you.

OMG WHY.
This is why kids are getting messed up. Parents are willingly being blind to their kid's idiocy, refuse to have them take any sort of accountability, and point fingers at the victim! And you know what

Entitled idiots. They're probably claiming their kids' privacy was violated. What about the VICTIM's privacy? These criminals invaded his HOME and destroyed his property! Besides, their kids relinquished their privacy rights when they posted and tweeted their heinous actions. After this, their kids will be lucky to get hired as a fast-food worker in a non-cashier capacity since they clearly can't be trusted with someone else's property or cash.

I'd also demand that EVERY SINGLE ITEM in that house be replaced. God only knows WHAT these kids did.
.
I'd unleash such legal fury on each kids family they'd NEVER RECOVER.

Let me get this straight: Their kids break into someone else's home, have a massive party, and do anywhere between $20k to $40k in damage to the home, then threaten to sue the homeowner because he exposed them of their crime?

I think they have bigger problems to worry about than bullying at school.

Oh my gosh! Slap those parents! Now he should call the State Police and Attorney General and to hire a really good civil lawyer to recover the cost of the repairs and emotional stress his family suffered for the ruined vacation they could not enjoyed. .

Child Services should be called to investigate. If these kids were doing drugs and drinking they should be removed from their parent's care and placed in foster homes. Clearly the parents are incapable of raising their kids.

Seriously???? THIS is what is wrong with our country! Parents not holding their kids accountable for bad behavior and making them suffer the consequences!! If my kid were involved, he/she would be spending every free second cleaning up the mess and the rest her life working to pay for the damage. When you do stupid things, you pay the price. These parents need to stop whining and grow some parenting cajones! And, why have the kids not been arrested for breaking & entering and vandalism?
