Ex-Patriots Star Brian Holloway

Neighbors Call B.S.

On House-Trashing

9/22/2013 12:50 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

The plot thickens in the story of ex-New England Patriots player Brian Holloway ... who went ballistic after his New York home was trashed by a horde of rowdy, drunken teen vandals.  Turns out the house was already in disrepair and in FORECLOSURE, and his neighbors smell a rat.

TMZ has learned ... Holloway owes a whopping $1,006,348.80 on the house ... it appears he was delinquent on paying his mortgage and the bank then demanded payment of the entire balance.

Brian hasn't lived in the home for a long time -- he's in Florida -- and neighbors tell us they thought the house was abandoned.  In fact, before the blow-out bash, neighbors say kids staged a number of parties in the house -- which has no furniture.

Neighbors think the kids who Brian is now attacking are getting a bad rap.  They say there was already plenty of damage to the home before the party in question -- broken doors and damaged floors.  And ... there was plenty of preexisting graffiti covering the walls.

Some neighbors are suspicious of Brian's motive in requesting financial help to pay for repairs on his PayPal account.  They think he's trying to create sympathy so money floods in and he can save his house.

As for Brian ... he tells TMZ there was some preexisting damage, but the 300 hooligans really trashed his crib.  He also says he's been trying to renegotiate with the bank for 2 years.

The clock is ticking -- the foreclosure sale is set for Oct. 29.

Right, so if you are not currently occupying your home, it is okay for a bunch of A-Holes to come in and destroy it. That sounds about right. By the way, when are the parents of those kids going on vacation? Since they won't be home, following their logic, then we can have a party at their place and trash it, too.

Oh, so it is OK for several teenagers to break into what they believe to be an "abandoned" house and have an alcohol and drug fueled party?
Even if they did not "break" into the house, all signs point to the teenagers entering the property without permission to have a party that their parents frowned upon and would not permit on their premises.
Here is an idea, parents, do not yell at the guy who calls your kids out on their illegal activities and threaten to sue him. Accept responsibility that you failed to raise children who respect others.

So the neighborhood's logic is that the house was in disrepair and about to be foreclosed on. Therefore it was ok for their children to do what they did seeing as how the home appeared abandoned and in disrepair. Does it really surprise anyone that these parents are ignorantly running off at the mouth when you see what their charming children are capable of? Dumb___hillbillies.

It does not matter whether the house is in foreclosure or not; what matters is the behavior of the 300 kids that broke in and trashed it. What is wrong with parents today that they blame their children's bad behavior on the person they victimize? If what your precious kids did was not wrong how about having all 300 of them in your house. You can let them in and then leave for the evening while they thrash it.

What the heck is wrong with people? Regardless of the situation are they seriously saying it was alright for these morons to break into a home they didn't own and have a drug party? Not to mention the damage they did. Bunch of idiotic morons. No wonder kids think they can get away with anything.

This house is 15-20 minutes from me. This isn't the first party of this magnitude in the area. There was one in 2009 or 2010 that trashed a house and resulted in a lot of kids/teens being arrested. It's the area, it really is. I see disrespectful teens every day here. It has nothing to do with who owns the house or if it's in foreclosure. The kids here are that bad.

Those kids are still LOSERS! And their parents are disgusting for making excuses for them.

Looks like some good Samaritans may have been duped.

Ironically Holloway Jr's twitter is not blocked- take a look at 8/19/13 (well before the party). Copy and paste the below links from Holloway Jr's instagram taking credit for the "artwork".

TMZ - WHY would you even try to side with these kids? Who cares if the house was empty or not - that does NOT excuse these kids and their hoodlum ways. ALL these parents should be dealing with their kids now, or they will be dealing with them in jail.

The neighbor's kids were probably at the party. I don't care what state the house was originally in. Those kids had no right to be there. PERIOD. They were a criminal mob engaged in breaking & entering, trespassing , theft, vandalism, underage drinking, and drugs. Private property is not open to the public. This incident is indefensible by the teens, their friends, and family. If this goes unpunished this will happen over and over again to anyone. This must be punished.

These neighbors are JUST AS DISGUSTING as the parents of these kids.. maybe some are one in the same.. IT'S NOT YOUR PROPERTY!!!!!!!!! VANDALISM, DRUGS( INCLUDING HARD DRUGS) , ALCOHOL.. The neighbors and these parents and their kids are an embarrassment to this country.. DO YOU PARENTS, KIDS, AND NOW NEIGHBORS GET THAT??? Really just shut up return what you stole, fix what you broke and maybe gain a little character in the meantime...

The parents of the idiots are no damn better,
the kids that trashed the house should
be in jail.

is the neighbor a parent of one of the teens accused of trashing the house? These kids are getting what they deserve. After all the kids are the ones who posted on the internet first bragging about how they trashed the place! If you want something kept a secret....THEN DON'T POST IT ON THE INTERNET FOOL!

The parents of these idiots are no damn
better, they have a lot of nerve wanting to sue
the home owner. The fools who trashed the house
should be in jail.

It doesn't make a difference if he was living in the house or not. Bottom line is that those kids had no business partying in and trashing the house.

The fact that they've had parties in the house before only amplifies the fact that these kids AND THEIR PARENTS are horrible people. These are obviously the kinds of people who would think it's okay to shoot at passing cars just as long as no one gets into an accident or killed.

Next time these kids want to have a party, maybe one of those lenient parents should host it.
