Pauly D

Baby Mama Won't Let Me See My Baby Alone

10/30/2013 3:00 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Pauly D has just been REJECTED by his baby mama ... who says she will NOT let him visit his 5-month old daughter unsupervised.

Pauly's lawyer sent a letter to Amanda Markert's attorney, requesting that Pauly get visitation of the little girl, Amabella, for 2 weeks beginning today.

TMZ has learned ... Markert's lawyer told Pauly's mouthpiece to pound sand, saying Pauly cannot take the baby unsupervised for that period of time.  So it seems she might be open to visitation if she or someone else she chooses is present.

Our sources say Pauly D's lawyer has agreed to supervised visitation but now all they're getting is radio silence.

Pauly's rep tells us, "Paul and his entire family are eager to meet and spend time with Paul’s daughter.  Paul has been requesting visitation for quite some time now, but his requests have either gone unresponded to or denied. He and his family are committed to being a significant part of his daughter’s life and are excited to make that a reality. "

Pauly. You're too young for neck rolls.

He needs to first prove with SUPERVISED visits that he can properly take care of a young infant. Just because he blew a load in her last Aug., doesn't make him a father.

That STUPID bitch just can't resist the baby mama drama. Obviously her attorney didn't realize that he's dealing with a ghetto moron. Now he has to do MORE damage control, but not to worry she'll slip through a crack and show how stupid she is.

Italians are greasy, and lacking in personal hygiene.

he hasn't met her yet and he wants to take her for 2 weeks from the only person that she knows?? i wouldn't even let my husband take my 6 month old for 2 weeks if for some ridiculous reason he wanted to. he needs to think of what's in the best interested of his daughter even if he hates her mother. that's ridiculous. even taking her for 2 nights is asking to much. it doesn't say whether she's breast feeding or not - i am assuming she's not with that bad boob job she has - but if she was she couldn't pump enough for 2 weeks.

I think he needs parenting classes and supervised visits to show he's ready to be a participant in his daughter's life. Once he shows that he can watch her and gains the mother's trust, then money can be exchanged.

It's all about the money. She probably wants to hear she can be around so she can be around Pauly. Good digging whore

Here is a guy who had a unplanned child and understandably (especialy if you have any kind of asset base) requested not carrying through with the pregnancy. UNDERSTANDABLE! Woman seem to expect when they deliver child bearing news to the father that their response should be nothing more than elation even though the woman spent four days bawling on a floor because she found out she is pregnant.

That said, here is a man with a unplanned child from a stranger basically and he wants to participate, be part of the child's life and after the initial shock of it all wants to be a father to the child.... NOT A ABSENTEE BABY DADDY. I gotta give him a tip of the hat, good man!

While 2 weeks of unsupervised visitation is way too much off the bat, sometimes you ask for way more than you'll ever get because the inevitable compromise is something you can live with. It's all in the art of negotiation.

And seriously all of you. So what if he wanted an abortion originally. There's plenty of fathers, grandparents and even mothers that think about it and change their minds. The repetition of that fact is only going to damage one person, that poor baby girl who did nothing wrong (someday when she is old enough to understand). At least now, he is manning up and fighting for his child. Isn't that what really matters?

Kids need 2 parents. Daughters especially need their fathers. Any mother that is willing to take a check from a man, should be willing to allow them to have an active role in their lives (as long as they aren't dangerous of course). We rip apart men for being absentee fathers all the time. Why is it we don't applaud them when they try to do the right thing?

The best approach is always to act disinterested, b/c he isn't going to get what he wants anyway. She will use whatever he want to push his buttons. My guess is she has some fantasy that they will eventually become a family unit and forcing supervised visits with her will facilitate that.
Let her to crying to the media for $ about how Pauly doesn't want to see the baby, then pound out a permanent custody arid support arrangement.
He should never put himself in a situation where he has to see her in order to see the kid. That's the least his lawyer can do for him

Good women!!! What kind of moron asks for a child for two whole weeks when he is essentially a stranger to this child. Fiest establish a relationship with the child then maybe for one night but cannot demand that long!!!! Sounds to me like she is being a protective mother not a bitch!!!

That girl was living with a boyfriend up until a week and a bit ago HE THOUGHT HE WAS THE DAD. I wonder how long Pauly has known about the baby?..probably not long. This girl seems like a real piece of garbage..she's using this kid to get $$$ and attention (she had a set up paparazzi shoot the other day), but she won't let Pauly see the kid? Pauly you did this to yourself dude..not wearing a condom with a random hookup. Now you're stuck with CRAZY for 18+ years

Pauly D seems to have a very mature and responsible attitude about this. He appears to have grown up. Money will do that to some people. However, the picture she took of the baby surrounded by money is so freakin' ghetto. Doesn't reflect well at all on the mother. Hopefully Pauly can become a great father figure for this kid, because it looks like the little one is going to need it.
