Paris Jackson

Doing Better BUT

Not Out of Woods By Long Shot

EXCLUSIVE

Paris Jackson is doing better as she remains ensconced in a Utah boarding school ... but we're told she's riddled with so many problems she could be there "for years."

We've learned Paris had a family therapy session this morning with Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson.  We're told Debbie and Katherine were on the phone, while Paris was with her therapist at the facility.

Sources say Paris may get a pass to come home for a few days in January, and Katherine is redoing Paris' room for the homecoming.

But the homecoming will be short-lived.  Our sources say the boarding school will be home for a long time, very possibly "years."

Like any other person, she should have the right to know who her biological father is.

If Paris Jackson does read comments about herself... I hope she will get a copy of "The Mindful Way Through Depression" which is a GREAT book, plus I wish her all the best. She is a very pretty girl; seems to have a lot of support in her life, and has a great future in front of her, hope she will continue to look after herself and not fall into alcohol/drug use.

I wish her only the best. The poor child has not had any stability in her life. I'm glad she is out of Catherine's home. Catherine might be a loving grandmother, but her home sounds like it is very chaotic.

She would have been better off if she listened to her grandma who would have instilled positive choices for her.

'Our sources'. Leave this girl alone! Her pass from the school should be private, between her and her family, not to hound her with curiosity and negative comments of mal intentioned people.

Does ANYONE actually believe she is in any way related to Jackson? Seriously? You do see she is completly white with bright eyes. Just like her daddy the bodyguard. What a farce. This guy was a freak beyond compare who bought PEOPLE! This kid and the others he mentally ruined were concieved via some strange trick but certainly not from any seed from a black man and this isn't being racist, this is just obsevational. And please, don't tell me it's possible, I know the one in a million but he has three freaks. Funny how a guy who wanted to look white so badly would end up with totally white kids. Sure. Easter Bunny and Santa sure.

A Utah boarding school? That state is full of what are referred to as "behavior modification" schools and RTC, (residential treatment centers). Professionals find 90% of them to be just mediocre at best. Which one is it? Over the years, and you can read about it on the internet, there are hundreds of reports on abuse by staff to children. What gives here. Most of the schools promise the world when what they really want is that $5,000/month or more coming in. "She could be there for years"? Share the diagnosis. I would bet a hundred grand that it is "bipolar," which began as "ADHD." Professionals...not even funny. A Utah school is the very last thing a child needs. Sadly, many parents are sold a bill of goods, thinking that the more they pay the better the school is. There are some real experts, a few, on these matters in America. I doubt the Jackson family called them. This is sad. If indeed she is psychotic then a school is the wrong place for her. To state that this will take years to fix admits ignorance or defeat. Find the right place for this child.

This is sad. Even sadder is that she is locked up in a boarding school in Utah. Utah is famous for their many deficient "behavior modification" schools and "residential treatment centers,"(RTC). They all promise parents the world and perhaps a mere 10% honestly deliver. I have serious doubts when I read that her "therapist,"( who probably got her degree from Brigham Young U), states that it may take years. So sad, and I see little hope. I would bet one hundred grand that her diagnosis is "bipolar," the catch all for young children next to ADHD. Years? I strongly suggest a "trauma" based method, and no meds for a proper approach. In too many cases like this, parents and families do not know where to turn; thus they get sold a bill of goods and false promises. You can read about the "abuse" that goes on in too many of these programs on the internet. You too will find it shocking. A lot of parents feel that the more it costs the better the school is; very wrong, no correlation at all. How did her family find this joint, off the internet, a search? If so, they probably got a saleswoman or a marketer. There are thousands of them. In return for placing a child in any particular school; the school writes them a fat check. That leads to the question: "do they care about the child or more about the check?" There are a few so-called "educational consultants," who specialize in finding the right school for a child. There fee varies fro $3,000 to $5,000. The problem with most of them is that they have a very limited number of programs/schools in their bag of tricks. I have also read that some have no morals and get their money both ways; from the parents and also from the schools. This is so sad...Two more years? To suggest that implies to me that this is the wrong place for this child. Call me Jacksons, free help!!! Better yet, telephone Focus Adolescent Services. I have followed their great good work for decades. In my professional opinion they are the best America has for help for adolescents, and a free help line too. There are some excellent schools in our country who specialize in this, a few that are excellent, and who do as they say, who do not harm children and are very good. Not one is in Utah however.

When she turns 18 she can do whatever she wants. What she needs is a stable role model who can guide her and allow her to mourn. She is too overprotected by the Jackson insanity to ever allow herself to be herself. That's where Michael failed...his family was overbearing and he never grew up.

Sad, but nice to see a family that isn't in denial and actually doing something early to help this child instead of trying to "sweep it under the rug" like so many do and they wind up in more trouble as they get older, or even worse dead at a young age. It would be a hard thing to do and I'm sure her siblings and the rest of the family miss her.....but they hopefully have changed and are saving her life. Best wishes to Paris and may she find peace within herself that lasts a lifetime. Comfort Paris and her family during this difficult time.
