AEG to Katherine Jackson

... Move On With Your Life!

12/26/2013 10:33 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

1226-katherine-jackson-aeg-live-tmzKatherine Jackson is not only WASTING HER TIME by appealing the AEG wrongful death case ... she's also making a mockery of the legal system ... so says AEG.

AEG just responded to Katherine's request for a new trial -- after Katherine argued that jurors were bamboozled because the jury instructions blocked them from being able hold AEG responsible for Conrad Murray's actions AFTER he was hired to take care of Michael Jackson.

Katherine had claimed that even if Murray was competent when AEG hired him, they should still be liable because he proved reckless and irresponsible during the months leading up to Jackson's death, and AEG did nothing to stop it.

But AEG claims Katherine is simply grasping at straws ... and her appeal is a pathetic last ditch effort from a desperate woman.

The entertainment giant also argues that the jury instructions were crystal clear and perfectly fair, taken directly from the California Civil Jury instruction guide book ... so too bad, so sad ... but that's the way the law works.

Ultimately, the judge will decide who's right on January 3rd ... when the case is due back in court.

To Mrs. Katherine Jackson and Family, can any of you tell me and the whole world the diffrence between a care giver in a rest home and a Assistant care giver at a Assistant care home? If Michael Jackson was (100) years old in a rest home he would have to be treated very extra careful because he was and allways will be the king of pop!!!!. The fact of this matter is that AEG assinged a doctor/ care giver that wasn't looking out for the best intrest of his patient, and Aeg don't want to come off the money!!! Have you ever heard such nasty stories of private care givers treating their patients so badly?!? What history does AEG have of assinging Doctors (or) care givers to other celebs that while in their care something went very wrong? Your best bet is to have your lawyer and private investigator to dig up some old dirt on Aeg from their past and present, because their track record isn't as spotless as you, your family, or anyone thinks!!!. Do this personaly for me Mrs. Jackson because if you and your family can remember (40) years ago when Stevie Wonder and Angela Winbush had their car accident in rowan county North- Carolina but was taken to Baptist Hospital in Winston- Salem North- Carolina all of your family was going to visit Stevie at Baptist Hospital, but he was discharged before anyone could visit him. I was (6) years old and I was also Stevie Wonder's bedmate in the same hospital room with him. Yes Mrs. Jackson it's true!!! ,and if you call Stevie Wonder ask him the promise that I asked him to make to me in order to make the song Do I Do, Skelentons, and Ribbon in the sky he will tell you about me. If you ask Angela Winbush who told her that she will be married to Ronald Isley she will tell you that a six year old black boy told her in 1973 when she had the car accideent with Stevie Wonder. Mrs. Jackson please don't give up!!!!. Do this for your son, your grand- children, for all his fans, for Stevie Wonder and Angela Winbush, but please also do it for me because if Stevie and I stayed within Baptist Hospital just a little while longer with out being discharged, I could have gotten the chance to meet Michael and all of your family in person!!!!!. Win that Lawsuit, and DON'T GIVE UP NO MATTER WHAT!!!!.

Katherine Jackson needs to accept the fact, that her late son, Michael Jackson, was a junkie. He was a drug addict and had Katherine Jackson, or her children tried to stop Michael from killing himself the end result may have been different. Stop blaming everyone for Michaels death, because in the longrun, Michael killed himself!

I wish I had seen Mrs. Ktaherine Jackson, struggling so as it is now, to take care of his son MJ. Checking as he was, checking his health, in 2009.
After all, Michael, after a long time away from the limelight, would make many concerts, good have your mother around.
Checking if MJ was ready for the concerts, if everything was okay, if he needed anything. She was doing her role as mother.
MJ for the most stubborn it were, always heard his mother Katherine, he loved her.
Katherine could have helped Michael, and not helped it. Did nothing, with his eyes closed, not paid proper attention to Michael.
Katherine complain about having to pay the costs of the procedure, of the the trial, who lost to AEG, wants now new trial ?
Why all this ? REMORSE ? DESPAIR ? MONEY ? Or, Mrs. Katherine, is being manipulated by his greedy sons and bums ?
Michael Jackson, wherever you are, God is on his side.

For a new trial, Mrs. Katherine must if prepare very well, so as not to lose again.
I think the Lady Katherine must find witnesses to prove that his son, Michael Jackson, was not an addict, and that would never kill himself, because he loved his life, his kids, and had plans for the future.
50 concerts followed, as AEG wanted Michael to do, is to kill a person. Nobody does it , no artist does it. I never see this.
AEG was just seeing the profits, the money, that MJ could produce with This is it.There was a lot involved ... After all, the tickets were all sold. AEG wasn't worried with MJ.AEG wasn't worried how would he do the 50 concerts followed.
Michael Jackson was being coerced, forced and manipulated.
I think all of the doctors who cared for Michael, throughout his life, must make their statement at the retrial.
As well as all persons involved in the project This is it.
The death of Michael Jackson was very mysterious. It still has much to discover about this death.
Good luck Mrs. Katherine.

Ian Watkins was once famous for being a rock star and the lead singer of the alternative rock band Lostprophets. However, on Wednesday the disgraced rocker was sentenced to 35 years in prison for multiple sex offences, including the attempted rape of a baby.

The 36-year-old British singer, who pleaded guilty to 13 child sex offenses in November, was visibly shaken after hearing his jail sentence, all while bystanders cheered from the public gallery at the Cardiff Crown Court, reports Sky News.
He will serve 29 years in jail and remain under police supervision for the last six years. He will be up for parole only after serving two-thirds of the sentence.

In addition, two female co-defendants, who pleaded guilty to various sex offenses against their own children, were also sentenced. The unidentified women, aged 21 and 25, will be jailed for 14 years and 17 years respectively, reports the BBC.
Watkins was convicted of sexually touching one of the women's 11-month-old baby before trying to have sex with the toddler. He also lured a fan to abuse her child during a webcam chat in addition to secretly stashing child porn videos, some of which he had made himself.
Justice Royce QC told Watkins and the two co-defendants, "What you three did plumbs new depths of depravity".
The judge also scolded Watkins, stating "You had many fawning fans. That gave you power. You knew you could use that power to induce young female fans to ... help satisfy your insatiable lust and take part in the sexual abuse of their own children. Away from the highlights of your public performances lay a dark and sinister side."
Detective Chief Inspector Peter Doyle described Watkins as a "committed, organized pedophile," who displayed "no empathy, no sympathy or any remorse."
A couple of days after he admitted to the attempted rape in court, Watkins talked to a female fan from prison, referring to the incident as "mega lolz," according to The Guardian.
"I'm going to put out a statement on the 18th just to say it was mega lolz. I do not know what everybody is getting so freaked out about," he said, according to a transcript of the conversation. "It was like either I go up there and say: 'Come on it was not that bad. Nobody got hurt,' [or] try to win them over with my charm."
Not this time, Ian.

If MJ would have the smart to plead guilty, he would still have his millions, not wasting for silence money, and still be alive!

The entertainment giant also argues that the jury instructions were crystal clear and perfectly fair, taken directly from the California Civil Jury instruction guide book. REALLY?

How about the judge's decision to let Phillips and Gongaware off the hook?

Seems like at AEG everybody was making decisions behind everybody else's back except for poor Michael.

As for AEG who would DARE to put up with it? If the judge ruled against it's executives, witnesses would start to strangely "disappear''.

It's strange that neither the judge nor the jury took into consideration the CORONER'S REPORT.Who knows how much AEG paid their witnesses to make the executives look INNOCENT but i wonder what happened to the lawyer that "burned" Philipps or do i know already, she probably got fired.
