Justin Bieber

Cops May Have Fudged Police Report

1/24/2014 9:37 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

There may be a gigantic hole in the case against Justin Bieber ... because we've now learned the singer had next to NO alcohol in his system yet cops at the scene said he reeked of alcohol.

We have now confirmed Justin's actual blood alcohol level ... it was .014 -- next to nothing.  Legal intoxication is .08.  Law enforcement sources told TMZ Thursday Bieber had a .04 ...  but we've now confirmed that is NOT true.  He had a .014 -- an enormous difference.

Someone Justin's size would probably have higher than a .014 with a single beer.  So the question ... how could cops say they were overpowered by the smell of alcohol?

According to the police report ... the arresting officer was leaning into the car, talking to Justin just after the stop and the cop says, "I immediately smelled an odor of alcohol eminating [sic] from the driver's breath."

The police report goes on ... Justin was then arrested and taken to a holding facility, where another officer said he smelled "... the odor of an alc bev on his breath."

Justin insisted at the scene he was NOT drunk.  Cops say he failed his field sobriety test.

Sources connected to the case tell us ... this could well come down to a credibility case, with Justin's people accusing cops of lying.  Fact is ... the Miami Beach PD has had credibility issues in the past.  One law enforcement source confided in us ... "That police force has had a zillion problems."

His BAC is .014 NOT 0.14... there's a huge difference. .014 is 1/8 of the legal limit (yes barely any alcohol) if you're drinking age. It's still way over if you're not the legal age.

In the United States the drinking age is 21 and anyone under that age the legal limit is 0.00. So Bieber who is 19 was way over the limit because he under 21

It does not matter in the state of Florida. A zero tolerance B.A.C law in in effect for anyone under the age of 21. Game Over.

He is in some trouble, nothing too major. But the big thing is the road he is on and that is a train wreck...bam beaver gone. These types of entertainers are mostly the same 10 percent talent 90 percent marketing. The wild car is how they handle the fame and down time...mostly they don't.And get some proactive please

Fact 1: I am no JB fan!

I see lot many people in the western world haranguing, condemning, criticising his every word spoken in public, his every juvenile mistakes latched on to like vermin suckling the life out of its victim, some comments if it were weapon murder him over and over again. People should leave him alone. It’s not his fault that his blessed. Go complain to your god. I don't know why people behave the way they do and say the things most barbaric and uncivilised. Pea-brains.

I am certain he is who he is today and has life only handful can hoot about because he (although a teenager) worked for it unlike you couch potatoes!

Oh, I now I know why?

Fact 2: He's super young and super rich and you simply get super jealous every time his name or picture appears in media such as this.

Fact 3: Get a life!

He's underage, so he shouldn't have had any alcohol in his blood. Even without that, there's so much that he did do. Little punk needs to be taught a serious lesson.

Florida law for people under 21 is blood alcohol level of .02 or higher . So technically he should not be charged with DUI. I Can't stand the kid but he should not be charged for that.

Justin blew .014? Is that a rapper?

I don't care if it is .014 or .04.... anything greater than 0, if under 21, is the same as an adult with an equal to or greater than .08.
