Justin Bieber DUI

He Was High on Weed and Pills

... Toxicology Report Shows

1/30/2014 9:35 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

The Justin Bieber toxicology report from his DUI arrest in Miami Beach is in ... and it shows he tested positive for marijuana and prescription medication, TMZ has learned.

According to the report -- obtained by TMZ -- Justin's urine was tested right after he was busted for driving under the influence on January 23 ... and it shows there was THC and Alprazolam in his system.

FYI -- Alprazolam is the key ingredient in Xanax (prescription anti-anxiety medication).

The report also shows Justin tested NEGATIVE for cocaine, opiates, meth and other drugs.

The report is consistent with the police report where cops say he told them his mom had provided him with prescription pills.

As for the weed, Justin also told cops he had been smoking pot in his recording studio all night long.

Bieber has pled not guilty to the charges.

If they had done a mouth swap, it'd have tested positive for semen too.

Xanax affects your brain the same way alcohol does. It is highly addictive and over prescribed. If it is in your system and you are driving, it is called driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Marijuana is in the same family as halicinogenics. Great for medical needs, not great for someone at the wheel. Driving is a privilege not a right!!!

It might be time for him to go to re-hab. He seems to have lost touch with reality.

I take Alprazolam and I've also smoked many a joint in my life. There is no way I could drive on Alprazolam alone yet combined with weed. He obviously had to be under the influence. smh

He had better hope he can pull a label for xanax with his name on it out of his a×× before bubba gets there!

Driving while stoned, I get it. But driving while on Xanax is a really bad idea (prescribed or otherwise). No excuses either because the BIG BLACK BOX on the side of the bottle says not to do exactly what he did. If his reasoning is that it's his Rx and he does it all the time, then we should all consider ourselves lucky to be alive and not dead on the side of the road with a Lambo up in our Dodge!

Xanax is a benzodiapine!! It affects the neuro transmitters in your brain the same as alcohol does!!! IT IS A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE!!!!! People, do your homework on driving under the influence!! Driving is a privilege not a right!! If you must consume drugs or alcohol, ride a bus or call a cab!!!

With all that weed JB is smoking and the munchies that follow, youd think the scrawny 'lil guy would weigh more than 90 pounds soaking wet

I guess all the other drugs help him maintain his wafish "physique".

Isn't just about everyone in the states on some sort of prescription meds?

Unless the drug test shows the levels of each substance in his blood, his lawyer is going to win this fight, for sure. Weed stays in your system a long time. Xanax can last a few days. So far this police report has holes all over the place and simply saying he tested positive doesn't mean he was the stumbling, bumbling mess they say he was. His eyes aren't even red in the picture. They are glazed over, and his lawyer will say its because its at 5am and he's under stress.

I'd love to see Bieber go to jail, but I'd hate to see anybody get framed. Police need the specific levels of weed and Xanax to give their report any validity, period.

And? Nothing will happen anyhow! He is a celeb after all. He hasn't broken enough rules to have anything bad happen to him. He needs to be reckless and kill someone first, and even then an arrest/deport would be up in the air.
