Chris Brown

D.A. Wants Him Jailed ...

Chris Brown would have gone to jail today if L.A. prosecutors had their way ... because they asked a judge to send him directly to the pokey.

Chris appeared for a hearing on the D.C. assault case, where he stands accused of beating up a guy last October.  The hearing was held by the judge in the Rihanna beating case, who will decide if Chris violated his probation by allegedly committing the assault.

Prosecutors asked the judge to throw Chris in jail immediately and set a probation violation hearing.  Prosecutors claim "Brown's violent behavior continues to increase in severity and frequency" and he poses "an increasing danger to society."

The D.A. claims they have now reviewed the D.C. case -- interviewing witnesses and examining evidence -- and they say there is probably cause to believe Chris is guilty as charged.

The judge, however, ruled Chris was better off completing his 90-day rehab for anger management than being thrown in jail, so he shut down prosecutors.

Judges, always taking their time deciding stuff. The longer they put if off....the more likely some mr. or mrs. money bags will stroll into their chambers with a fat envelope to slip under the desk.

I can't stand this guy. That said, maybe he's actually learning something in rehab, maybe not. This will remain to be seen in his actions in the future.

Its not him being the best performer etc. If you Love him you would agree to let him receive his counseling and truly get it together so he can continue a dream. .. Growth and recognition within himself is what he need. This is his life he reactions to the evil he was raised to. He needs to get help with the demons he's battling. Can't go to jail with that mentality he'll be unstable to be in such a position and immediately ready to fight. It'd be exclusive because in the unprotected jails he'll probably end up dead. He needs help, Look at how he beat that girl all though coming from her culture and the ability to snap for her own demons she battles. Love confused misdirected.

The media wont ever feel good unless they try and tear this guy apart ya he made a mistake but that was five years ago live him the **** alone all he wants to do is live his life but its like that's not allowed and they treat black people like this all the time and it pisses me off because if he was white he would not be picked on as much and you know i have come to the fact that wont ever change but no matter how much people will try and take him away from freedom they wont they will never take always his god given talent and they will never take always his spirit so no matter how much negativity you go through you will always be one or the most talented people that music has ever had the pleasure of having so stay strong Chris god bless
