Paul Walker's Will

$25 Million Estate

Curious Language

Paul Walker was worth $25 million when he died and there seems to be some possibility of a family conflict ... this, based on new documents obtained by TMZ.

We've obtained a copy of Paul Walker's will. Walker left his entire estate -- $25 mil -- to his 15-year-old daughter Meadow.

Paul's dad -- the named executor -- filed Paul's will with the court.  Paul's dad has petitioned the court to appoint Paul's mother -- Cheryl -- guardian of Meadow.  What's more, Paul's dad wants Cheryl to be the guardian of the $25 mil. This is exactly what Paul wanted under the will.

Now Meadow lives with her mom, Rebecca Soteros. If Paul gets his last wish, grandma will become Meadow's guardian. It's unclear if Rebecca approves, but it's definitely strange that Paul wanted his mom to be guardian since Meadow lives with Rebecca.

A court hearing is scheduled for later this month.

Why is that strange?

He left everything to his only child. He did not marry his daughter's mother and did not want her to be part of his family. He was close to his own parents and wanted his mother have a say in bringing up his daughter and manager her money she inherited from him. His mother will be the "guardian" not the "custodial parent".

All very logical to anyone who thinks instead of reacts.

It's simple he didn't want his BABY MOMMA blowing all his Baby's money. I don't blame him.

Wow cannot believe the negativity here . How many of us have our affairs in order. I mean absolutely everything. Bet little to none. He was young and thought there were an infinite number of tomarrows and was thinking more of spending time with loved ones than the final affairs.
Whomever is appointed to watch over the money more than likely does so in a fiduciary capacity its not their money.

I think he done the right thing.....whatever he wanted he must of had a damn good reason to do this. Its really none of our business anyway. Only his daughters in which she will become rich little girl. I hope she uses the money wisely and the house and I hope that she keeps her fathers career and memories going with the world. He was a great actor and father and he loved to raise money for charities that he believed in. God bless him and I for one will miss him as much as the next person will. He was like a best friend that you never met even though when he acted he was like you knew him on the charactor he played. God took a beautiful person.

I think it makes sense. The ex could easily use the money, the ex could remarry. He had his reasons that only he could know. He parent will take care of his child - and I doubt he did the will believing he would actually not be around before she was an adult.

It sure seems like he wanted his daughter to get his whole estate WITHOUT his EX getiing her hands on any of it... and his wishes should be honored (regardless of who Meadow is living with).

His will was prepared in 2001....before he met Jasmine & when his daughter was only 3. Doesn't sound like he updated it with his changing my situations. But at least he had a will, which is probably better than some. Rest in peace Paul Walker! ♥
