Paul Walker's Will

$25 Million Estate

Curious Language

Paul Walker was worth $25 million when he died and there seems to be some possibility of a family conflict ... this, based on new documents obtained by TMZ.

We've obtained a copy of Paul Walker's will. Walker left his entire estate -- $25 mil -- to his 15-year-old daughter Meadow.

Paul's dad -- the named executor -- filed Paul's will with the court.  Paul's dad has petitioned the court to appoint Paul's mother -- Cheryl -- guardian of Meadow.  What's more, Paul's dad wants Cheryl to be the guardian of the $25 mil. This is exactly what Paul wanted under the will.

Now Meadow lives with her mom, Rebecca Soteros. If Paul gets his last wish, grandma will become Meadow's guardian. It's unclear if Rebecca approves, but it's definitely strange that Paul wanted his mom to be guardian since Meadow lives with Rebecca.

A court hearing is scheduled for later this month.

Rebecca retains custody of her EXTREMELY WEALTHY daughter Meadow, and Paul's Will gives his mother control of Meadow's financial interests in the $25 million estate left by Paul; Rebecca's monthly child support from Paul ended when Paul died...however she does get to file a Social Security survivor's benefit claim for her daughter and she can use that for her daughter's support.

Rebecca has no claim to Paul's estate...they were never married.

Paul Walker was no fool. That will is Iron Clad. His daughter was his world. TMZ and the rest of the Media are only stating bits of what is going on to get people hyped. She will be well taken care of.

This isn't unusual at all. Walker was never married to his daughter's mother and probably wanted to make sure that the money went to his daughter's benefit and not her mother's. What better way then to have your parents control the purse strings to ensure she's well taken care of and has a legacy when she is an adult.

Because he knows ol' Becky will figure out a way to squander her daughter's money.

Sad that the ex still gets the child support. So the money is the daughter's, and she has to give the money to her mom for her own support...that's how I'm reading it. It's best that the daughter goes with the grandmother, at least that way the money will be all hers!

It's really quite simply. He didn't trust the mother of his daughter!

Paul definitely wasn't stupid. Not even close. He was also very close to his family, so him wanting to leave Meadow and his estate in their care is no shock.

Don't believe everything you read on TMZ. The truth will come out later. That's all I can say for now.

Also, Paul was worth more than $25M. Not sure where TMZ got their info from, but it's wrong.

In this recent interview he mentions that his daughter lives with him full-time. I'm sure that's why his mom was given guardianship. (1:49 mark in the video interview) check it.

What about his child bride to be? Didn't she get any money? Guess she should have let someone else dip his stick in her since he obviously thought so little of her and left her nada.

Paul left everything to his daughter if thats what he wanted it should have been trust fund set up for the funds to go there until reached age 18. I wonder if she was broke would Chery want to be her guardian.

If Paul and his daughter's mother wasn't a couple, then what he's saying is that he want his mother to oversee what he left for his daughter. He probably thought he would be alive once she turned 18, then he could have just left his money in her name.

Come on TMZ, they weren't married and even if they had been they were no longer together, how many of you out there would want your ex to get your 25 million if something happened to you? I know I wouldn't. At least the guys should be able to easily admit considering how many, my ex included, can't seem to pay their child support. You wouldn't want any way in hell your ex to get your estate regardless of the minor children. His daughter lived with her before he died, she should be with her mother now, this doesn't say anything about being unfit, it's what all of us would probably do if we had a child with someone we weren't with anymore in the event something happened when your kids are young. We would all want our parents to execute our estate and before the child is an adult make sure my money was spent to take care of her and when she reaches age she can be responsible for it herself.. Let the poor man rest, we lost a great one in Paul Walker. Remarkable person, so sad.
