Paul Walker's Will

$25 Million Estate

Curious Language

EXCLUSIVE

Paul Walker was worth $25 million when he died and there seems to be some possibility of a family conflict ... this, based on new documents obtained by TMZ.

We've obtained a copy of Paul Walker's will. Walker left his entire estate -- $25 mil -- to his 15-year-old daughter Meadow.

Paul's dad -- the named executor -- filed Paul's will with the court.  Paul's dad has petitioned the court to appoint Paul's mother -- Cheryl -- guardian of Meadow.  What's more, Paul's dad wants Cheryl to be the guardian of the $25 mil. This is exactly what Paul wanted under the will.

Now Meadow lives with her mom, Rebecca Soteros. If Paul gets his last wish, grandma will become Meadow's guardian. It's unclear if Rebecca approves, but it's definitely strange that Paul wanted his mom to be guardian since Meadow lives with Rebecca.

A court hearing is scheduled for later this month.

Since her mother already has custody, I don't see how his will has any authority here.

People are so ignorant, maybe the mother is not unfit but simply horrible with money or untrustworthy, that doesn't make her an unfit mother by law, but definitely someone you don't want managing 25 million dollars of your daughter's money.

Just read several of the posts here and it is obvious that many can't read or don't understand what they read. For one thing the child is not his only next of kin...she is just his sole heir. Since it is his money, he can also put any conditions on it that he wants, as long as t hey are not illegal. We also have not been able to read the entire will and so we do not know much for sure other then two or three facts. Time will tell on this as the courts will decide how things go. Also no reason to call him or the will stupid since his reasoning is not spelled out for us and frankly I hope it never is as it is really none of our business.

Nothing strange about this............ a divorce person wanting his dear daughter to receive his wealth and he wanted his mother to be guardian of the monies for her and NOT the divorced mother of the child. not strange or unusual.

His mom is not the physical guardian of his daughter. She will continue to live with her mother. Her grandmother, however, will be in charge of her MONEY until she is of age. This will keep mom from squarndering it before Meadow is an adult and can get it

Every time I read or hear the word "CELEBRITY" I feel like puking ....
This drug addict is a "Celebrity"...????
Save for rare and notable exceptions, outside their profession, which of these so called "celebrities" are worth a damn as a normal persons, both in their public and private lives...????
Look at the way the piece of trash Biber is acclaimed by
his "fans" and realize how low has this country fallen...

seems Paul trust his dad & mum + loves his daughter with all his heart, and he is a good guy whom they taught right; and he therefore wants the best for his family and is not willing to sacrifice his life fortune. Love & Peace for all of them.

if he set the will up this way, that is the way it should be. i feel its wrong and tacky for people to contest wills. its not their money or property. i think the last will and testiment of anyone should be honored to the letter.

If Paul and his daughter's mother wasn't a couple, then what he's saying is that he want his mother to oversee the money he left for her.

Stupid decision because it puts his daughter in the eye of the storm and makes her a possible target for the Howard K. Stern's of the world.
Paul really screwed up!
