Justin Bieber

DUI Plea Deal Offered

No Sizzurp, No Weed

2/22/2014 1:00 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Justin Bieber has become the next contestant in a high-stakes game of Let's Make a Deal ... and door #1 is JAIL.  Door #2 is way better, but he has to be sober.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the Florida State Attorney has offered Justin a plea deal in his DUI/resisting arrest case ...  and we know the terms.

Prosecutors will DROP the DUI and resisting arrest charges, but in return Bieber must:

-- Plead no contest to reckless driving

-- Complete 40 hours of community service

-- Attend an alcohol ed course

-- Attend a "victim impact panel" (where relatives of DUI victims share their stories)

-- Install an ignition interlock device for 3 months

Now here's the rub.  Prosecutors also want Bieber to submit to random drug testing, and not just in Florida.  He'll have to submit his travel plans to the court and authorities will set up random testing wherever he happens to be ... at his expense.  And testing will last between 6 and 9 months.

Assuming he complies with all the terms and PASSES the drug tests, the reduced plea will formally be entered.

The question -- Will Bieber accept the deal or risk trial, where worst case scenario he could end up in the pokey.

It's time they stop the nonsense with this little turd and show him some tough love by throwing his ridiculous rear end in jail. It might actually save his life.

TMZ has written several articles on the arresting officers credibility problems --- is the state attorneys office pretending not to be aware of this? Obviously all charges should have been dropped against Justin Bieber! Therefore contrary to what HATERS are saying --- that Justin is being treated leniently --- He is actually being treated very harshly, being forced into "play" bargains for no reason other than public perception, should we say "misperception" ???

And here is even a better deal yet....all charges will be dropped if he moves back to Canada and never returns, and if he does he will face felony jackass charges.

Put the little puss in Miami general population for 90 minutes. No entourage no body guards. With real gangsters who would crush him on the way to lunch and not blink. He'd have his act together so fast your head would spin. If he made it out.
