Justin Bieber

DUI Plea Deal Offered

No Sizzurp, No Weed

2/22/2014 1:00 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0221-bieber-01
Justin Bieber has become the next contestant in a high-stakes game of Let's Make a Deal ... and door #1 is JAIL.  Door #2 is way better, but he has to be sober.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the Florida State Attorney has offered Justin a plea deal in his DUI/resisting arrest case ...  and we know the terms.

Prosecutors will DROP the DUI and resisting arrest charges, but in return Bieber must:

-- Plead no contest to reckless driving

-- Complete 40 hours of community service

-- Attend an alcohol ed course

-- Attend a "victim impact panel" (where relatives of DUI victims share their stories)

-- Install an ignition interlock device for 3 months

Now here's the rub.  Prosecutors also want Bieber to submit to random drug testing, and not just in Florida.  He'll have to submit his travel plans to the court and authorities will set up random testing wherever he happens to be ... at his expense.  And testing will last between 6 and 9 months.

Assuming he complies with all the terms and PASSES the drug tests, the reduced plea will formally be entered.

The question -- Will Bieber accept the deal or risk trial, where worst case scenario he could end up in the pokey.

Someone I know got a DUI and reckless driving, and he got a big fine and community service. That is the usual for a first time offender. The drug testing part is just so that they can keep Beiber in the system and hopefully get him on a dirty test result. I know everyone hates the little creep, I don't like him either, but this is more than a regular person would get.

Tmz censored the story of supervising art director of Interstellar (2014), Iron Man 1-2, Spider Man 3, Amazing Spider Man, Django Unchained guy who lost at trial . The cops covered up evidence because the victim was transgender from my understanding and they ignored the evidence so it was easy to trick TMZ that way. Look up the case award winning singer Bralalalala v. Klassen.

Is this child not under 21??? Or have they changed the drinking age ??? Do u automatically loose your licence for underage DUI ? Oh well like the deal. Florida trying to get a little piggy by his toe. Even with robo cop arrest got him cold on under the influence(of something lol) behind the wheel. Florida definitely not Caly... Let the peeing begin.

That is not fair, he should not be even offered a deal. He should go to jail where he belongs. He was over 18 when he committed the crime.

No justice for Justin. Actually, if he would be a black nonworker, like a lot of the poster here, his azz would be in jail for a while.
Celeb Justice at it's most blatant, that's demoralizing!

He doesn't appear to like alcohol much. His level was nil. It's the drugs that are the problem so an alcohol ed will do no good.

Honestly, I'd take it to trial. They don't seem to have too much evidence against him, and it happened in Florida, so, if he pushes it, they may just drop the case, leaving him free to frick up another way. Not that he's not a dooshnozzle. I'm merely stating that the case seems weak.

He won't take the deal. I think he will take his chances with very high priced lawyers.

He won't be able to handle the plea deal. He's such a d'bag little turd.

Risk the jail time. That way you don't have all the probation requirements.
