Justin Bieber

DUI Plea Deal Offered

No Sizzurp, No Weed

2/22/2014 1:00 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Justin Bieber has become the next contestant in a high-stakes game of Let's Make a Deal ... and door #1 is JAIL.  Door #2 is way better, but he has to be sober.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the Florida State Attorney has offered Justin a plea deal in his DUI/resisting arrest case ...  and we know the terms.

Prosecutors will DROP the DUI and resisting arrest charges, but in return Bieber must:

-- Plead no contest to reckless driving

-- Complete 40 hours of community service

-- Attend an alcohol ed course

-- Attend a "victim impact panel" (where relatives of DUI victims share their stories)

-- Install an ignition interlock device for 3 months

Now here's the rub.  Prosecutors also want Bieber to submit to random drug testing, and not just in Florida.  He'll have to submit his travel plans to the court and authorities will set up random testing wherever he happens to be ... at his expense.  And testing will last between 6 and 9 months.

Assuming he complies with all the terms and PASSES the drug tests, the reduced plea will formally be entered.

The question -- Will Bieber accept the deal or risk trial, where worst case scenario he could end up in the pokey.

I'm one of his biggest detractors and I have to admit, even I'm OK with this, I think. This kid GOTTA be punished, though, one way or another and he's also got 2 other cases pending, so...

Justin should join the USMC and his troubles will be all over.

Better deal than the rest of us would get. He'd be a fool not to take it. Of course, he is a fool, so he probably won't take it.

Put him in jail. It seems all the celebs get deals, not us ordinary folks

Hmmm, wonder what kind of deal we normal citizens would've gotten.

Perhaps he'll go back to Canada where he belongs in order to escape American justice?

He'll probably except the deal then fu*k up and then they wont do anything about it. When is the last time a celebrity actually did the jail time they deserved. If that were us we'd be locked up already.

How long do you think that will work if they diligently apply those testing requirement, ie. every week, before or after each concert, bar etc.?
They should be on him like flies on fresh cow dung.

I see one week maybe two
Then what will they do, re-instate all those felony charges?
Save the taxpayers money, prosecute him to the full extent of the law.
Get it over with.
You know he'll be back again. Its his M.O.

Don't take any deals Biebs. Tell LA, Miami and Toronto all f#ck off. You are the Biebs and who do they think they are to bother you?

Bet you don't have that silly grin in the new mug shots after you are convicted and sentenced to jail time.

A few guilty verdicts should be enough to make you unable to enter the USA. That's great news for America.

A suggestion: Better have some pampers ready for when you are released from jail. Might take a while for you a$$ to relax.

Tmz censored the story of supervising art director of Interstellar (2014), Iron Man 1-2, Spider Man 3, Amazing Spider Man, Django Unchained guy who lost at trial . The cops covered up evidence because the victim was transgender from my understanding and they ignored the evidence so it was easy to trick TMZ that way. Look up the case award winning singer Bralalalala v. Klassen.

I got no love for Bieber I think he is a arrogant azz that has gotten way to big for his britches but this is a terrible plea agreement. Their evidence is weak at best and at worse just plain lies to drum up crimes. There is no way I would accept this deal and I can't imagine his high priced lawyer recommending he take it either.
