'Biggest Loser' Trainer

Super Skinny Champ

Isn't Healthy ... Yet

2/24/2014 9:24 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

"Biggest Loser" trainer Dolvett Quince still isn't happy with winner Rachel Frederickson's weight -- after she dropped from 260 to a scary 105 pounds -- but he tells TMZ, he's determined to get her healthy.

Rachel won Season 15 earlier this month ... but her dramatic weight loss shocked viewers, who claimed Rachel had lost TOO much weight, bordering on anorexic-looking.

And it appears Quince agrees -- he tells us, "We're going to get her healthy. She's going to be alright ... She's getting healthier every day."

Quince says he's still working with Rachel -- pro bono -- and has a plan to help her get better.

The after shot looks like many celebrity bodies! What does that say about our idea of beauty?! No wonder people on TMZ still think the newly thin Khloe Kardashian is still fat! What a warped perception of normal people have!

NOTE TO SELF: Don't contact Dolvett Quince for a personal trainer, unless you want your business broadcaster to the world.

She looks great now. However, just being thin does not necessarily imply you are healthy on the inside.

Not healthy? Certainly healthier than she was, and after that much effort to get down to her current weight I'd bet she takes the extra steps to ensure that she's healthy too.

I honestly don't understand the issue with her current weight. A normal BMI for a woman is 18.5%. At her height and weight, she's at 18%. She was training for a competition and went slightly overboard, but it's nothing extremely dangerous or close to anorexic. People always hear the number and base their reaction on that. When I said I wanted to weight 115 lbs, everyone freaked. I'm 5'2"!! That's perfectly acceptable! Once things calm down, she'll probably gain a little and adjust her lifestyle according to what is proper and healthy. I have to question if the negativity was more about envy as opposed to concern for her well being.

She looks OK. Now they are trying to shame her for losing the weight. Or maybe help themselves to her winnings. She needs to go home and resume her healthy life away from Hollywood.

The real point is that even though she was close to her goal weight by just a few pounds, she somehow lost another 45 lbs in the last two months at home. Do you call that healthy? How else could she do that other than to starve herself and over-exercise?

She's baaaack

He unleashed a monster with that girl. The whole premise of that show is so unrealistic. Anyone could lose weight in a controlled environment for X amount of months. Shame on him and shame on the people who ignored the fact that that woman was throwing up, excercising excessively, not eating or a combination of all three.

I disagree that she is too thin. Her lower body looks perfectly healthy. She lost too much of the fat layer in her arms, chest and face, but that is often the case when women over a certain age lose weight. It happened to me at 28. The only solution is fat injections to the face. Sadly when we lose, it doesn't always come off of where we want it to come off.

the after picture is SCARY and she is not as attractive or as healthy looking when she is skin and bones as she was when she was heavier. I like her before better than the after. Maybe she could have lost 80 lbs but 155 lbs is WAY too much weight to lose. No adult woman over 5' 4" should weigh 105 lbs.
