Ray Liotta

Sues Skin Care Co.

A Pocks On You

3/6/2014 12:40 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0305_ray_liotta_tmz
Ray Liotta says a skin care company is like a pimple on his ass, and he's gonna pop it ... in court.

Liotta has filed a federal lawsuit against a company called Nerium International, which hawks a skin care product called Nerium AD.

The company has been blanketing social media since October, touting Liotta's "before and after" pics and taking credit for the results, saying the Goodfella turned back the clock thanks to their wonder cream.

Liotta is pissed, saying he never used the product and certainly didn't give permission to use his name or likeness.

Liotta is suing the company and one of the investors -- Michael Shouhed who stars in "Shahs of Sunset - for lots of money, and he wants an immediate face lift ... as in, lift my face off your stupid ad.

This scam company has totally infiltrated Hollywood. Respected casting directors and agents are hocking this crap and selling it to actors. When I say respected I mean CD's that cast award winning network TV. This scam has caught fire in hollywood and it's a huge pyramid scheme!

TMZ needs to check their facts. The "Shah" is NOT an investor in Nerium International.

The before and after pictures are not of Ray but of somebody who looks like him, I have personal friends who have gotten that type of result.

Months after that picture circulated somebody added a third picture of Ray to the first picture. I even spent time trying to tell people it wasn't accurate and not to use it.

At NO time did Nerium International use Ray's picture or ever suggest he was a customer. We have many many celebrities giving us their endorsement for free.

This is a dream come true for Ray. He hasn't gotten this much publicity in a long time.

If he wants to improve his acne scarring I'm happy to send him some for free.

The facts are that the company never made any claim in any way that the photo was Ray Liota. They never even used the photo in any advertisements. As was said below, that Mike Shouhed guy is not an investor. Stupid lawsuit and terrible fact checking on the part of TMZ.

Nerium International never used this photo or claimed it to be Ray Liotta. Even looking at it, doesnt even look like him. I've tried telling people who post it, that it's not him. As for the Shah guy, he's not an investor, he's a Brand Partner (distributor). You can see Nerium here; www.ACCampbell.Nerium.com

Nerium is a horrible product sold by MLM shiesters who prey on idiots to get rich quick. There's a lot of road kill with this company. These are not good people and it's ironic that the key ingredient in their crappy cream is poison oleander. What a joke hope Liotta takes them down.

Ray Liotta has BLUE EYES people!!! That is not him in the Nerium ad. Get your facts straight. Speaking of facts - try the product, (you can do it for free if you find someone who sells it), and if you still think it's a scam, then comment away!
