The Undertaker HospitalizedLegendary WWE Superstar The Undertaker was rushed to a hospital in New Orleans Sunday night after suffering a severe concussion.

WWE says Taker was injured during his match with Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania XXX -- doctors conducted various tests, including a CAT scan.

The 49-year-old wrestler suffered a concussion ... and he stayed overnight for further evaluation.  He was released Monday morning.

I've been a wrestling fan for 20+ years. It's like any other tv series. Fun to watch even though you know the outcome is pre determined. But these wrestlers are trained and do stuff 99% of the population couldn't do. Concussions, broken bones, and being on the road 250 plus days a year to entertain millions of people is not fake.

Hey, fools... it's not fake; it's SCRIPTED... just like everything else on TV. In fact, it's more real than the Kardoucheans and any other BS you watch. When was the last time someone broke their neck or even got a concussion on Pawn Stars or Big Bang Theory?

Even if he wanted the streak to end the way he went out was a total disrespect for Undertaker the character. It was obvious by the boos after the match and the look on Takers face was one not to certain he made the right choice. Brock is a punk and his win over Taker means nothing to him. He's only part time cause he has hopes of a UFC comeback and when that call comes he'll leave the WWE in a heartbeat making his win all for naught anyways. The whole PPV was a sober reminder of why I only watch once in a blue moon anymore. And Bryan becoming champion? GTFO thats soo unbelievable but hey, I hear the crowd makes the match outcomes nowadays.

I have been a life long Taker fan and well everyone should have known that the streak would one day come to an end. That being said that the end came at the hands of a part-timer and a man who has many times publicly bashed the industry, took that win. I wish Marck Calaway I speedy recovery and best wishes, thank you for the memories and the inspiration you have given me.
R.I.P Undertaker.

Ok guys we all know WWE is fake. it is the world wrestling ENTERTAINMENT! its for entertainment, but it doesnt mean that a fan cant be dissapointed in the end results. Its like watching a movie and being dissapointed that someone dies in the end of it or doesnt end the way you want it to. All these people are fans so gives a **** if they have an opinion about it.

why do they watch the wwe? the same reason why we watch movies and tv shows... entertainment.

The injuries are real and so are the early deaths but its an athletic soap opera. As for them letting Brock Lesnar be the first to beat him look at his real fight record. They could have chosen someone a lot worse even if he is a "part timer." Plus there is bad blood history between him and the undertaker. http://prowrestling.about.com/od/wrestlersnotinwweortna/p/brocklesnar.htm
