Ultimate Warrior

Wrestler's Widow Receiving

Special Help From WWE

4/12/2014 12:40 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0411-tmz-warrior
The WWE is helping Ultimate Warrior's wife cope with her husband's sudden death  ... flying two senior WWE officials to Arizona to stand by and help her.

We're told the WWE sent the employees almost immediately after Warrior died ... their main task is helping his wife Dana handle little things --  grocery shopping, letting other family members know what's going on -- so she can focus on being with their daughters.

It's sounds bizarre ... top officials leaving their jobs to handle mundane chores, but that's how important Warrior was to the WWE.

As we previously reported, Warrior died outside an Arizona hotel Tuesday ... after suffering what officials called a "catastrophic medical event."

During his recent WWE Hall of Fame induction, Warrior had high praise for his wife.

That's nice of WWE. but they are known for looking after their talent and their families - if they want it.

One last comment . I love in this story the word "bizarre" is used to describe WWE's reaction to help the wife, now widow. An act of of kindness is strange, and "hey, tough luck" and no support is the norm. It's only a dog eat dog world if we do nothing.

I remember when I was watching I said to myself "she looks like she really loves him." Damn shame, but then that's the cruel life we live.

The Ultimate Warrior has been acknowledged his use to steroids in thebpast so that is nothing new what's so ever but by all accounts has been very clean for a long time now. Alot of you people should feel ashamed of yourself throwing dirt on someone's name after they have passed on and such....does it make you feel special? Like you're some kind of important person. Get over yourself and show some respect it is possible that sometimes in this world someone or a company does the right thing and give support to someone who needs it and in this case to the family of a recently inducted hall of fame member and one of their most popular and influential wrestlers ever

"Catastrophic medical event" is a nice euphemism for overdose. Nice of the WWE to help his gold-digger get rid of his drugs and paraphernalia.
