Chris Brown

Ordered to 131 More Days in Jail

Chris Brown
has just been sentenced to spend another 4-plus months in jail ... for violating his probation in the Rihanna case ... but the reality is, he could be released by week's end.

Brown was in court Friday afternoon ... where he admitted he violated his probation by getting into a fight with a dude in Washington D.C.

That's all the judge needed to hear.  He sentenced Chris to 1 year in jail.  HOWEVER, Chris got credit for 116 days he spent in rehab, and another 59 days behind bars.  That leaves 131 days in the pokey.

But we're told the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept has been releasing inmates sentenced to 1 year after 240 days.  And here's the thing.  Chris gets credit for 2 days for every 1 he served behind bars, so when you add it up, he has credit for 234 days -- 6 days shy.  So he could be released in days.

The judge could have gone a lot harder -- 4 years in prison.  But Chris got a break because the judge took into account he was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder, which could account for some of the violence.

The judge also ordered Chris to attend therapy sessions with a shrink 2 times a week.   And he must submit to random drug testing 3 times a week.

Chris is not out of the legal woods ... his D.C. assault trial is set to start in the following months.

Chris keep your head up! Everyone on this site is a JUDGE and have Never done anything bad in their life so they want to STOMP you down. Rih is Bad News, even Drake sees that and Drugs are bad news. Stay away from Both!

Of course he got a "break". That's what happens in California when you can afford high profile lawyers and the judges are "star struck". You or me would be serving 4 years. A FULL 4 YEARS. I guess when he kills someone, THEN the judge MIGHT be a little tougher???

Chris will be fine, he just needs to grow up and these problems is what's gonna help him realize what grown men r suppose to do. I don't condone some of his behavior but I understand that poor decisions are a part of what makes u mature and grow as a person. So for all the ppl that hate him should remember...what if this was ur son? While u constantly praying for his demise, just know that as parents u can teach ur child all the right things but u can only pray that they follow what is taught through out their lives. So u never know, while u talking about him being violent u may very well have a child that's worse.

Let chris think about what he did for 4 months because if we as citizens as non celebrities did this we would of got a bigger sentence. He glad he only got 4 months.
