Justin Bieber

Cops Plea Deal with D.A. in Egging Case

7/9/2014 9:30 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

Justin Bieber Plea Deal
Justin Bieber's criminal vandalism case is over before it even began, because TMZ has learned Justin has copped a plea.

Sources connected to the case tell TMZ ... Justin's lawyer will appear in court Wednesday at 1:30 PM PDT and plead no contest to misdemeanor vandalism.

We're told Justin will receive NO jail time.  He will be placed on 1 year probation and be ordered to perform community service.

We're told Justin will also be ordered to pay restitution to the neighbor whose house he egged.  The neighbor has repair bills totaling around $20,000.  A big part of the house needs to be re-plastered ... and it's very expensive Venetian plaster.

We're told Justin's people will have something to say after the court appearance.

This outcome was predicted. Only thing I disagree with is - - I think he should have gotten 3 years probation instead of 1.

There has to be a law that says U.S will give you a green card ,until you break any law misdemeanor or felony then we kick you out.

Will he be drug tested while on probation? Will he have to report in person to probation officer? What type of probation will he have celebrity "probation". This is a joke!

I said all along that this should only be a civil matter and not criminal and in essence, that's what happened except the state will get a few bucks in probation fees. Actually Justin wins because this puts a cap on what the jerks next door can get from him. California legal system is a joke for arresting the young man who has been doing well lately with out the courts having to butt in

He better get a bunch of hours of cleaning up things and not a public service message as his punishment. Since the DA chicken out.

And it starts! How many times in the next 365 days will it be questioned whether or not JB violated his probation by ______? Will he actually complete his community services, or have a billion excuses and request for an extension at the end when it is due? I see hints of Lindsay Lohan and Chris Brown in all of this!

LOL at the dupes that actually bought TMZ jail hype through 500 BIG FONT HEADLINES about this nonsense. The real story is how many million taxpayer dollars were wasted on it.

He's going to go thru the Lohan syndrome with this 1 year probation stint where it will take him maybe five years to complete his probation.

You know he's going to violate it. He will not be able to stay clean and out of trouble for a whole year. I'm surprised there's no random drug testing.

He won't show up for the complete community service either. I'll bet on it.

And of course once he violates his probation, will he go to jail? Hell no!!!

Will he have problems crossing the border like you and I would? I know it's a misdemeanor but I've seen cases where someone was denied entry for something similar.

Sicking when is this little prick ever going to be taught a real lesson. If a normal person would have done this they would have got a felony. Must be nice to be rich and not have to follow the law like everyone else!
