Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick packed on a little PDA Tuesday ... which makes you wonder.

They were shopping at Williams-Sonoma in Calabasas when they got all handsy with each other.

CAUTION ... "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" cameras were rolling, so things may not appear as they seem.

Fact is ... Scott just bought a new home near Kourt so we're guessing she was just helping him pick out a Dutch oven.
