Amber Rose's annual Slut Walk is underway ... and thousands of men and women are downtown in Los Angeles to share their message loud and proud.

Rose's event this year features stripper poles, a giant stage, celeb guests, a "wall of no shame", and plenty of skin. The costumes, or lack there of, are bold with one huge goal in mind ... to shine a light on rape culture.

We're still waiting on Amber to take the stage ... but if you remember last year, she got extremely emotional talking about her ex-bf Kanye West and baby daddy Wiz Khalifa.
