Jackie Evancho Won't Pull a Beyonce Singing Live at Inauguration!

1/19/2017 1:00 AM PST
EXCLUSIVE

0118-Jackie-Evancho-instagramJackie Evancho's keeping it real at Donald Trump's inauguration ... with her voice.

Sources close to the singer tell TMZ ... Jackie will sing the national anthem LIVE when she steps up to the mic Friday.

You'll recall Beyonce got roasted 4 years ago for lip-syncing, a custom which has been followed by those who sang before her ... in no small part because it's hard to sing in frigid weather.

We're told Jackie has never lip-synced a performance and it's out of the question for her to break tradition for the most important performance of her life.

Jackie had a run-through with the Marine Corps Band Wednesday and her big rehearsal goes down Thursday.

She will prerecord the song, but it will only play if she gets sick and physically can't pull it off.

And, the song is notoriously a minefield for singers who forget the words, so the lyrics will appear on the teleprompters, but we're told that's not at Jackie's request. We're told she's done the song a hundred times, and has it nailed.

Donald Trump Inauguration Cops Set Up Mobile Booking Stations To Handle Mass Arrests

1/19/2017 12:50 AM PST
EXCLUSIVE

0118-trump-mobile-stations-police-fa-tmz-getty-01Cops working Donald Trump's inauguration are prepped to handle mass arrests and avoid chaos in the jails ... and their secret weapon is the mobile booking station.

Law enforcement sources tell us the city will be littered with mobile booking stations where officers can book, issue citations and release demonstrators they arrest.

As we reported, there are new laws in D.C. that protect peaceful protests, and we're told local cops have been schooled on allowing demonstrations and not moving in too quickly.

Here's the rub. If violence erupts, all bets are off. Crimes of assault, battery and worse will almost guarantee a ride to jail, so lockup facilities could easily become overloaded.

The city will be swarming with law enforcement from various jurisdictions who will focus on crowd control and security. The National Guard will be 5,000 strong and they'll be joined by 3,000 cops.

Bikers for Trump All About Peace at Inauguration But Ready for the Worst

1/19/2017 12:40 AM PST
EXCLUSIVE

Donald Trump's biker buddies are pumped for inauguration Friday, but want to make it clear ... they're not violent outlaws looking for trouble.

Bikers for Trump founder Chris Cox tells TMZ ... his crew is organizing the unofficial 58th inauguration "halftime show" -- which goes down while Trump's lunching with Congress -- and they have quite the show planned. Think Hendrix, bagpipes and patriotism.

Cox says he's expecting a safe event and peaceful transition of power, and dismisses naysayers who think BfT is showing up to intimidate protesters.

Still, he warns they won't punk out if stuff goes down.

Tyson Beckford Coming to the Stage ... I'm Full Time at Chippendales!

1/19/2017 12:30 AM PST
EXCLUSIVE

0118-tyson-beckford-tmz-01Tyson Beckford will be bumping and grinding more than usual on the Vegas Strip because he's coming back for more than 3 months at Chippendales ... TMZ has learned.

We're told ticket sales broke records when Tyson did a 3 week guest appearance 2 years ago, so he struck a deal to return ... but things will be a little different.

He'll be in more numbers and several dances will be custom choreographed for him, as opposed to last time when was just joining the ensemble on stripteases.

Tyson's residency starts March 30, but word is he'll stay on until the end of summer, possibly longer.

Hehe ... longer.

'A Dog's Purpose' Producers German Shepherd Is Fine, Wasn't Forced to Film

1/18/2017 5:37 PM PST
EXCLUSIVE

The German Shepherd seen struggling to stay out of a pool while filming "A Dog's Purpose" was not forced to complete the scene, and shooting only resumed when he was comfortable ... according to producers.

Amblin Entertainment tells TMZ ... the dog, named Hercules, had "several days of rehearsal of the water scenes to ensure [he] was comfortable with all of the stunts."

The production company adds, "On the day of the shoot, Hercules did not want to perform the stunt portrayed on the tape so the Amblin production team did not proceed with filming that shot."

We're told the director called for a break in shooting and when they resumed ... Hercules was fine with doing the scene, and was NOT thrown into the water.

TMZ broke the story ... behind the scenes footage showed a handler trying to force the dog into the pool. Hercules ended up going under once filming resumed, but divers and handlers quickly rescued him. Amblin says, "Hercules is happy and healthy."

The company adds, the movie "is a celebration of the special connection between humans and their dogs. And in the spirit of this relationship, the Amblin production team followed rigorous protocols to foster an ethical and safe environment for the animals."

They're continuing to review footage and Amblin says it's confident great care and concern was shown for Hercules and all dogs featured in the film.

Fifth Harmony First Performance As 4 Camila's Verse Cut

1/18/2017 8:00 PM PST

The girls in Fifth Harmony kicked off the post-Camila Cabello era with their first performance since her contentious exit from the group ... and no one challenged her chops.

The foursome performed their song, "Work from Home," at Wednesday's People's Choice Awards in L.A. -- a song Camila used to sing the first verse on -- but rather than have a new voice on the part, it was completely skipped over.

However, Camila or not, the rest of the performance was flawless.

The Rock Lets a Finger Slip ... 'Saluting' Kevin Hart

1/18/2017 6:46 PM PST

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson got busted giving Kevin Hart the bird on live TV, but to be fair ... Kevin kind of had it coming.

Hart had just finished thanking all of his co-stars for winning favorite comedy performance in "Central Intelligence" on the People's Choice Awards ... but gave the reverse of a shout-out to The Rock.

The Rock laughed it off, but then decided to pay Kevin back right before the camera cut away ... a split second too late.

The Rock won an award for Favorite Premium Series Actor a few minutes later for his role on "Ballers."

You cannot see the hatchet in the video, but cops say they found it near the body.

Donald Trump Alleged Wannabe Assassin has Strong 9/11, Hillary Ties

1/18/2017 2:33 PM PST

0118-dominic-puopolo-getty-04The man who said on video he planned to assassinate Donald Trump at Friday's inauguration once spoke harshly about the 9/11 terrorists ... in no small part because his mom died on one of the planes.

Dominic Puopolo's mom, Sonia, was on American Airlines flight 11 from Boston to L.A. when it was hijacked and flown into the north tower of the World Trade Center.

The family made news back then because Sonia's hand with her wedding ring was found in the rubble.

Then-senator Hillary Clinton eulogized Sonia during her funeral in Boston. Clinton knew Sonia through work at the Red Cross. She was a big Hillary supporter.

After the attacks Dominic flew to Hamburg where he attended the trial of 9/11 mastermind Mounir El Motassadeq.

NYPD officers cuffed her and took her in for questioning, but we're told she will be released without charges.

For what it's worth ... Bella and Kendall barely seemed phased.

Stevie J Joseline's Off the Hook in Defamation Suit

1/18/2017 4:19 PM PST
EXCLUSIVE

0118-stevie-j-joseline-hernandez-tmzStevie J either had a big change of heart about suing his baby mama, Joseline Hernandez ... or maybe he's just absentminded about court dates.

Stevie's defamation lawsuit against Joseline was dismissed Wednesday by a Georgia judge, because he was a no-show for a scheduled hearing. You'll recall ... Stevie sued Joseline in October after he says she continued to accuse him of molesting his daughter, which he denied.

At the time she was pregnant with their kid, but since she gave birth he's admitted being gaga over the infant, and attempted to squash all beef with Joseline.

Walking away from this lawsuit should help things.
