Steve Brown Attacker Laughed Before Going Off And He Drew Blood!!!

1/22/2018 3:51 PM PST
EXCLUSIVE

Comic Steve Brown says the guy who viciously attacked him during his stand-up act over the weekend was loving the show when all of a sudden he seemed to go from Jekyll to Hyde.

Steve told us what happened in the moments before his attacker stormed the stage and started wielding a mic stand like a samurai sword. Steve says he's not sure what set him off, and it didn't help that the venue's security didn't jump to his rescue.

Cops still haven't found the guy, and even with a battle wound on his arm ... Steve had to think twice when we asked if he was going to press charges.

Too Short Sexual Battery Suit ... It's Just Extortion

1/22/2018 3:38 PM PST
EXCLUSIVE

Too Short says the woman suing him for sexual battery is making a vengeful, shameless money grab ... and he's vowing to take his own legal action against her.

We got Short Monday in L.A. and asked for his reaction to Teana Louis claiming he sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions in 2016. The allegation is simply an extortion attempt ... according to him, anyway.

The rapper insists the furthest they ever went sexually was foreplay -- not intercourse, and certainly not sodomy as she claims.

Short tells us he's got no choice but to countersue to squash this, and has a message for his accuser regarding the #metoo movement.

Breaking News

The Phoenix Police Dept. has opened up an investigation into allegations made by a woman who claims she was raped by WWE superstar Enzo Amore back in October. The WWE has also suspended him indefinitely.

The woman went public with her story on social media Monday -- claiming Enzo (real name Eric Arndt) along with 2 friends got her "f*cked up" in a hotel room on Oct. 19 to the point where she passed out.

The woman claims Enzo then restrained her and, "it happened."

The Phoenix PD says officers responded to a local hospital on Oct. 23 for a call about a woman who claims she was sexually assaulted. Investigators were assigned to the case. The investigation is still open.

As for the WWE, the organization has suspended Enzo ... saying, "WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving sexual harassment or sexual assault."

"Until this matter is resolved, Eric Arndt has been suspended."

Breaking News

Hollywood's oldest working actress, Connie Sawyer, died at home after an incredibly long and prolific career.

Connie reportedly passed away at her Woodland Hills home. Unclear exactly how, but she was 105 ... so presumably it's related to her age.

The longtime actress got her start in Tinseltown at the age of 18, and has over 140 acting credits to her name -- most of which were TV roles.

Sawyer's been on a number of hit shows over her six-decade career, including "The Jackie Gleason Show," "The Andy Griffith Show," "All in the Family," 'Mary Tyler Moore,' "Starsky & Hutch," "Seinfeld," ... and on and on.

She's also starred in movies like "Dumb and Dumber," "Pineapple Express," "When Harry Met Sally..." and "The Way West."

Philadelphia Eagles Fan Slamming into Pole, Subway ... ... NEW Hilarious Angle!!!

1/22/2018 2:20 PM PST

That Philadelphia Eagles fan who ran smack into a pole and bounced off a subway train is in even more pain than you thought ... as this new angle of his asinine celebration reveals.

The guy was all pumped up underground Sunday on his way to see his Eagles in the NFC Championship. He and some pals were standing around yelling, "Whooooo," and not really making much of an effort to board a waiting subway train.

Of course, once the train started moving, the guy decided to drunkenly chase it down the platform. The chase was over pretty quickly ... courtesy of a giant pole he never saw for some reason.

1/22/2018 1:08 PM PST

Omarosa's learning that quitting -- or getting fired, depending on who you believe -- pays big time.

The former 'Apprentice' star and President Trump's former Director of Communications for the White House Office of Public Liaison has officially signed with the American Program Bureau ... joining its elite roster of speakers that includes Jay Leno, Diddy, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Magic Johnson

We're told Omarosa signed her John Hancock Monday morning and will ask for up to $50k a speech, depending on the venue. Robert P. Walker, APB's founder and CEO, tells TMZ ... his firm's goal is to book at least 10 appearances over the next 3 months, and he thinks that's doable.

Walker says, "Since it's Black History Month and Women's History Month, I'm sure Omarosa will be in high demand, as she has always been."

Omarosa left Trump's administration last month but was reportedly on the White House payroll until Saturday. And now she's ready to talk ... for a fee.

Gabrielle Carteris I'm Honored '90210' Fans Still See, Hear Andrea

1/22/2018 12:35 PM PST
EXCLUSIVE

Gabrielle Carteris' #MeToo speech at the SAG Awards was so moving, fans thought it echoed one given by her character on "Beverly Hills, 90210" ... and Gabrielle agrees.

Carteris -- who's become Prez of SAG-AFTRA in 2016 -- tells TMZ she's "honored" people made the connection to her '90210' role of Andrea Zuckerman. Gabrielle made a powerful statement Sunday night about harassment and abuse in show biz.

She says Andrea was always a character who spoke the truth, and thanked her '90210' fans for making the comparison -- "You're the best!" for remembering her commencement speech at West Beverly High.

Check out the speeches for yourself ... it's pretty spot on.

Matt Lauer & Wife Annette Hitch Their Horses Together ... Amid Rumor He Got Booted

1/22/2018 12:15 PM PST

Matt Lauer sure doesn't look like a guy who just got kicked out of the house by his wife -- 'cause they're still showing up to the same places ... albeit separately.

Matt and his wife of 20 years, Annette Roque, both arrived Monday to a horse farm in Sag Harbor, Long Island -- this after a rumor went out this week that she'd kicked him out of their Hamptons home.

They did not arrive together, but did appear right around the same time at 11 AM ET. Annette has not filed for divorce or signaled any formal separation from her fired hubby, who was accused of sexual misconduct while at NBC's 'Today' morning show.

Hard to tell if they're still on good terms after Matt's alleged misdeeds at work. Guess we'll have to wait 'til we hear it straight from the horse's mouth.

Judge Judy and CBS Sued by 2 Women Who Launched Court Show

1/22/2018 11:50 AM PST
EXCLUSIVE

Judge Judy is in the middle of a lawsuit, but this time she's not presiding ... she's the defendant.

The Estate of Sandi Spreckman along with Kaye Switzer are suing Judy and CBS, claiming they helped develop her insanely popular court show back in 1995 and they were cut out of all the profits ... especially when Judy sold the show's library to CBS for a reported $95 million.

Switzer and Spreckman were actually staffers on "The People's Court" during Wapner's run and got in touch with Judy and brought her to Larry Little, the producer who got the show up and running. The 2 women were dismissed early on.

They are gunning for $4.75 million, minimum.

We reached out to Judy's rep. So far, no comment.

Suzanne Somers I'll Say It, I'm Happy with Trump ... 'Now My Career is Over!!!'

1/22/2018 9:51 AM PST
EXCLUSIVE

Suzanne Somers is saying it loud and proud ... she's a huge fan of President Trump, and she also believes she's committing career suicide by saying that.

We got Suzanne leaving WeHo hot spot Madeo over the weekend and asked about the government shutdown. She says politicians need to get their crap together, but she praises the Prez ... particularly for the economy.

For the record, Trump's GDP stats in his first year mirror almost exactly Obama's in his second term.

Suzanne -- whose last big TV gig was on the '90s sitcom "Step by Step" -- can't help but laugh after acknowledging her Hollywood fate.

USA Gymnastics Execs Resign In Wake of Nassar Scandal

1/22/2018 9:55 AM PST
Breaking News

At least 3 powerful members of the Team USA gymnastics board of directors have resigned ... just days after Aly Raisman BLASTED the organization for its role in the Dr. Nassar sexual assault scandal.

Board of Directors executive leadership chairman Paul Parilla -- along with vice chairman Jay Binder and treasurer Bitsy Kelley have resigned, USA Gymnastics has confirmed.

By the way, all traces of the three board members have already been scrubbed from the Team USA gymnastics website.

All three members have been on the board for years -- Parilla has been on the board since at least 2009.

In addition to Binder's duties as V.P., he also served as the national team physician for acrobatic gymnastics since 1989. He served on the Team USA gymnastics board on-and-off since 2002.

Team USA Gymnastics president and CEO Kerry Perry says, "We support their decisions to resign at this time. We believe this step will allow us to more effectively move forward in implementing change within our organization."

CNN, TBS Lawsuit We Work 3 Times As Hard to Get Ahead ... Black Employee Claims

1/22/2018 8:51 AM PST
EXCLUSIVE

TBS and CNN make their African-American employees work way harder to get a promotion ... according to an ex-employee who's now suing both networks, and their parent company.

Wanda Byrd, who is black, says she's worked for TBS for 13 years, and describes her job as a mid-level manager in quality assurance. She says she was passed over for a promotion to a senior level position, and claims a less-skilled and qualified white man got it.

In the suit, Byrd says that's par for the course.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, black employees at TBS have a significantly lower promotion rate than Caucasians -- and zero people of color ever obtain the title of senior VP or higher. Byrd goes further, saying the company segregates ... keeping most black employees in certain divisions that she calls "less powerful and non-revenue generating."

Byrd says in her suit there is a dramatic difference in pay between blacks and whites -- and African-Americans have to work 3 times as long as Caucasians to receive any type of promotion.

She's not only suing for herself ... Byrd wants to make this a class action suit against TBS, CNN and Time Warner. To be clear, she never worked at CNN, but seems to be gunning for all Turner properties.

We've reached out to both networks ... but no word back.
