'New Moon' Script-Finder: My Good Deed Cost Me

The Good Samaritan who found the script for "Twilight: New Moon" in a St. Louis dumpster -- and then returned it -- says the reward she got from the movie's production company is actually costing her big-time in the end.

Casey Ray
tells TMZ she's grateful Summit Entertainment coughed up two tickets to the film's L.A. premiere and after party on November 16 -- but the cost of traveling expenses is biting her in the behind.

Ray says the round-trip tickets for her and her niece cost $1,200 -- plus another bundle to pay for a hotel and whatever other expenses the duo happens to rack up.

We spoke to a rep for Summit who says Ray's complaint comes as a complete surprise. The rep said Ray had no problems with the reward package -- which also includes a walk down the red carpet and a signed copy of the script by the movie's lead actors -- when she agreed on it back in May ... and Summit hasn't heard a peep from Ray since.

So the question is...

Johnny Dangerous -- I'm No Snitch!

Johnny DangerousThough Burglar Bunch suspect Jonathan Ajar -- aka "Johnny Dangerous" -- continues to stew in his L.A. jail cell, he wants to make one thing clear: He ain't rollin' over on anyone while he's in there.

As we previously reported, Nick Prugo spilled his guts to police after he was arrested -- and in his finger pointing, named Ajar as one of the people involved.

Ajar's attorney, Michael A. Goldstein, tells TMZ: "While Mr. Prugo continues to implicate others ... Ajar is sitting in custody and has not pointed the finger at anybody. He understands his minimal role in his mess."

Then there's this: Goldstein says Ajar has only known the rest of the group for the last six months. Paris' break-in happened in December.

Ajar is facing six counts possession for sale of a controlled substance, three counts possession of a firearm by a felon and one count possession of ammunition.

As you can see by TMZ's Incredible Zoom Technology (IZT), the grainy picture is no more clear after being enlarged than it was when really, really tiny.

TMZ has yet to identify the third person in photograph, who also may or may not be dating Rob and/or Kristen.

'Vacation' Star to Tenant: Pay Up & Get Out!

Beverly D'Angelo was renting out a sweet Beverly Hills home that she owns -- but according to a new lawsuit, the tenant hasn't been making payments and now Bev wants the alleged deadbeat to kick rocks.

The suit, filed last month in Los Angeles County Superior Court, says Adela Ohanesian entered into a lease with the "Vacation" star in February and agreed to pay $8,500 a month for the property -- but Bev says the tenant stopped forking over the cash in August.

D'Angelo is asking for Ohanesian to pay the $25,500 past due rent -- plus $279.45 for each day she remained on the premises after August 1 and other legal fees.

Bev has one final demand -- she, obviously, wants to officially break the lease.

Criminal Case Against Balloon Boy Sheriff Bursts

Balloon Boy Sheriff BurstsThe sheriff from the Balloon Boy fiasco will not be charged with a crime for running his mouth about the Heene family -- and revealing that the county's Child Protective Services team had been asked to investigate Richard and Mayumi in the wake of their hoax.

Heene's attorney had claimed Alderden broke a Colorado law, which bars officials from discussing information about a family investigation publicly.

But now, the Larimer County District Attorney's office tells us they "have carefully reviewed all public statements we were able to find of Sheriff Alderden with regard to the Heene investigation ...

... Although Sheriff Alderden references the fact that the Department of Social Services has become involved, he discloses no data or information obtained from a Deparent of Social Services report, nor does he improperly release any identifying information obtained from records or reports of child abuse.

Thus, no criminal charges are warranted."

Joe Jackson's Ultimatum

Joe Jackson's UltimatumJoe Jackson's lawyer just made it clear to the judge -- if Michael Jackson's dad doesn't get an allowance, he'll file a creditor's claim against his son's estate.

Brian Oxman
, Joe's lawyer, just said out loud he thinks Katherine has "struck a deal with the estate" rather than staying committed to challenging the will, John Branca, and on and on. Branca's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, said there has never been a "deal" with Katherine.

Oxman said if Joe doesn't get the allowance he's after, Michael would have breached a contract he had with daddy and that's why he'd then file a creditor's claim. Oxman didn't elaborate on what kind of contract MJ made with Joe.

And then there's this. Katherine Jackson's lawyer said Katherine doesn't object to Joe getting an allowance, but was quick to add that Joe has no legal standing to appear in probate court.

Moakler Makes an Ass Out of Khloe K.

The only thing more ridiculous than Wendy Williams' pit stains on her show this morning: The war Shanna Moakler ignited with the Kardashians by calling Khloe a "donkey."

Shanna Moakler: Click to watch
After Shanna talked about not being invited to "the donkey's wedding" on Wendy's show, the Twitter-verse exploded -- with Khloe's friend Jonathan Cheban Tweeting Shanna was a "dirty whore" and Khloe chiming "I have no idea who this girl is but I guess she is talking about me. Talk on honey... I can care less LOL."

Like any dependable celebrity these days, Shanna also said sorry via Tweet, saying "
you are right. We don't know each other personally and I apologize for my comment this morning."

What a bunch of twits.
