Shaquille O'Neal wants to teach his estranged wife Shaunie Nelson a thing or two about getting thrown out. We've learned Shaq is trying to boot Shaunie from the entire court system in California.
Shaunie filed legal papers in California earlier this month for legal separation, having moved to L.A. just days earlier.
We've learned Shaq's lawyers filed legal docs, alleging Shaunie has no right to use the California divorce courts because they are residents of Florida.
As we first reported, Shaunie stands to get more spousal support in California.
The woman who sued Elisabeth Hasselbeck for copyright infringement just won't take no for an answer.
TMZ has learned Susan Hassett just filed her second lawsuit over Hasselbeck's book -- "The G Free Diet" -- even though a judge tossed out Hassett's first suit earlier this month after her lawyer decided not to pursue the case.
Hassett -- who claims Beck's book is a rip-off of her own publication, "Living with Celiac Disease" -- tells TMZ her original lawsuit was shot down because of a technicality ... she failed to provide the necessary copyright information for "Living."
Hassett's new suit, which was filed today in federal court in Massachusetts, includes plenty of copyright info for "Living" ... plus claims that Hasselbeck's book is "misleading and dangerous" to those who suffer from Celiac disease.
Hassett once again wants the court to stop the presses on "G Free" and yank it from bookstores everywhere.
Calls to Hasselbeck's people have not been returned.

Jay-Z's The 40/40 Club in Atlantic City is under investigation after a video surfaced showing several hulking bouncers brutally attacking two male patrons in the club parking lot over the weekend.
In the footage, captured by DJ Zeke, roughly ten men wearing "security" and "event staff" shirts gang up and repeatedly beat the two men -- who can barely defend themselves against the ruthless mob.
Cops say charges will be filed against several bouncers -- and they are currently reviewing the tape to identify the men involved in the attack.
But get this -- the two victims were arrested after the beatdown and charged with disorderly conduct because security told cops they had acted inappropriately inside the club.
The two men claimed they did nothing wrong inside or outside of the club. The tape seems to back their story.
A rep for the club tells TMZ: "We can't comment on the fight. We are doing our own investigation in addition to the police investigation. It's really in the hands of the police at this point. The 40/40 club has never had anything like this happen before and we take the safety of our patrons seriously."
Harvey and Daniel took your questions today on all things Tiger Woods ... from his mysterious crash, whether or not he was impaired at the time of the accident, if cops could press charges against his wife and how Gloria Allred has managed to insert herself into the storyline.
Plus: The White House party crashers, Paula Bach's DUI troubles and did Harvey catch the last episode of "Dexter"?
Security in Tiger Woods' private community has ramped up to the point where even the people who live there are being told where they can and cannot go.
Sources tell TMZ residents are being kept away from Tiger's infamous crash site and one resident even had his camera's memory card confiscated by Isleworth security.
Tiger announced earlier today that his injuries from Friday's accident would force him to pull out of his upcoming golf tournament.
Tiger Woods will not play in the Chevron World Challenge golf tournament this week.
The reason for Tiger's no show -- car crash injuries.
On Tiger's own website, he released a statement saying, "I am extremely disappointed that I will not be at my tournament this week ... I am certain it will be an outstanding event and I'm very sorry that I can't be there."
The site also says Tiger will not compete in any more events this year.
The tourney says they are trying to find someone to take Tiger's spot and that it would be one of the top 50 players in the world.
As for refunds, the tourney's site says tickets will be refunded at face value beginning next week.
Tareq and Michaele Salahi were definitely up for the White House challenge last week .... when you look at this photo gallery, you'll see how hard practice led them to crash President Barack Obama'sparty.
TMZ now has an eyewitness account of what happened immediately following Tiger Woods' car accident.
According to a witness, Tiger had a cut on his lower lip when emergency responders and witnesses arrived. The wound was bloody.
Tiger was wearing shorts, a t-shirt and no shoes. It's illegal in Florida to drive without shoes.
Tiger was lying on the ground unconscious when EMT workers arrived. They used "pain stimulus" -- a method where pressure is applied on an unconscious person to make them alert -- but Tiger only briefly opened his eyes and then lost consciousness.
We're told EMTs asked Tiger's wife, Elin Nordegren, if Tiger was taking any medications. She went in the house and brought out two pill bottles. She said she did not know when he had last taken the meds.
Elin was extremely upset and was told twice by paramedics to stand back while they tended to her husband.
While at a newsstand in Brentwood this weekend, Britney Spears' special man friend Jason Trawick caught up on the latest developments ... on his relationship with Britney.
TMZ has obtained the 911 call made by a photographer who claims some rabid Michael Jackson fans attacked him with a bat earlier this month ... an incident the photog blames on a lawsuit he recently filed against Debbie Rowe.
In the call, which was made on November 22, you can hear photographer Ed Frommer tell the dispatcher it all started when two cars pulled up beside him on a road in Lancaster, CA.
Frommer says three men exited the cars -- and that one of the guys told Frommer to stay away from Debbie, while another man began "pushing me with the bat through my window."
Frommer told us last week he thought the goons were mad at him because of the defamation lawsuit he filed against Debbie -- but he doesn't believe Debbie had any connection to the alleged incident.
