Darius McCrary Charlie Sheen's Right Love and Prenups Don't Mix

Darius McCrary is not only Charlie Sheen's co-star on "Anger Management" ... he's his comrade in arms on the subject of prenups ... which he believes destroys marriages.

Darius was hilarious as he arrived at Carvin Guitar Shop in Hollywood. He has high hopes for Charlie's 4th trip down the isle and thinks Sheen is 100% right ... you can't mix business and marriage.

Here's what makes it really interesting. Darius -- who also starred in "Family Matters" -- has been married 3 times ... just like Charlie. He says if he takes the plunge again, he'll do it again commando -- no protective prenup.

Charlie Sheen Cops Called Over 4-Person Mansion Rager

Charlie Sheen doesn't know the definition of "low key" -- TMZ has learned, cops were called to his house last night ... over a party that was SUPPOSED to be a small, intimate gathering of friends.

Sources tell us, Charlie and 3 or 4 close friends were kicking it after he had spent all day shooting for "Anger Management." It was a long day and Charlie needed to unwind ... drinks, music, yadda yadda ... so he invited some pals over to relax.

But in typical Warlord fashion, we're told the intimate gathering quickly spiraled into an all-out rager ... and the neighbors finally called police to complain about the noise.

We're told cops responded to the scene ... and informed Sheen's security about the noise complaints. Charlie agreed to keep it down and, voila, the police left without further incident.

Just another Thursday night for the Masheen.

Charlie Sheen My Advisors Didn't Quit ... We Broke Up

Charlie Sheen tells TMZ ... the people who guided his career have parted company with him NOT because they were fed up -- it was "mutual."

Charlie's lawyer, Jake Bloom, his publicist, Larry Solters and his manager, Mark Burg all said sayonara to Sheen last week.

Charlie tells TMZ ... there are explanations for all 3 departures.

-- Jake Bloom: Charlie says Jake was there to make movie deals for him, and since he's not doing any movies "his brilliant skill set wasn't required."

-- Larry Solters: Charlie says Larry is a music publicist who he hired at the start of "Anger Management." Charlie says he needed a TV publicist so he made a switch and hired TV veteran Jeff Ballard. Charlie does not explain why he hired Larry in the first place.

-- Mark Burg: Charlie says Mark asked to step down because he just had a kid and wanted to spend more time with his family.

Charlie then kind of backhandedly says, "I couldn't be more pleased with the current state of my team. Much like their fearless leader, they don't believe in excuses, fatigue or failure."

Charlie Sheen Grants Last Wish for Cancer Patient

Charlie Sheen single-handedly organized and paid for a cancer patient's greatest wish -- to hang with the actor.

Marion Minchuk is a cancer patient who has been told he has a month to live. Marion got in touch with Charlie's people and asked if there was any way he could meet him before he died.

Charlie invited Marion to L.A. ... he lives in Arizona. Charlie paid for 3 first class tickets -- for Marion, his GF and his nurse. He put them up at the Presidential Suite and the Universal Hilton.

Charlie took the 3 to the set of "Anger Management" where Marion got to sit in Charlie's chair -- it's a thing on the show.

Charlie then took Marion to his home, where a chef made lunch for the group and they went to the screening room to watch "Gravity."

Charlie signed an "Anger Management" script and signed a DVD of "Wall Street."

Marion was beyond excited.

Charlie Sheen Drops 10K In Epilepsy Fight

Charlie Sheen ... is juggling his battles -- with one hand he's pulling out a can of whoop-ass to use on Brooke Mueller, and with the other he's writing a $10k check to help finance the war on epilepsy.

Rewind to a week ago Friday ... when Denise threw in the towel, saying she could no longer care for the twins. It's also the day Charlie called the judge in his custody war Judge Anus Brain.

At the very same time another part of Charlie's brain was on the hunt for something charitable. He was on the set of "Anger Management" when a grip named Casey Jones plastered a few posters on the wall seeking donations for The Walk To End Epilepsy. The poster included a pic of Casey's grandson, Dylan, who was diagnosed with pediatric epilepsy when he was 3.

So Charlie did what he often does -- he pulled out his checkbook and scribbled out $10k.

The walk is November 17.

BTW ... Charlie still hates Brooke.

Charlie to Brooke: SUCK ON THIS GRENADE ... AND DIE.

Charlie Sheen is killing Brooke Mueller with kindness -- at least he really, really wants to -- because he just wished his ex-wife a happy birthday with a special piece of cake (topped with a grenade).

FYI, it's not actually Brooke's birthday (that's in August) but it didn't stop Charlie from writing this message on Twitter, "Happy Bday Brooke. When you're done sucking off the parking lot at Home Depot, why don't ya 'blow' out this candle?"

Now that's love.

Oh yeah, if you recognize the cake ... that's because it's the same cake Charlie got for his recent "Anger Management" party.

The Warlock has returned.

Charlie Sheen Throws Rager For 'Anger Management' Crew

Charlie Sheen may be in a bitter battle with Brooke Mueller and the LA County Department of Children and Family Services ... but that didn't stop him from throwing a bad ass back-to-work party!

Charlie invited all his "Anger Management" co-workers over to his pad to let loose before they start shooting again this week. The show had been on hiatus.

Charlie hired "The Taste" Season 1 winner Chef K. to handle the menu, as well as a masseuse -- who handled 'Anger' co-star Noureen DeWulf. The party was organized by David Pressman events.

No strippers were present -- but Sheen did have a plane fly over his house with the phrase "KLAY-VINN! 55 HERE WE COME!"

We're told they just hit the 55th episode of 'AM' -- and the "Klay-Vinn" thing is an inside joke among the cast and crew.

On this, no one's ever challenged Charlie -- dude can party.

Stars and Scars You Be the Judge

Lots going on this week. George Zimmerman is a menace to his community -- so says the police chief. Dina Lohan ended up in the drunk tank. Selma Blair is out for blood after getting sacked from "Anger Management." So we gotta ask ...

Selma Blair Threatens Lawsuit You Screwed Me, Charlie!

Selma Blair has called in the legal hounds ... threatening Charlie Sheen and Lionsgate Entertainment with a retaliation lawsuit after getting the ax on "Anger Management."

Sources connected with the show tell TMZ ... Selma believes she had a big fat target on her forehead after daring to criticize Charlie for being a slacker. She repeatedly complained to the crew that everyone had to sit around and wait while Charlie sat in his trailer and learned his lines.

Charlie got wind of Selma's beef and she believes that's when the die was cast. Our sources say Selma's now demanding the $1.2 mil she would have made if she would have continued working ... and if she doesn't get it she's filing a lawsuit.

Sources tell TMZ ... of the 12 scenes per show, Selma was only in 3 or 4. Charlie was in all 12 and required to memorize 44 to 48 pages of dialogue per show. One source said candidly, "When you work 12 hours a day and have 3 girlfriends at home, it's hard to memorize all the lines for tomorrow."

As for the claim of wrongful termination based on retaliation ... our sources acknowledge, when Charlie heard Selma was trashing him he was pissed, but the decision had already been made to write her off the show, because "America didn't want to see Charlie with just one girlfriend."

But here's the thing ... One very well placed source tells TMZ ... the plan was to phase Selma out over 8 episodes. After Charlie heard Selma was bitching about him, "That process was accelerated."

We're told lawyers for Lionsgate and Selma are currently talking ... trying to reach a settlement.

Charlie Sheen Halfway to $150 Mil Payday

Charlie Sheen has officially made it halfway to the biggest payday of his life ... $150 million from "Anger Management" ... and no one really thought he'd make it this far.

Charlie just wrapped his 50th episode of the show ... a milestone in the broadcast world ... because once "Anger Management" hits 100 episodes, it's eligible for syndication.

Syndication -- where a show is packaged and sold off to TV stations around the world -- is where the big bucks are ... and we're told Charlie stands to earn at LEAST $150 million if a syndication deal goes through. It took Charlie nearly 3 times as long to earn the equivalent sum -- $150 mil -- for "Two and a Half Men."

Here's the rub. The 100th episode of "Anger Management" is set to film in October, 2014. That gives Charlie well over a year to do that thing he does ... which can sometimes derail a show. But, so far, so good.

Selma Blair Very Public Breastfeeding

Selma Blair is mixing fun bags with shopping bags -- the former "Anger Management" star was unabashedly breastfeeding in plain sight at one of the biggest shopping spots in L.A. like it was no big deal.

Blair was spotted at The Grove with her 2-year-old son ... pumping the kid full of breast milk on a trolley, surrounded by shoppers.

The move is interesting ... considering earlier this week, a Chick-fil-A in Tennessee came under fire when an employee asked a mother to stop nursing her 5-month-old kid where other people could see.

Clearly, Selma's not shy when it comes to the matter -- but we gotta ask ...

Charlie to Brooke: I'm Gonna Cut You Off!

The gravy train is about to come to a screeching halt in the child support department ... at least if Charlie Sheen has his way with Brooke Mueller.

TMZ has learned ... Charlie filed legal docs this week ... asking a judge to cancel his obligation to pay Brooke $55k a month in child support.

Sources close to Charlie tell TMZ ... he thinks it's absurd he should pay her anything while she's in rehab, because she doesn't have the kids -- they're with Denise Richards.

Charlie believes Brooke is using almost all the money for her rehab -- something he doesn't want to pay for. Charlie has paid for several of Brooke's rehab stints before, and he doesn't think he owes her that obligation any longer.

Now get this ... we've learned Charlie has offered to up Denise's child support while she cares for Bob and Max, but Denise has refused the money.

One final thing. It's feeling like there's some bad blood here. We've learned Denise recently brought the twins by the set of "Anger Management" to see Charlie at work. You may recall ... last XMAS Brooke went nuclear when she heard Denise planned to take her kids by the set, and Denise backed off.

When mom's away ... the kids will play -- and dad won't pay.

Selma Blair Officially FIRED from 'Anger Management'

Chalk up a victory for Charlie Sheen ... 'cause Selma Blair has officially been 86'd from "Anger Management."

TMZ broke the story ... Sheen personally fired Blair over the weekend after hearing that she was complaining about his work ethic behind his back.

Sheen then went to producers and issued an ultimatum -- get rid of Selma ... or I quit.

Seems producers sided with Charlie -- 'cause Lionsgate, the studio behind the show, just released a statement saying, "We are confirming that Selma Blair will not be returning to Anger Management and we wish her the very best."

Charlie Sheen Threatens 'Anger' Producers Fire Selma Blair ... Or I'll Quit

Charlie Sheen has told "Anger Management" producers -- FIRE SELMA BLAIR ASAP OR ELSE HE'S QUITTING THE SHOW ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story -- Charlie has been on a mission to get Selma 86'd from the show because he believes she's been complaining about him behind his back ... trashing his work ethic.

Now, sources tell TMZ ... Charlie returned to work Monday and told producers he wants the termination process started TODAY ... or else he'll walk.

It's a big threat from Charlie -- who's set to make between $75 and $200 MILLION if he completes the 100 episode order for "Anger Management" ... depending on how it does in syndication. We're told Charlie's completed roughly half of the 100 episode order.

We're told Charlie understands that there can be complications with firing someone from a TV show ... but he wants producers to begin drawing up an exit strategy for Blair by the end of the day.

Sources connected to the production tell us ... Selma was not on set yesterday, though it's unclear if she was scheduled to work.

This morning, Blair was spotted out on a walk with her kid -- and when asked about her potential termination from "Anger" she just shook her head and replied, "I don't know anything."

We're told FX network execs are currently in talks about how to handle the situation ... but it's unclear if Blair's fate has been decided.

Charlie Sheen At War With Selma Blair She's FIRED!

Charlie Sheen and Selma Blair are in an all out WAR on the set of "Anger Management" ... so much so, Sheen says he fired the actress and REFUSES to shoot if she comes to set today, this according to sources connected to the show.

We're told it all started when Selma complained to "AM" execs that Charlie was a menace to work with -- claiming he's late all the time and has a shoddy work ethic.

Problem is ... the actor found out about it and was super pissed. We're told Charlie felt Selma was out of line considering he's the star of the show. And he specifically referenced himself learning 40 pages of lines per episode compared to her 2.

But sources close to Sheen tell us the actor did more than just complain ... he told everyone HE FIRED SELMA altogether -- although it's unclear how official it was.

Charlie then made it clear to "AM" honchos ... if Selma shows up to set Monday -- when the show is scheduled to shoot -- he'll refuse to work.

And there's this ... we're told Charlie now wants to extend an offer to Mila Kunis (a.k.a. Ashton Kutcher's GF) for a 10 episode arch ... at $1 MILLION per episode.

As for the network honchos ... our sources say the execs are hoping it will all blow over. But we're told Charlie specifically asked FX to support him in his decision. Calls to Selma's people were not returned.

Now here they are in happier (scripted) times ...

Charlie Sheen Farrah Abraham Is a 'Desperate Guzzler of Douche Agua'

Charlie Sheen is FURIOUS at Farrah Abraham for allegedly leaking their private text message conversation -- and TMZ has learned, he's already sent her the most epic rejection letter of all time ... calling her "a desperate guzzler of stagnant douche agua."

And that's just the beginning. Seriously. Charlie does NOT hold back. Here's the full transcript:

hey, you desperate guzzler of stagnant douche agua;

I truly do not recall giving you permission to globally reveal any communication between us. congrats on surviving your lobotomy and an even bigger congratz on the recent attempt at porn.

your daughter must be so proud.

please send my number to middle earth and if allowed, eagerly follow it into said abyss and slam the door behind you. the world will collectively sigh as the pungent memory of you vanishes into the pedestrian troposphere of lame-suck and zero-life.

oh and I'm sure they'll wave the cover charge when they see your tranny-boobs and five o'clock shadow.

bye!
cs.

TMZ broke the story ... Farrah reached out to Charlie back in May via text message, saying she hopes to meet Sheen if she can score herself a role on "Anger Management." Charlie responded favorably, agreeing to meet up, but now ... it appears that's changed.

Translation: Farrah can forget about a playdate with Charlie ... but at least she's still a millionaire.
