Russell Simmons wants to be a baby daddy, even though baby momma ain't so sure.
We obtained a legal document filed by the Russell man, asking for joint custody of his two kids. Kimora Lee Simmons tried to block her ex by asking for sole custody when she filed for divorce back in March. Bitter, bitter.

Hulk Hogan isn't cooperating with his wife's questions about how much bling he's rolling in. Maybe daughter Brooke can gently massage the issue.
Hulk's soon to be ex-wife Linda filed with Florida's Pinellas County Judicial court asking the Hulkster to come clean with how much money he makes -- and she needs to know right quick. Linda is trying to schedule a hearing ahead of a May 13 deadline or else the two could lose an $840,000 deposit on a Vegas condo.

Shauna Sand's French Fabio-alike soon-to-be-ex husband, Romain Chavent, has filed a request for a temporary restraining order against her -- claiming the Lucite wonder abused him. 
The handwritten request for the TRO -- which makes painfully obvious that English isn't his first language -- was filed yesterday in Los Angeles Superior Court and alleges that on April 20 Shauna came to the restaurant where he works and told him she was going to "ruin [his] life." Chavent claims she "tried to take out my ring out of my finger" and had to lock her out of the restaurant.

A Frenchie named Romain Chavent married her in 2006, but now says he's giving her the Lucite boot -- telling us her move to Miami and hard-partying are reasons for the split. Aren't her outfits reason enough?
Like her other ex, Shauna definitely has a type too -- this guy looks a helluva lot like Lorenzo Lamas.
Chavent filed for divorce yesterday, citing irreconcilable differences. BTdubs, his divorce papers are handwritten. Guess the modeling thing isn't working out so well.

Gayle Blanks has filed for legal separation from her husband, Tae Bo creator Billy Blanks. The reason for the separation? Tae Bo is no longer relevant ... just kidding, it's "irreconcilable differences."
The fit couple, who have been married since 1974, met in a karate class. They have two kids -- one of whom, Billy Jr., tried to invent something called "Cardioke."

TMZ has confirmed that former "View" host Star Jones has filed for divorce from hubby Al Reynolds. I'll be needing a lawyah!
Jones filed back on March 26, and the couple married back in 2004. We're told that Star is currently out of the country. Big Al -- as ever -- no clue where he is.
She released a statement to "ET" that reads: "Several years ago I made an error in judgment by inviting the media into the most intimate area of my life. A month ago I filed for divorce. The dissolution of a marriage is a difficult time in anyone's life that requires privacy with one's thoughts. I have committed myself to handling this situation with dignity and grace and look forward to emerging from this period as a stronger and wiser woman."

As part of his divorce settlement with ex Pamela Bach, David Hasselhoff will maintain possession of his biggest asset -- his name.
Specifically listed in the divorce settlement filed today, Hasselhoff keeps the rights to the name "Hoff" and the catchphrase, "Don't Hassle the Hoff" in countries throughout the world.
Bach and Hasselhoff will split their Encino, Calif. home 50/50. Bach also gets two cars (a 2006 Mercedes and a 1999 Lincoln Navigator), half of their joint checking account and the balance of a few other bank accounts -- one of which has a whole dollar in it!
For his part, the Hoff gets control of several accounts of his own, various items of furniture and a few cars. He also has to fork over $21,000 a month in spousal support and $4,000 a month in child support for the couple's two kids, Hayley and Taylor.

Lorenzo Lamas has heard about ex-wife Shauna Sand's comment to TMZ -- that she'll be hightailing it (pun intended) to Miami. Lorenzo says over his dead, chiseled body.
Cary Goldstein, Lorenzo's divorce lawyer, tells TMZ he spoke with his client, who's in Sweden. Lorenzo's reaction to his baby mama saying that she hates L.A. and is going as close to Cuba as possible -- "I strongly oppose it."
Lorenzo feels he's the only "stable force" in the family and "the [three] kids need me." Goldstein tells us Shauna has not given any legal notice that she's moving and she just better not.

Jasmine Guy filed for divorce last week from her husband of nearly 10 years, Terrence Mitchell Duckett -- and she has a laundry list of stuff she plans to keep. You go, Whitley!
In court papers filed April 3, Guy has two pages of items she lists as being her "separate property." They include her wedding ring, five paintings, two sculptures, three checking accounts, full ownership in one production company and half of another, her tax refunds, her BlackBerry (ok, now this is just getting petty), four DVD players, pots, pans, and a toaster. Come on, let the man keep the toaster!
A rep for the actress tells TMZ "It is true that Jasmine Guy has filed for divorce from her husband of nearly 10 years, Terrence Duckett. Jasmine would like to say that there is no villain in this scenario and that she is ending her marriage due to irreconcilable differences. Jasmine would also like to thank everyone who wishes her and her family well, and asks that the press and the public allow her and her husband their privacy to work through what is a very difficult time. Thank you very much."
The couple also has a daughter, Imani, who is 9. There is no indication yet about how they will handle custody.

They may have had one of the most bitch-tastic break-ups ever, but Whitney Houston is done slinging the s**t with Bobby Brown, who is allegedly going to fling the dirty sheets off their marriage in an upcoming biography.
Bobby, among other things, is reportedly saying he married Whit in part to quell rumors she was involved in a relationship with her female assistant. He also says she was whacked out on drugs.
Whitney's rep tells TMZ, "Miss Houston is sad that Bobby feels the need to say such things but she chooses to take the high road and will not speak badly about the father of her child even if it's to set the record straight."
The NY Post says Bobby's autobio is supposed to pop next month.
UPDATE: We spoke to the press agent for the book, and she says it'll be out in June, and that it's being sold right now through something called Atlas Books. The publisher is an outfit called Down South Books.
