'Buckwild' Star Busted on VA Drug Charges in FL

Some familiar, and still bad news for ex-"Buckwild" star Salwa Amin -- she got locked up Wednesday on a warrant for drug charges ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Amin was arrested in Orange County, FL on a warrant out of Virginia. According to her booking information ... she's facing multiple charges, including conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and possession of cannabis with intent to distribute.

She's been down this road before -- most notably in 2013 when she was arrested on similar drug charges, re-arrested in that same case and eventually sentenced to rehab and jail.

Ex 'Buckwild' Star 30 Days in Jail for DWI Bust

An ex "Buckwild" star is behind bars for the holiday -- finally serving her sentence for a DWI arrest from nearly 2 years ago.

Law enforcement sources tell us Ashley Whitt turned herself in to the Pitt County Detention Center on Friday to begin her 30 day stretch in the lockup. Cops busted her in Greenville, NC back in May 2014.

It's unclear why the case took so long to be resolved.

A lots changed since Ashley's big MTV debut back in 2013. Or maybe not much at all ...

'Buckwild' MTV Show Coming Back ... This Time in Alaska!

Move over, Sarah Palin ... the folks at "Buckwild" are coming back to MTV for season 2 and TMZ has learned they are shooting in the former Alaska governor's backyard.

As TMZ first reported, "Buckwild" was cancelled by MTV last year after the death of one of the cast members, Shain Gandee. Producers of the show maintained at the time they were going forward with season two.

Now sources tell TMZ the show has been shooting for about a month now in Wasilla, Alaska with a whole new cast. Our sources say the concept is the same as before -- lots of hooking up and fights -- but with some insane new stunts.

We're told they've already shot the cast skinny dipping in freezing cold water during an ice fishing trip ... and a crazy snowmobile ride through the mountains, with people being pulled on inner tubes. Our sources say the stunts being shot now may or may not make the final edit.

MTV had no comment.

'Buckwild' Star Arrested For Aggravated DUI

Stop us if this one sounds familiar -- one of the people from the ex-MTV show "Buckwild" was arrested this morning in West Virginia ... this time for a DUI.

Anna Davis -- who the show described as a "true wild child" -- was busted early Saturday morning for aggravated DUI.

It's unclear at this point why the DUI charges were elevated since a whole slew of things could have caused it ... but the same thing happened to her co-star Bluefoot earlier this year when he had a BAC higher than .15.

Anna was released hours later on a $1k pr bond -- meaning she didn't have to pay ... just promise to show up in court.

Yee-Haw!

'Buckwild' Star Head SLAMMED By Metal Lighting Rig

'Buckwild' star Anna Davis got the crap smacked out her this week in Kentucky ... by a MASSIVE pole covered in strobe lights -- and TMZ obtained the nerve-wracking video.

The smackdown happened at Whiskey Barrel Bar and Dance Thursday night in Richmond -- where Anna was hosting an event alongside the DJ ... and the rig above collapsed.

It's unclear why the structure fell -- but Anna says her neck, back and head have been "throbbing" since ... and she plans to see a doctor if the pain persists.

Calls to Whiskey Barrel went unanswered.

'Buckwild' Star Salwa Ordered to REHAB After That, Back To Jail

Good News: "Buckwild" star Salwa Amin is getting out of jail!!!

Bad News: She's only being TEMPORARILY released so she can go to an inpatient rehab for opiates.

Worse News: After she completes rehab, the judge is making her go back to jail.

Old News: Salwa was locked up without bail in West Virginia on March 27, when a court-ordered drug test turned up oxycodone and morphine.

On Monday, a West Virginia court ordered her to an inpatient treatment program ... it's not clear for how long.

Salwa was originally arrested in a February drug raid at her friend's house. Officers allegedly turned up oxycodone and heroin and booked them on counts of felony drug possession with intent to deliver ... that's why she was ordered to drug-test in the first place.

Once she's done with rehab, Salwa is coming STRAIGHT BACK to jail to await a court date regarding the original drug charges ... and that date hasn't been set yet.

'Buckwild' Sex Tape Judge Orders Shae and Jesse's Porn DESTROYED!

"Buckwild" stars Shae Bradley and Jesse J won't become porn stars after all -- a judge ordered their homemade sex tape DESTROYED ... after an emotional face-off between the reality show bumpkins.

Shae and Jesse met in a Kanawha County courtroom Monday ... where Shae was trying to get a permanent injunction to block Jesse from shopping or releasing the tape.

As TMZ first reported ... Shae got a temporary order last week.

According to WCHS ... the judge sided with Shae, and ordered Jesse to destroy the video.

It probably didn't help that Jesse admitted in court he was just shopping the tape to "ruin her life."

Jesse claims he already burned the tape when he heard Shae was dragging him to court over it.

So the whole thing was a waste of time ... if you believe he didn't keep a copy.

'Buckwild' Sex Tape Judge Won't Let You See It ...YET

A judge won't let a lil' sex tape drag "Buckwild" star Shae Bradley through the mud ... so its release has been blocked -- for now.

Hizzoner noted ... TMZ broke the story that the tape -- starring Shae and then-BF Jesse Chapman Johnson -- was up for sale. She says Johnson was the perp.

The judge was moved by Shae's heartfelt intention to keep her privates private ... in fact, she says she asked Johnson to delete the recording after they broke up.

Bottom line ... the judge felt Shae would suffer irreparable harm if the tape goes wide. So he issued an order prohibiting Jesse from shopping or selling the tape ... at least for the next 10 days.

If Jesse is to be believed ... he now says he's not going to sell the tape. But those hillbillies change their mind on a dime.

The judge has set a formal hearing for next week -- that's when Jesse can take his best shot -- oh yeah, he already did that on the tape.

'Buckwild' Star Shae Bradley I Was Offered Money & Cigs For My Sex Tape

"Buckwild" star Shae Bradley -- whose latest role is in a hillbilly sex tape -- thinks it's her creep ex-bf Jesse J who's been pimping their homemade porn ... and she wants no part of it.

Shae tells TMZ ... "The materials are being used against me and it should be illegal. I am ashamed of my mistake and deeply regret it."

She may want to reconsider ... TMZ has learned YouPorn.com is willing to pay Shae $50,000 in cash if she'll sign off. To sweeten the deal they'll throw in a year's supply of cigarettes ... any kind her hillbilly heart desires. But Shae tells us ... "No way."

TMZ broke the story ... the on-again-off-again couple videotaped themselves having sex a year before they became reality stars.

But sounds like Shae wants more than smokes and dead presidents to let the vid go public.

Moonshine, anyone?

'Buckwild' Stars We Made a Sex Tape Too!

A couple of "Buckwild" Stars are horning in on Farrah Abraham's sex tape territory ... TMZ has learned.

The stars are on-again-off-again couple Shae Bradley and Jesse J -- and they engage in what we're told is "trailer park sex." Translation -- nothing fancy, down and dirty and a tad tacky -- she doesn't even take her shirt off.

We're told "Buckwild" producers knew about the tape before they started shooting the show, and told Shae and Jesse to keep their mouths shut. But now that the show has gotten the ax, it's being shopped around.

Unlike our fair Farrah, it's unclear if Shae and Jesse are behind the possible sale of the XXX vid.

Shae tells TMZ, "Yes there is a sex tape and I regret making it with someone who I obviously couldn't trust and is looking to exploit the relationship we had."

But we know the way these things usually end. A little money changes hands, and the tape is available on a computer near you.

'Buckwild' Show Will Live On In Davy Crockett Territory

Substitute some cow dung and meth for mud ... and you have a reincarnated version of "Buckwild" ... the new and improved Texas and Alaska editions.

Producers of the hit show are undaunted by MTV pulling the plug ... after the death of the show's star, Shain Gandee.

J.P. Williams from Parallel Entertainment -- one of the companies behind "BW" -- tells TMZ the show will be retooled, with a new name and a new network.

In fact ... Williams tells us he's already sent his casting scouts to The Lonestar State and the state where you can see Russia from your backyard.

Producers think it will be a cinch to snag a new network ... since "Buckwild" was the 3rd highest- rated show in MTV.

We're guessing their first choice had to be Mississippi ... but it's too hard to spell.

'Buckwild' City Mayor Happier than Pig in S*** 'Buckwild' Got 86'd

The Mayor of the town where "Buckwild" was filmed is crackin' out the fried chicken and sweet tea now that the show that reinforced Southern stereotypes has gotten the ax.

Charleston, West Virginia Mayor Danny Jones tells us, "I’m relieved and happy the show is cancelled, and so is everyone around here. The show does nothing for us and exaggerates every negative stereotype about us."

Mayor Jones also put on his programming hat, surmising "Buckwild" without Shain Gandee is like biscuits without gravy.

We broke the story ... Shain was found dead in his truck from carbon monoxide poisoning last week, following an off-roading trip with his uncle.

Now if Mayor Jones could only turn cinder blocks into tires ... think how nice those lawns would look.

'Buckwild' Canceled [Update]

8:22 AM PT -- A rep for MTV tells TMZ ... "Given Shain's tragic passing and essential presence on the show, we felt it was not appropriate to continue without him."

The rep adds, "Instead, we are working on a meaningful way to pay tribute to his memory on our air and privately."

MTV says ... this weekend, it will have a "day of programming dedicated to Shain in which we will air the entire first season of 'Buckwild'."

MTV is pulling the plug on "Buckwild" -- canceling the reality series that was rocked just 8 days ago by the death of cast member Shain Gandee ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the show tell us MTV decided to stop production in the middle of the second season of the show ... which followed the lives of young people in a rural West Virginia town.

We're told MTV didn't give the cast and crew any specific reason for the cancellation. An official announcement is expected Wednesday morning.

Gandee died of carbon monoxide poisoning in his Bronco last week ... when the vehicle got trapped in mud during an off-road excursion.

There were other issues since the show debuted in January -- the arrests of 2 other cast members ... Salwa Amin for drug possession and Michael Burford for DUI.

According to our sources, 4 episodes of Season 2 were shot, but will not air -- however, a special that was taped 2 months ago is expected to air.

'Buckwild' Star Shain Gandee Funeral NOT Ready For Prime Time

The honchos behind "Buckwild" are taking the reality TV high road ... telling TMZ they will NOT be filming during Shain Gandee's funeral.

J.P. Williams, the CEO of Parallel Entertainment -- one of the companies that produces the show -- tells us they would never film the funeral "in a million years" out of respect for Shain and his family.

Filming funerals is not outlandish ... after all TLC aired "Best Funeral Ever." And Shain's could be right up there.

As TMZ previously reported ... J.P.'s company along with Zoo Productions will cover the cost of the funeral -- set to take place Sunday. People are encouraged to wear camo in honor of the 21-year-old.

Shain Gandee 911 Call 'I HAVE 3 DEAD PEOPLE'

A distraught man called 911 to tell the dispatcher there were 3 dead people in a Bronco, and one was "Buckwild" star Shain Gandee.

The caller screams, "Oh Jesus, they're dead. Oh my God."

In the 911 tape, obtained by TMZ, the man sobbed as he told the dispatcher 2 of the 3 people were Shain and David Gandee.

The man had examined the bodies and found no pulse on anyone.

As we reported, Shain and the two others died from carbon monoxide poisoning after their Bronco became stuck in mud with the exhaust pipe submerged.

'Buckwild' TV Producers Paying for Shain's Funeral

The two production companies behind the MTV reality show "Buckwild" have offered to pay for all of Shain Gandee's funeral expenses, TMZ has learned.

Parallel Entertainment CEO J.P. Williams -- who produces the show with Zoo Productions -- tells us, "Shain was a great kid with a big heart who had endless love for his mom and dad." He adds, "I am from West Virginia and this show reminded me of how I grew up."

A public service for Shain will be held this Sunday.

As for the donation websites that have been raising money to help pay for the funeral -- we're told that money will now go toward expenses incurred by Shain's family during the recovery effort.

We're told any remaining money will go towards the funeral of the other two men that were killed, including Shain's uncle.

As we reported, 21-year-old Shain was found dead yesterday morning inside his truck, which had stalled out submerged in mud while off-roading. Shain and the two other men died from carbon monoxide poisoning.
