Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ, Kim is in a live-in facility in Malibu which specializes in substance abuse. We're told she made the decision after consulting with family.

As we reported ... the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star was arrested 9 days ago at the Beverly Hills Hotel after allegedly causing a scene while heavily intoxicated. She was booked for trespass, resisting arrest, battery on a police officer, and public drunkenness.

We're told she will stay at the rehab facility "as long as it takes."

The legendary star of the stage and screen was leaving her new favorite place -- Lisa Vanderpump's PUMP -- Wednesday night and could not have been nicer chatting up our photog.

Liza revealed she's rehearsing for her next gig -- but didn't say what.

But her mood changed slightly, blanching hard when we asked about a "Wizard of Oz" remake.

Johnny Manziel

Rehab Was Great

... I'm a Changed Man

breaking news

Johnny Manziel says he learned a "tremendous" amount about himself during his stint in rehab -- and says he's ready to prove he's a changed man.

The Cleveland Browns QB just issued a statement ... in which he apologizes for letting down the Browns organization and his fans.

He also says he takes "full responsibility" for his actions -- and though he doesn't get into specifics, he's clearly referring to his highly publicized alcohol fueled benders last season.

He concludes by saying he wants to focus on football -- and wants to be "the best possible player, teammate, and man that [he] can be."

Here's the statement in full ...

"I would like to thank my family, friends, the Browns organization, my teammates, and Browns fans everywhere, for your patience, understanding, and support during my stay at Caron.

The doctors and staff have been amazing and what I’ve learned in the last couple of months has been tremendous. I owe private apologies to a lot of people that I disappointed but a very public one to the Browns organization and the fans that I let down.

I take full responsibility for my actions and it’s my intention to work very hard to regain everyone’s trust and respect. I understand that will take time and will only happen through what I do and not what I say.

I also understand there’s a lot of curiosity about this but anyone who has a friend or family-member that’s been through things like this knows it’s an ongoing process. I’m going to continue to ask folks to try to respect my privacy as I determine to what degree I am comfortable talking about a subject which I consider very personal.

Most of you have been considerate about that and I thank you for it. I look forward to seeing my teammates next week and focusing on football and my desire to be the best possible player, teammate, and man that I can be."

Johnny Manziel took a break from his intensive rehab to hit the links with his family.

Johnny, his dad and sister played the front 9 Saturday at East Ridge Country Club in Shreveport, Louisiana.

People who interacted with the Cleveland Browns QB say he was in good spirits and extremely friendly. Johnny took a pic with Brian Hall, one of the golf pros.

We don't know what he scored but he's a good golfer and has played the course before.

Manziel went into rehab at the end of January after tearing up Hollywood with some hard partying. He's reportedly spending more than 2 months there and could get out as early as next week.

Scott Disick

Turnt Up in Vegas

After 'Rehab'

3/28/2015 7:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

Scott Disick was a wild man in Vegas, scoring a big fee for hosting Friday night festivities at 1OAK.

Disick, you know, bailed on rehab a week ago because he said he had business obligations.  Before he left his cushy Costa Rican facility, he partied at 2 nightclubs.   He kept it going last night.

No evidence Disick, who famously has problems with alcohol abuse, was boozing it up in the club.

You hear Disick scream in the video, inviting clubgoers to orally pleasure his friend.

The whole rehab thing is really starting to sound fallacious.

EXCLUSIVE

0323-scott-disick-club-rouge-costa-rica-TMZ-02Scott Disick's officially ditched rehab in Costa Rica ... so he can spend quality time at the local nightclubs.

Disick was spotted hanging near the bar in a club called Rouge on Saturday night. Sporting a black tee and ball cap ... Scott seemed like he was trying to keep a low profile -- but hanging with a big bodyguard in purple ain't exactly inconspicuous.

Witnesses tell us he also hit up a spot called Vertigo.

TMZ broke the story ... Scott bailed on the Costa Rican rehab program after less than a week. He's coming back to the states, and already has club gigs booked back here.

update_graphic_red_barAfter we posted our story, Scott posted (and then deleted) a photo touting his upcoming appearance at 1OAK in Las Vegas.

Dr. Drew

Scott Disick Is in Desperate Shape

3/23/2015 6:40 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

Dr. Drew believes Scott Disick is in far worse shape than anyone believes, because his choice of rehab is dangerous, generally used by heroin addicts, and he's destined to relapse.

The good doc was at LAX Sunday when our photog asked about Disick's decision to leave the Costa Rica rehab facility Monday, after only one week of treatment. Scott says he has pressing business in L.A., but Drew says it's a common rich-people's avoidance technique.

Dr. Drew seemed alarmed Scott was being treated with a hallucinogenic plant called Iboga, saying it's usually used for heroin addiction, not alcohol, and it's very dangerous.

I'm Too Busy for Rehab

3/21/2015 2:57 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0321-scott-disick-tmz-02Scott Disick has decided he's too busy to stay locked down in rehab ... we've learned he's bailing on the facility in Costa Rica.

Sources close to Scott tell TMZ ... Disick had actually booked a flight Saturday to LA but he didn't get on the plane. Scott entered a rehab facility in Costa Rica last Monday, where he was undergoing an intensive therapy involving the African psychedelic shrub Iboga

Disick's people tell us he decided not to take that flight but will leave that facility Monday because he has too much business in LA to deal with. As for why he didn't get on the plane today, we're told he wanted to complete a full week of treatment before bailing. The normal length of treatment is three times that -- 21 days.

Scott has the option to return for more treatment when he is ready.

Seeking Sobriety By ...

Tripping His Face Off with Shamans

3/17/2015 8:06 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0316-scott-disick-tmz-01Scott Disick is fed up with traditional rehab treatments, so he's taking an all natural option -- as in sucking down hallucinogenic plants in the jungle ... under the supervision of a shaman, of course.

As we reported ... Scott checked into the Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica, where we're told they use the African psychedelic shrub Iboga to send patients on a vision quest.

Hang with us ... it's about get even trippier. These "Iboga flights" are supposed to force users to examine their inner selves so they can learn what triggers their addictions. Sources connected to Scott tell us a shaman observes the entire trip, and the center says it's so effective ... it boasts a money back guarantee.

We're told Disick briefly visited the facility last month to research the place and was convinced Iboga could help him fight his alcohol demons.

Treatment can take several weeks, or as brief as one week -- but that would be one helluva trip ... we're guessing.

Goes to Rehab

breaking news

0316-scott-ceo

Scott Disick has decided to go to rehab, after an insane, tequila-fueled weekend.

Disick checked into Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica. He says, "I realize my issues are bigger than me and I'm ready to truly remedy this struggle I continue to battle."

Scott was in Atlantic City over the weekend where he did multiple shots of tequila right out in the open. He then went on a rant onstage and ended the night at 8 AM, where he was stumbling in the hotel lobby without shoes. At 5 PM people went to his room to do a welfare check when he was MIA.

Scott has had multiple problems with alcohol and has vowed to maintain his sobriety, especially after his girlfriend Kourtney gave him an ultimatum.

As for his treatment, he says he is doing Iboga treatment, which involves roots from a small African tree that supposedly helps people battle addiction.

As for the facility, Rythmia is located on a private estate offering a "luxurious world-class experience" including a five-star restaurant, full-service spa with mud bath, and fitness center.
