A day after announcing the pregnancy, Charlie Sheen's third wife Brooke Mueller showed off her growing baby bump while running errands in L.A. on Tuesday.
Brooke is well on her way with her studies at The Denise Richards Fame School for Girls.

Sources tell us Charlie Sheen has buried a Bev Hills doctor in small change, and Charlie's people think they know who dropped the dime.
Dr. Peter Waldstein, a Bev Hills pediatrician, has treated Charlie and Denise's two kids in the past. Charlie was pissed that the doc was immunizing the kiddies, because he doesn't believe in it. Charlie sent Waldstein a letter, demanding that he no longer treat the kids, but the Dr. fired his own letter back saying he would treat them if they needed medical attention, no matter what.
So, there was this outstanding $380 bill that Charlie paid by messenger today. It was a big box filled with $380, all in nickels. By our calculations that's 7,600 nickels.
We're told the Dr. is donating the loot to the March of Dimes.
Charlie's rep, Stan Rosenfield, said, "Dr. Waldstein should spend more time treating his patients than leaking stories to TMZ." Rosenfield adds, "Maybe Dr. Waldstein would like to be featured in John McCain's next television commercial [famous for being famous]."
For the record, we're not saying who gave us the story.

Charlie Sheen's rep tried to rip Denise a new one, but she's fired right back at him.
After court today (Denise asked a judge to restrict Charlie's access to the kids because the children are having problems), Sheen's rep told TMZ, "... Denise...went to court a second time this morning. She received the same result that she did on July 17. Richards lost for the second time in seeking to change any of the custodial arrangements..."
Richards' lawyer, Neal Hersh, fired back, "What Charlie's reps are not telling you are the orders the judge made specifically directed toward Charlie. Charlie keeps on trying to talk about a winner or a loser but clearly no one would consider those orders a victory for Charlie. As usual, he was simply trying to attack Denise rather than focus on his children."
Hersh adds today's order "will finally force Charlie to focus on his children."

Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards both say they couldn't be happier with the latest courtroom custody battle -- a battle that has a lot to do with home video.
TMZ has learned Richards' lawyer, Neal Hersh, came armed with home video from Denise, showing her kids acting out in a way Denise found alarming. Hersh would not comment on the video, but we're told the way the kids have been acting is why she wants restrictions on Charlie's contact with the kids. We also know the videos were not shown in court.

Denise Richards went to court this morning, asking the custody judge for an emergency order restricting Charlie Sheen's access to their kids.
Denise and her powerhouse lawyer, Neal Hersh, went into a closed emergency hearing today. We're told they told the judge there's a serious issue in Charlie's home that could have an adverse impact on the kids. The issue, we're told, is psychological and Denise wants professionals to evaluate things. In the meantime, she doesn't want her kids hanging around there.

Our spies tell us Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen are at loggerheads over whether to vaccinate their kids.
Charlie is convinced vaccinations are poison. We're told they are now at a stalemate and may end up in court. Pretty ironic and Hollywood, that a judge may have to decide whether to make the kids cry.
Apparently, the doctor for the kids has been siding with Denise. We got hold of a threatening letter Charlie's lawyer sent to the pediatrician last month, advising him Sheen did not consent to any treatment and promising legal retribution if he doesn't listen.

Three days after getting hitched, Charlie Sheen and third wife Brooke Mueller honeymooned in Costa Rica on Monday.
As of this post, Brooke had not filed for divorce or started filming a reality show.

TMZ has learned Denise Richards has filed a legal motion in her ongoing divorce case to separate joint bank accounts with Charlie Sheen so she's free to use her share to pay her living expenses.
We're told Denise has a bunch of obligations, including paying her mother's medical bills. Denise wants the accounts divided equally so her share is her share.
We're told the amount of money we're talkin' about is between $100,000 and $250,000.
The matter has been set for hearing.

TMZ has learned the judge in the Denise Richards/Charlie Sheen custody battle has ruled Denise can do a reality show with her kids, with certain restrictions.
Charlie had objected to his kids participating in the show. But, during a closed hearing, we're told the judge gave the green light, however, there were general ground rules. We don't know the nature of those ground rules, but we're told Denise was "very happy."
No comment from Charlie's side.

TMZ has learned Denise Richards will ask a judge today for permission to appear in a reality show with her two daughters, but her ex, Charlie Sheen, will vehemently protest.
We're told the ground rules in the ongoing custody dispute are that either parent must get permission if the kids are goin' on camera. We're told Charlie feels it's exploitive and will draw a clear line in the sand, objecting to any appearance by three-year-old Sam and two-year-old Lola.

Last night's Best in Drag annual Aid for AIDS fundraiser at L.A.'s Orpheum Theatre was the place to be for such stars as Kathy Griffin, Martin and Charlie Sheen, Holland Taylor, Rebecca Gayheart and husband Eric Dane, Jennifer Coolidge, Katey Sagal and many more. Bindi Dundat was the hilarious winner of the faux beauty contest. Somebody put this show on TV!
During introductions of celeb attendees, Martin Sheen's presence was recognized, and the entire crowd gave the lifelong activist a rousing and prolonged standing ovation! In contrast, when Perez Hilton was announced, the gays roundly booed the blue-haired round blogger, to which Perez told us "I'm happy to get the gays talking! I'm even happier to raise awareness for Aid for AIDS, a wonderful organization." Priceless!
Charlie and Martin were also the huge donors last night, teaming with co-star Jon Cryer and Brooke Mueller to donate $25,000! Apparently, they love their gays too.

TMZ has obtained a declaration filed by Charlie Sheen in his ongoing custody fight, in which the actor grumbles that the nanny situation just ain't working.
In the documents, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Sheen explains he's now engaged to Brook Mueller, whom Sheen says "has a strong relationship with my children and she and I provide them with a structured and safe environment." Sheen wants more time with the kids, without the intrusion of nannies approved by the court who must be present when he has the kids.
Charlie says "I am capable of selecting my own child care provider and I request an order permitting me to make that decision."
Sheen alleges recently, Richards "has repeatedly made unnecessary telephone calls to me and to my home. These calls have resulted in disputes between us." Sheen wants the court to 86 all non-emergency calls. He's also asking for extended visitation -- he'd like to pick the two kids Saturday morning and return them on Monday every third and fifth weekend of each month.

Charlie Sheen says he's not backing away from narrating a provocative 9/11 documentary that charges that the World Trade Center was exploded from within, refuting a Page Six report earlier this week that he'd had second thoughts about lending his voice to the movie.
In a statement released through his publicist, Stan Rosenfield, Sheen says that his "views and convictions regarding the events of 9/11" remain the same, namely that "the truth [about 9/11] needs to be exposed," as he told "EXTRA" recently. Sheen continues in the statement, "The suspicious fact that certain relevant testimonies were not included in the Keen [sic] Commission's final report, discredits the majority of their findings." Rosie O'Donnell, another proponent of certain 9/11 conspiracy theories, had promoted "Loose Change" on "The View" and on her blog.
Sheen goes on to suggest that another panel be assembled, but this time "not some tepid rehash of Bush-serving lap-dogs cherry picking evidence to support erroneous and fictional 'Magic Bullet' explanations."
Still, as far as "Loose Change- Final Cut" is concerned, Sheen isn't quite as resolute. "I await the newest version to be presented to me, at which point I will make my decision to participate (or not) based on the film's content and merit."
