Princess Love Ray J Divorce Purge Or PR Stunt???

FOCUSED ON ME
TMZ.com

Princess Love put the final nail in the coffin containing her marriage with Ray J by abruptly filing for divorce on Monday ... or did she?

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with Princess out in Bev. Hills shortly after she publicly told the world she and Ray were splitting for the fourth time.

Princess tells us she's still on the up after the latest divorce filing but she wouldn't exactly spill on what prompted her to sign the paperwork.

Their "Love & Hip Hop" fanbase was extremely skeptical of the news and suspected foolishness afoot ... in the form of a classic PR stunt.

Princess had no comment for her critics ... which will likely fuel their suspicion even more, but of course, she has no control over that.

She does guarantee, however, rain or sunshine, the two will always remain friends.

Ray J's Wife Princess Love Files for Divorce (Again) ... 4th Time's the Charm???

Ray J and Princess Love are on the outs again -- and she's ready to throw in the towel in court ... filing to end their marriage, marking the 4th time they've been down this road.

The 'L&HH' star filed for divorce Monday in L.A. County -- and while the details of what she wants out of it are unclear at this point ... the fact she's calling it quits isn't. The only thing we know for certain is she notes there are minor children involved, and money's gotta be hashed out.

Worth noting ... she's the petitioner this time, and Ray's the respondent -- on their third divorce attempt, RJ was the one who filed ... and that was back in 2021. He also initiated their second divorce filing in late 2020 ... and she kicked it off initially in Spring '20.

So, they've kinda been going back and forth over who files ... this time, it's her doing it.

PL posted a lengthy statement on IG addressing the news, writing ... "It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of our decision to divorce. After much reflection, discussion, and counseling, we have come to the difficult realization that our paths have diverged, and it is in the best interest of both of us to part ways."

She goes on to say they're doing this with both of their well-being in mind, and that they're committed to being great co-parents to their two kids, a young daughter and son they share.

Princess Love asks for privacy over their divorce, finishing by saying ... "Though this chapter of our lives may be closing, we look forward to embracing the opportunities for growth, healing, and new beginnings that lie ahead. We are confident that with time, understanding, and the support of our loved ones, we will navigate this transition with grace and resilience."

They've had a number of issues over the years, but until now ... they've been able to make peace and yanked all the divorce filings leading up to this. Now, it seems truly over.

Taylor Swift Shorts Worn At Travis Kelce's Game Sell Out In Blink Of An Eye!

Taylor Swift is becoming quite the trendsetter for football game attire ... 'cause the denim shorts she wore at Travis Kelce's latest football game are already sold out online.

As you know, Taylor was in a celeb-packed box at MetLife Stadium Sunday night in New Jersey ... wearing a pair of logo-lettering denim shorts by fashion label AREA.

The jorts were being sold on Farfetch for a whopping $1,213 but were 50% off the night of the game -- but it's all sold out as of Monday morning.

Shouldn't come as a total shock ... millions had their eyes on Taylor during the Chiefs vs. Jets game, with NBC's 'SNF' leaning hard on her viral craze that went down just a week before, and cutting to her a lot throughout the game.

This isn't the only Swift/Kelce clothing choice to run out -- as we reported, a fashion line added "1989" to the name of the jacket Travis wore last week when he was spotted walking out with Taylor, a reference to one of her albums.

Kelly Clarkson Therapy Can Help You Too ... But I'm Not Ready to Date

OFF THE MARKET
TMZ.com

Kelly Clarkson says therapy helped her get through her divorce, and she thinks it can be a useful tool for other couples who are going through relationship issues.

We got Kelly Wednesday in NYC, and our photog asked about her recent revelation she started therapy when her marriage hit a rough patch ... and has been doing sessions ever since.

Kelly says the reason therapy is helpful, at least for her, is the fresh perspective that comes with talking to people outside her normal circle.

TMZ broke the story ... Kelly finally settled her bitter divorce with Brandon Blackstock back in March 2022, splitting after 7 years of marriage and two children together.

Kelly's been a divorcee for a while now, but it doesn't sound like she's gung ho about getting back on that horse ... though she's not closing the door completely on a future marriage.

Legendary Songwriter Cynthia Weil Dead at 82 'You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin,' 'Here You Come Again,' 'Through the Fire'

Cynthia Weil, one of the most prolific and successful songwriters of all time, has died ... TMZ has learned.

Cynthia's daughter, Dr. Jenn Mann, tells TMZ ... "My mother, Cynthia Weil, was the greatest mother, grandmother and wife our family could ever ask for. She was my best friend, confidant, and my partner in crime and an idol and trailblazer for women in music."

Jenn says her mother, a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, passed on Thursday night.

Cynthia's catalog is eyepopping ... The Righteous Brothers' "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin," Dolly Parton's "Here You Come Again," The Drifters' and George Benson's "On Broadway," The Crystals' "Uptown," The Righteous Brothers' "You're My Soul and Inspiration," The Animals' "We Gotta Get Out of this Place."

The list just keeps going, with Paul Revere & the Raiders' "Kicks," The Ronettes' "Walking in the Rain," Chaka Khan's "Through the Fire," which Kanye West sampled for his debut solo single, "Through the Wire" ... and that's a VERY short list of the hits she wrote.

Cynthia's writing partner for many of her hits was her husband, Barry Mann. They were married for 62 years.

They were nominated for an Academy Award and won 2 Grammys for Linda Ronstadt and James Ingram's "Somewhere Out There" from Steven Spielberg's "An American Tail."

She and Barry received the first-ever National Academy of Songwriters Life Achievement Award.

In her early years, Cynthia was an actress, singer and dancer and became a protégé of Tin Pan Alley songwriter Frank Loesser.

Cynthia and Barry had massive hits in the '60s, '70s, '80s and '90s.

She worked with other collaborators to produce hits like "Running With The Night" and "Love Will Conquer All" with Lionel Richie. She also worked with David Foster for the soundtrack to "St. Elmo's Fire," including the hit, "For Just a Moment." And then, there's Peabo Bryson's "If Ever You're In My Arms Again,” and "He's So Shy" by The Pointer Sisters.

BTW ... "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'" was the most played song of the 20th Century!

Cynthia received 112 pop, country and R&B awards from BMI.

Cynthia and Barry produced another big hit ... their daughter, Jenn Mann, AKA Dr. Jenn, a psychotherapist, author, and host of VH1's "Couple's Therapy." Jenn and her fiance Eric Schiffer were by Cynthia's side when she passed.

The family adds, "Cynthia Weil's Grammy award winning lyrics touched the hearts and souls of hundreds of millions of people around the world, making her one of the most iconic songwriters of the 20th Century. Her husband, Barry Mann, says, "I'm a lucky man. I had two for one, my wife and one of the greatest songwriters in the world, my soul and inspiration."

Cynthia was 82.

Nicki Minaj & Husband Sued by Attempted Rape Victim ... She Claims Nicki Tried to Pay Her to Change Story

Nicki Minaj and her husband, Kenneth Petty, are being sued by the woman he was convicted of trying to rape in 1995, who claims she's being harassed ... especially after declining Nicki's offers to change her story.

The woman, Jennifer Hough, was the victim in Petty's 1995 conviction for first-degree attempted rape -- the reason he has to register as a sex offender. You'll recall, he was charged with not registering and recently took a plea deal.

Hough claims in new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Nicki and Kenneth have directly and indirectly harassed her and threatened her to not speak about the incident, and she says they've inflicted emotional distress upon her as a result.

According to the docs ... Hough says this started after Petty and Minaj began dating in late 2018, with Minaj allegedly making comments about how Petty was "wrongfully accused" and claiming Hough had recanted her story back then ... something she denies.

Then, in March 2020 after Petty was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender ... Hough claims Minaj called her and offered to fly her and her family to L.A. in exchange for recanting her rape claims against Petty and helping him out.

Hough says she declined and within days, she and her family "suffered an onslaught of harassing calls and unsolicited visits." Shortly after, she claims Nicki had people reach out to Hough's brother and offer a $500k payment in exchange for a statement recanting her rape allegations against Petty.

According to the docs ... Hough says this was followed by Nicki sending lawyers to her home to try to pressure her into recanting her story, and she began to panic and feel unsafe because she was being harassed at home.

After one more alleged cash bribe offer of $20k and another alleged threat to her safety, Hough says she moved from her home in August 2020 ... and continues to live in fear.

She's suing Nicki and Kenneth for intentional infliction of emotional distress, harassment and witness intimidation ... as well as suing Petty for sexual assault related to the 1995 conviction.

We've reached out to Minaj's rep ... no word back so far.

KEEP IT IN YOUR PANTS
TMZ.com

Kevin Hart's clearly got a cheating problem and needs help to turn it around ... so says "Couples Therapy" star Dr. Jenn Mann.

We got the doc out in Bev Hills Thursday and had a couch session with her that was totally raw and uncut. She's not pulling punches here, so Kevin might not wanna listen.

Once a cheater, always a cheater? Do celebrities get a pass? Does having a kid on the way make things more complicated? Jenn tackles it all, and says there IS hope for Kevin.

The doctor is in.

'Couples Therapy' Caitlyn Jenner Inspired Us Carmen Carrera's Our Big Star

"Couples Therapy" producers are striking while the transgender iron is hot -- on the high heels of Caitlyn Jenner's big announcement ... they're making Carmen Carrera a focal point of the show.

Sources close to Carrera tell TMZ she and her husband Adrian Torres' very unique story will be highlighted during Season 6 ... which is shooting right now.

For those who don't know ... Adrian was married to Carmen before she transitioned in 2012. They separated the next year, but never divorced. They've been back together for the last 6 months, but clearly there are a ton of issues left for them to address on 'CT.'

We're told the producers aren't stupid -- they're well aware of all the attention Caitlyn's been getting, and they're out to get a piece of that pie with Carmen.

Freud would be glued to his TV.

Brittney Griner & Fiancee Recruited By 'Couples Therapy' ... You Need Serious Help

THEY'VE GOT WORK TO DO
TMZSports.com

The host of VH1's "Couples Therapy" says she desperately wants to get WNBA star Brittney Griner and her fiancee Glory Johnson on the show ... telling TMZ Sports they "need a hell of a lot of work."

Both Brittney and Glory were arrested last week for attacking each other in their AZ home -- and Dr. Jenn Berman says the show would be the perfect place for them to work out their issues before they tie the knot.

Dr. Berman -- a former rape and domestic violence counselor -- also says domestic violence is a serious problem in the gay and lesbian community because they tend to hide it more often.

"There's a lot of shame in the gay community when there is domestic violence because there is a kind of a sense of 'Hey, we've been fighting to be recognized as a couple and now we have this?!'"

Berman also offers the couple advice -- but says she could be most effective if Griner and Johnson agree to get her help in person ... on Season 6.

Evel Dick I Got HIV From A Stripper ... I Think

"Evel Dick" Donato says a romp with a Vegas stripper is why he's HIV positive ... so he thinks.

Dick tells TMZ ... he had unprotected sex with the stripper -- who he says got her period during intercourse. Dick says, "When I woke up, she was gone and I looked like I had murdered someone."

Donato was diagnosed in 2011 ... from blood tests administered on "Big Brother." Donato says he left the show and broke the news to his mother and his girlfriend ... calling it the "hardest conversation I have ever had to have."

Dick says his GF -- who tested negative -- was amazing ... assuring him they would get through it. She stuck by him for the next two years, until they split in 2013. They're appearing on "Couples Therapy" to see if they can re-ignite their relationship.

As for the whole unprotected sex thing ... Dick says he already had a vasectomy so as far as he was concerned he had eliminated the only known risk. Clearly he didn't know ... unprotected sex is risky.

'Big Brother' Star I Wish Evel Dick Stayed In Game ... After HIV Diagnosis

One of "Evel Dick" Donato's former "Big Brother" housemates tells TMZ ... she wishes Dick would have STAYED in the BB house after learning he was HIV positive -- but Dick says he didn't have a choice.

Donato -- who won BB in 2007 and then rejoined the cast in 2011 -- left the show very early into Season 13 when he was informed by producers that blood tests showed he had HIV.

We spoke with Rachel Reilly -- who was competing in the house at the time -- who tells us she wishes Donato would have stayed in the game.

"If he had a meeting with everyone it would have been a way to give the disease a voice," Reilly said ... "It's reality TV."

She adds, "I think it's cool he is talking about it 3 years later and I hope this changes people's lives. I think it's brave of him."

We also spoke with Evel Dick on "TMZ Live" moments ago ... who told us he didn't get a choice to stay in the game -- producers told him he had to leave.

But he also says he wasn't ready to go public with the information anyway ... "This was the most shocking news I've ever been told. I needed time to digest."

Donato says it's already destroyed him in one way -- financially.

For their part, a rep for CBS tells TMZ Dick was not forced to leave the show, but rather made the decision on his own.

'Couples Therapy' Host Janay Should DIVORCE Ray Rice

Janay Rice is making a HUGE mistake by staying with her husband after the elevator attack -- so says the host of VH1's "Couples Therapy."

We spoke with Dr. Jenn Berman -- who says she has an extensive background in domestic violence cases -- and she tells us she was particularly horrified by the Ray Rice footage.

Berman also says while it's good that Ray and Janay seek help -- it's important that they each have SEPARATE counseling sessions .. so that Janay can be open and honest without fear.

As for whether Janay should forgive Ray for the attack -- Berman is clear, "I think you can forgive someone and not have to be in a relationship with them."

'Couples Therapy' Fire Emergency Cast Evacuated

The cast of the VH1 reality show "Couples Therapy" was evacuated from their house this afternoon after a fire broke out inside one of the rooms ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us, a 911 call was placed around 4:45pm reporting the blaze.

We're told the fire department rushed to the scene, but by the time they arrived ... the crew had already extinguished the flames. Once firefighters determined the situation was all clear, they took off. No one was injured.

Sources connected with the show tell us the fire was caused by a production light which had burned a couch.

Production is scheduled to resume tomorrow.

It's the second emergency at the house this week -- Flavor Flav's fiancee was rushed to a hospital Monday following a suspected overdose.

Flavor Flav's Fiancee Overdoses On VH1's 'Couples Therapy' [UPDATED]

5:45 PM PT -- A rep for Flavor tells TMZ, Liz was NOT treated for an OD. The rep says Liz was briefly treated for exhaustion at the hospital after being kept awake all night doing "Couples Therapy" stuff ... and producers are hyping it up for ratings.

The rep adds, "The claim of an overdose, or any involvement of drugs, could not be further from the truth."

Flavor Flav's fiancee -- who is starring with the rapper on this season's "Couples Therapy" -- was hospitalized today after ODing on painkillers ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the show tell TMZ ... the fiancee, Liz Trujillo, is the mother of one of Flav's children. The two agreed to appear on the show together to work on their relationship.

A honcho on the show tells us ... the OD was accidental and not a suicide attempt. We're told she was "acting strange" and it became apparent "she took too many pills."

The 39-year-old woman was taken by ambulance to the hospital, where she remains although we're told she'll be released soon.

'Teen Mom' Star Catelynn Lowell We Need Couples Therapy!

"Teen Mom" stars Catelynn Lowell and fiancé Tyler Baltierra might not be getting married as soon as you think ... TMZ has learned the duo has joined the new season of "Couples Therapy."

Catelynn and Tyler -- who infamously put their "Teen Mom" kid up for adoption back in 2008 -- have been on and off for over seven years -- but were reportedly set to tie the knot in Michigan in a few months.

Now, sources tell us, Catelynn and Tyler will hash out their problems on the Vh1 show ... about couples whose relationships are floundering.

We're told rapper Chingy, Flavor Flav and Joe Francis have also joined the cast ... with their current significant others.

Sounds like a recipe for ... reality TV.

Courtney Stodden's Husband 'Couples Therapy' Co-Star Calls Him a 'Child Molester'

17-year-old Courtney Stodden's 52-year-old husband is a "child molester" -- at least that's what one his "Couples Therapy" co-stars called him on set last week ... and it's creating massive tensions among the cast.

The show began filming last week -- and sources tell TMZ, when Courtney's husband Doug Hutchison introduced himself to TheDirty.com's Nik Richie ... Richie refused to shake his hand.

According to sources, Richie then called the guy a "child molester" and refused to say another word to him.

We're told Doug was deeply offended by the remark and has been extremely upset since. The standoff has created a rift among the cast.

FYI -- Doug married Courtney in Vegas last year ... when she was just 16. Courtney's mother had to sign a consent form permitting the marriage because Courtney was under 18 at the time.

True fact.
