On "TMZ Live," Harvey and Charles discuss Diddy's associate Brendan Paul facing felony drug charges after his arrest last month.

El socio de Diddy, Brendan Paul, acaba de ser acusado de un delito grave por posesión de drogas y podría significar problemas para el magnate del rap.

Paul, que trabajaba como asistente principal de Diddy, fue arrestado en marzo en el Aeropuerto Ejecutivo de Miami-Opa Locka después de que los federales hicieran una redada en el avión y encontraran cocaína y caramelos de marihuana. Fue detenido y puesto bajo custodia, al mismo tiempo que los federales allanaban las mansiones de Diddy en Miami y Los Ángeles.

El joven de 25 años, que era muy amigo de Diddy y estaba al tanto de sus idas y venidas, se declaró inocente. Su abogado, Brian Bieber, le dice a TMZ: "Trataremos este caso en la sala del tribunal, no en el tribunal de la opinión pública".

Diddy's associate, Brendan Paul, has just been charged with one felony count of drug possession, and it could spell trouble for the rap mogul.

Paul, a former Syracuse men's basketball player who worked as Diddy's main assistant, was arrested in March at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport after feds searched his bag and allegedly found cocaine and marijuana candy. He was arrested and taken into custody, at the same time the feds were raiding Diddy's Miami and L.A. mansions.

The 25-year-old, who was extremely close to Diddy and was privy to Diddy's comings and goings, pled not guilty. His lawyer, Brian Bieber, tells TMZ, "We will be dealing with this case in the courtroom, not the court of public opinion."

A woman got kidnapped in Oregon over the weekend in the middle of the night -- all of which was captured on a doorbell camera ... and thankfully, she's been located and rescued.

Check out this footage that was taken Sunday night in Hillsboro, OR -- where a lady ran up to some stranger's home and tried ringing the doorbell before a dude entered the frame out of nowhere and swooped her up in his arms ... dragging her away as she screamed for help.

It's incredibly dramatic ... and while it might look random, cops are saying it's really not -- as they believe these two people knew each other and that there was some sort of relationship.

Victims of disgraced former Team USA doctor Larry Nassar will receive a massive $138.7 million payout from the U.S. Department of Justice.

The U.S. Department of Justice announced Tuesday they'd be shelling out the huge payment to 139 victims ... all because the DOJ concluded the FBI failed to conduct a thorough investigation of Nassar once the bureau received critical information that could've put a stop to the doctor's horrific acts.

“For decades, Lawrence Nassar abused his position, betraying the trust of those under his care and medical supervision while skirting accountability,” Acting Associate Attorney General Benjamin C. Mizer said in a news release.

Milan Lucic and his wife are officially splitting up ... TMZ Sports has learned Brittany Lucic just filed for separation from the NHL star some five months after the two were allegedly involved in a domestic dispute.

Court records show Brittany submitted the documents on Monday evening ... citing "irreconcilable differences."

She listed the date of their marriage as July 19, 2012 ... and their date of separation as Nov. 17, 2023 -- the day before Milan was arrested for allegedly getting physical with Brittany during a disagreement.

Morgan Wallen's speaking out about his arrest in Nashville ... saying he needed to make some mea culpas before he could put out a statement -- and adding, his tour will go on.

The country star -- who cops arrested after he allegedly threw a chair off a downtown bar's roof -- posted to X Friday, saying he didn't wanna speak out on this until he did a few things first ... including making good with the people he feels he's harmed.

Morgan writes, "I didn't feel right publicly checking in until I made amends with some folks. I’ve touched base with Nashville law enforcement, my family, and the good people at Chief’s. I'm not proud of my behavior, and I accept responsibility."

Alec Baldwin filed a witness list for his upcoming involuntary manslaughter trial, and it includes some "Rust" crew members -- like the recently imprisoned Hannah Gutierrez-Reed.

The actor's attorneys submitted their list to the court Friday, and it's chock-full of potential names they say they might call come judgment day ... everything from actual eyewitnesses to sheriff's deputies, and even experts in relevant fields.

The big name is obviously Gutierrez-Reed ... the "Rust" armorer who was just recently found guilty in her own involuntary manslaughter trial for the shooting death of Halyna Hutchins.

In new photos obtained by TMZ ... Gypsy displays her new porcelain caps, which she got to replace the silver teeth she's had for many years. Witnesses say she was spotted Wednesday at a Walmart in Galliano, LA debuting her new smile.

Remember, several of Gypsy's teeth and salivary glands were removed by her mother, Dee Dee, after she claimed GRB was suffering from tooth decay.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard threw away more than a couple of items in Ryan Anderson's fridge -- she was chucking entire cartons of food, new and old ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Gypsy and her estranged hubby would dine out a lot during their marriage -- but Ryan rarely ate all his grub at the restaurants they'd go to, choosing to take much of it home instead.

We're told him constantly bringing home doggy bags and to-go boxes of chow came to a head at one point before they split -- resulting in their fridge getting packed with a ton of containers ... which we're told really started to pile up.
