Alek Skarlatos Busts His Nose In 'DWTS' Rehearsal

10/12/2015 11:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

The bad luck streak continues ... Alek Skarlatos -- one of the French terror train heroes -- just suffered a broken nose, courtesy of his "Dancing with the Stars" partner.

Our 'DWTS' sources tell us Skarlatos and his partner Emma Slater were in rehearsals Monday morning when she accidentally hit him in the face with an elbow.

We're told medics are at the dance studio right now ... checking him out. Early prognosis is ... it's broken, but he'll have to get x-rays to confirm.

Just last week -- Alek's fellow train hero Spencer Stone was nearly killed when he got stabbed four times in the chest in a bar fight. Also, Alek was supposed to be at Umpqua Community College the day the shooting happened there -- but was at 'DWTS' instead.

Alek visited Spencer in the hospital just this weekend.

10/6/2015 12:40 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

1005-kim-zolciak-tmz-01Kim Zolciak hasn't danced her final dance on "Dancing with the Stars."

We're told the folks at 'DWTS' want Kim back for the season finale next month. The plan is to have her dance in several dances on the final show and all she needs is a green light from her doctor.

We're told Kim's on board, despite being kicked off the show after suffering a mini-stroke that unearthed a heart condition. She's not back to 100%, but she already made it out of the house Sunday to watch husband Kroy play in the Falcons game.

Zolciak was at the bottom of the barrel on the show before her medical emergency. At least one person's rooting for her.

Sources close to Skarlatos tell us he'd already enrolled at Umpqua Community College before accepting the 'DWTS' gig. We're told he had scheduled his classes for Tuesdays and Thursdays this semester, so he's certain he would have been on campus when the shooting happened.

Kim Zolciak Blindsided!! 'DWTS' Pulls the Plug

Exclusive Details

Kim Zolciak got booted off "Dancing with the Stars" Monday night, but she was totally caught off guard by producers' decision to cut her.

Sources closely involved tell us Kim was not given a heads up that she would be cut -- and was only told she needed to Skype in during the show to provide an update on her health.

As we reported ... Kim is still in Atlanta recovering from the mini-stroke (TIA) she suffered last week. We're told she really wanted to dance, and even practiced with her partner Tony Dovolani. Ultimately doctors wouldn't allow her to fly back to L.A.

But rules are rules ... and 'DWTS' says theirs say a competitor must withdraw if he/she has to skip a performance. Kim was hit with that bombshell while Skyping.

There's already a social media push to bring Kim and Tony back next week. We're told Kim is upset producers didn't use a video of her practice session to score her this week ... which they did in the past for Melissa Rycoft in season 8.

Stay tuned ...

As we reported, Kim flew back to Atlanta after last week's show and almost immediately went into the hospital ... she says because of a mini-stroke. We're told she had a heart procedure Friday and was released, but doctors advised her not to do anything strenuous or travel.

We're told Kim will appear on the show via FaceTime. Her long-term prognosis on the show is uncertain.

0925_Kim-Zolciak_HOSPITAL_instagram-2Kim Zolciak's mini-stroke was far more serious than anyone thought ... we've learned she had a heart procedure following the TIA and could have died.

As we reported, Kim had the mini-stroke in Atlanta, hours after appearing on "Dancing with the Stars." She had lost feeling on one side and her ability to speak, but it was only temporary.

Kim has told friends that doctors thought she could be released almost immediately, but a test revealed there was a more serious, underlying heart issue. Doctors kept her in the hospital and she told friends the docs performed a procedure Friday. We do not know the nature of the problem or what doctors did to correct it.

We're told Kim would never have known about the heart issue had she not gone into the hospital for the TIA. And doctors told Kim if the heart problem were left untreated, it could have become life-threatening.

As for Kim's status on "Dancing with the Stars," our sources say it's highly doubtful she'll dance Monday.

We're told Zolciak's partner, Tony Dovolani, has been with Kim in her room, teaching her the moves for Monday night's show.

We're told Kim has not gotten clearance from her doctors to come back to L.A. for the show, but she's proceeding as if that will happen.

Sources connected with the show tell us they've been informed there's a good chance she'll be back.

She credits her family for quickly reacting and getting her help in time.

Kim says she's now 100%.

Andre Berto I Should Be On 'Dancing with the Stars'

9/21/2015 5:40 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Andre Berto isn't reeling over his loss from Floyd Mayweather 'cause he's got his eyes on a new prize -- reality television.

We spotted Berto out in NYC the other day ... and he definitely doesn't have boxing on the brain after dancing around the ring with Floyd ... telling our photog why he DESERVES a shot to be on "Dancing with the Stars."

And if that doesn't pan out -- Andre's got other ideas in mind. Paging Arnold Schwarzenegger ...

Kim Zolciak Loses It On Delta ... After 'DWTS' Fail

9/15/2015 6:18 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
Exclusive Details

Kim Zolciak went nuts at LAX Monday night, claiming Delta was trying to separate her from her luggage -- but the trouble really started when she kinda bombed on 'Dancing with the Stars."

Kim was irate ... it appears she checked in for her flight at the last minute and the ticket agent said it was too late to check luggage.

Kim, who's on "Dancing with the Stars," protested, saying she has a lot of expensive stuff that could get lost. One of her people also went ballistic ... apparently he didn't get a boarding pass.

She went on Twitter to express her displeasure.

0915-subasset-kim-zolciak-twitter-01Kim's people tell us the mix-up was all over boarding passes ... that Delta couldn't find them for her daughter and hairstylist on the 10:10 PM flight. She says they all got re-booked on the 11:45 PM flight, but then her daughter got bumped to the wait list. Kim's rant was effective -- everyone eventually ended up getting on the 11:45 PM.

Apparently the folks at Delta didn't see the 'DWTS' premiere. If they had, they might have expected her to have a short fuse.
