The estranged wife of ex-Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante says she needs $75k a month to keep the luxury train rollin' down the tracks.
Nicole Frusciante says in divorce docs the initial $20,000 payment she got from John doesn't cut it. She says it would be an enormous step down from their life as a married couple, with 3 homes, personal assistants and a private music studio.
Nicole says John has closed the vault on their fortune, leaving her with a bank account of under $30k. She wants access to his loot, which she claims hovers around $14 million.
TMZ broke the story ... the couple filed for divorce in May after being married for nearly 4 years.
Thomas Beatie, aka "Pregnant Man," just finalized his nasty divorce from ex-wife Nancy but only after he agreed to hand over his beloved shark tooth collection.
The couple's divorce had dragged on for years and it was ugly ... they originally separated in 2012 and there's footage of Nancy attacking Thomas, throwing their computer in the pool, and at one point, he claimed she threatened to kidnap their kids forcing him to install a GPS tracker on her car.
In the end, they split most things evenly ... down to the custody of their 3 kids and even decided to forgo spousal and child support checks. But, Nancy was still able to sink one last bite ... demanding that she keep Thomas' prized shark tooth collection.
Thomas tells us he began collecting the teeth in 2006 on the North Carolina shore where he sprinkled the ashes of a deceased girlfriend. He'd collected 72 teeth ... even one from a megalodon.
He says he waved the white flag so the divorce could be over, and now plans on marrying his girlfriend Amber.
More bad news for Brittney Griner's estranged wife Glory Johnson -- she's been officially made persona non grata at the former couple's Arizona home ... despite the fact Glory's pregnant with twins.
TMZ Sports has obtained new court docs filed in the case of the divorcing WNBA stars -- this time, the judge has awarded Griner temporary exclusive use of the home while the couple works to finalize their split.
According to the docs, Johnson must be out effective immediately -- and has to schedule a date with Griner to go back to the home so she can pick up her personal belongings, including clothing, toiletries and luggage.
But there's a huge catch ... Glory must be accompanied by a police officer, to make sure there's no funny business when she gets to the home. Also, she only gets 20 minutes to get her stuff and leave.
As we previously reported, the couple broke up just 28 days after their wedding in May -- which followed a nasty domestic violence incident at the home in which they were both arrested.
Johnson is now pregnant with twins and due in January -- and says she planned the pregnancy WITH Griner ... though Griner hasn't said if she plans to have a role in the kids' lives.
The President of Gabon in West Africa has 2 wives with very different lives ... one who lives in the presidential palace and the other who's on welfare. Guess who's unhappy and wants a divorce?
President Ali Bongo Ondimba lived in L.A. when his dad was the president. He met a woman named Inge in 1991 and married her 3 years later. They had 3 kids and lived lavishly ... private jets, mansions, cooks, the works. In fact, in 2006, Inge was featured on a VH1 show -- 'Really Rich Real Estate' -- where she bid $25 mil on a Malibu mansion.
But then Ali's dad died and he became President of Gabon, which required him to move back to his homeland. Inge followed him but claims her life was a nightmare. She says witch doctors convinced her husband she was crazy and as a result she was beaten, mutilated and kidnapped.
Inge escaped and came back to L.A. Ali got married to another woman and Inge says he completely cut her off financially. Inge says she hasn't received a dime since 2008.
Fast forward to September 2015 ... Inge, who says she's living on welfare, filed for divorce. In the legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Inge says she and her 16-year-old son are living on $524 a month in public assistance.
She's asking for full custody and spousal support.
There's an obvious dilemma -- California courts are going to have a problem getting jurisdiction over the president of an African country.
But Ali may have a problem, too. He married a much younger woman, Sylvia Valentin, and it looks like polygamy may be an issue.
In the docs filed Tuesday, Green checks the box for spousal support ... a move we saw coming.TMZ broke the story ... Green has worked very little since last December when he and Megan were in a car wreck. Megan was not injured but Brian now has a serious medical condition ... vertigo, affecting his balance and ability to work.
Megan is still working on big time movies and has a steady income.
As we've reported this break-up is as amicable as can be -- Brian and Megan are still living under the same roof and co-parenting their sons.
Chris Vance, the star of "Transporter: The Series" is going through a bitter divorce and things have gotten so bad, his soon-to-be ex-wife was granted a restraining order.
According to the docs, Vance's wife Monira Dailly says his drinking has gotten out of control and she fears he will forcefully take their 2-year-old son. Dailly says Chris is verbally abusive -- calling her the "c-word" and a "f**king idiot" in front of their child.
That's not all ... Dailly says Chris has accused her of giving him STDs -- something she says was later proven false.
Dailly was granted a protective order and Chris must stay 100-yards away from her and their son.
Chris says the allegations his estranged wife is making are completely "unfounded and false," and his only concern is that the divorce process does no harm to their son.
Kaley Cuoco seems to be doing just fine after her split with husband Ryan Sweeting ... because she just got a new horse.
Cuoco posted the photo Saturday morning saying, "Welcome to the family, Zaza!" Kaley is no stranger to horses ... she's ridden them competitively in the past, so the new furry friend will come in handy.
And if anyone had any doubts about the split, you'll notice she's sans-wedding ring.
A rep for the "Big Bang Theory" star confirmed to TMZ Friday Cuoco and Sweeting decided to end their marriage but it's unclear if divorce docs have been filed.
There have been rumblings of divorce for months ... something the couple has denied. But today, she has removed Ryan from all of her social media.
A rep for the couple has released a statement, saying, "Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have mutually decided to end their marriage." It's unclear if divorce docs have been filed and who pulled the trigger.
Van Dien filed divorce docs in L.A. earlier this week, citing irreconcilable differences. He and Oxenberg have two daughters ... 14-year-old Amanda and 11-year-old Celeste, and he's asking for joint physical and legal custody.
The "Starship Troopers" star also doesn't want to pay spousal support to Catherine ... who famously starred on "Dynasty" back in the '80s. Casper isn't asking for spousal support either -- so, he's hoping for a clean break. This is the 2nd divorce for both of them.
Oxenberg is real life royalty, sorta. Her mother is Princess Elizabeth of Yugoslavia ... which doesn't exist anymore.
Anthony Anderson is about to be married only on television ... because the "Black-ish" star's wife has filed for divorce.
Anderson's wife Alvina filed the document, citing irreconcilable differences.
The couple was married in 1995 (they were high school sweethearts), and have two children together, ages 19 and 15. She's asking for joint legal custody of the minor and primary physical custody, with Anthony getting "reasonable visitation."
Alvina is asking for spousal support.
This is a little odd ... Alvina lists the date of separation as April 1, 2014 ... that's before "Black-ish" even premiered. It's unclear if she'll lay claim to Anthony's "Black-ish" money.
In addition to the hit ABC show, Anderson also hosts a show on the Food Network, "Carnival Cravings with Anthony Anderson."
