Sources directly connected with
Sandra Bullock and
Jesse James tell TMZ Jesse's kids are living with Sandra.

We're told all three kids -- Sunny, Chandler and Jesse, Jr. -- are all with Sandra.
Our sources say Sandra is not living at her Hollywood Hills home, which has become paparazzi central for more than a week.
One source very familiar with the situation tells TMZ, "It's a positive sign about Sandra's relationship with Jesse." The source would not elaborate.
Stacey Dash from "
Clueless" claims her soon-to-be ex-husband beat her on multiple occasions ... and she got a restraining order against him on the day she filed for divorce.

TMZ obtained the restraining order -- originally signed by a judge January 29 and still in effect -- in which Dash claimed her husband,
Emmanuel Xuereb, hit her in the face, head and body during their two-plus years of marriage ... but she was afraid to report it to police.
Dash, 44, also claims a drunken Xuereb once violently pinned her down to a bed and threatened her, saying it would be the worst night of her life.
Xuereb must stay 100 yards away from Stacey, her two children (neither of whom are his) and the family home. They're due back in court in June.
The
L.A. Dodgers divorce just got even uglier, and this time a TMZ video became evidence against the lawyer Jamie wants to represent her.
Frank McCourt's lawyers went to court today, objecting to
Jamie McCourt's request to bring D.C. attorney
David Boies into the case to represent her. Boies had applied to the court for permission to practice in a California court for this case only.
Frank's lawyers filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- arguing that Boies violated a cardinal rule in the legal profession -- interrogating an
L.A. Dodgers employee, despite the fact that all Dodgers employees are represented by counsel.
Boies grilled a security guard at Dodger Stadium on March 27, when Jamie tried in vain to get inside to move her stuff out of her office. Frank's lawyers say the guard is an employee of the Dodgers, who are represented by counsel and Boies had no right to intermeddle.
Nonetheless, the judge allowed Boies to enter the case. BTW, for whoever ends up paying the legal bill, Boies is
really expensive.
With all the strife in celebrity marriages these days, our sources say the marriage between
Mel Gibson and
Robyn is coming to a very amicable end ... but in reality the pair will be in business long after the divorce is final.

We're told Mel and Robyn have agreed on pretty much every big issue. In fact, it's so smooth, a judge isn't even involved yet. Instead, Mel and Robyn are using lawyers, accountants and business managers to hash out a settlement.
There is one complicating factor: The large majority of the couple's assets are in the form of houses and other non-liquid property. Robyn will get roughly half in the property settlement. The problem is -- property doesn't pay the bills month to month, and it's a bad time to sell.
Nevertheless ... the suits are busy valuing the assets, and we're told everything should be settled in the next two months.
But the divorce won't be the end of their relationship. We're told Mel doesn't have the ready cash to buy Robyn out of Icon Productions, his film company. So the plan is for both of them to stay in business together after the marriage ends.
So it is possible to end a long marriage without going to court every five minutes.
Kate Gosselin's lawyer says
Jon Gosselin and his attorney are "mean-spirited" and "reckless" by suggesting she's become an absentee mom by appearing on "
Dancing with the Stars."

Mark Momjian is reacting to TMZ's story, that Jon and his lawyer, Anthony F. List, will file legal papers asking for primary physical custody of the couple's 8 kids as well as child support.
Momjian says Jon's move is, "downright offensive and outrageous," adding, "Kate has been the primary parent of these kids since they day they were born." Momjian says "DWTS" is not interfering with her ability to parent, and that "she is devoted to her children."
And this parting shot from Momjian: "I can't believe anyone would take their claim serious, but consider what we're dealing with."
Claudia Jordan got married -- and nobody knew it!!! -- but as far as the former "
Deal or No Deal" model is concerned, she wants to erase her nuptials, 'cause she thinks her hubby is a big, fat "fraud."
Claudia just filed legal papers -- obtained by TMZ -- requesting an annulment of her November 28, 2009 marriage to actor/producer/male model
Datari Turner.
In the legal docs, filed on Good Friday, Jordan simply cites "fraud" as the reason for the split ... which occurred three months after they secretly tied the knot.
TMZ spoke with Jordan who told us, "He lied about everything ... he misrepresented himself." In particular, Claudia told us she believes Turner had a secret girlfriend throughout their relationship.
According to the docs, Jordan is also trying to block Turner from scoring spousal support.
Datari's rep could not be reached for comment.

It cost
$26,000 a month to keep
Dennis Hopper alive.
During a court hearing today in his mega-bitter divorce case, Hopper's lawyers explained how the cash-strapped actor was spending a fortune each month to battle cancer and other health problems.
Nonetheless, the judge ordered Dennis to pay Victoria Hopper $8,000 a month in spousal support and another $4,000 a month in child support. But wait, there's more. The judge ordered Dennis to pay more than $9,000 a month in child care and household expenses.
The judge also said, "The best thing for this child is not to have his aunts, uncles and cousins fighting with his mother over this child."
The judge also ruled Victoria can continue living in a guest house on one of Dennis' properties -- and he has to pay for the mortgage.
But Victoria has to pay for half of the upkeep of their horses.
The problems of rich people ...
A moving van was spotted Friday afternoon in front of the home of
Sandra Bullock and
Jesse James.

Here's what went down -- we're told the van pulled up at around 6:45 PM and stayed for about an hour. Two movers moved out a couch, a love seat and tons of boxes.
A man and a woman arrived to the place in a separate car along with the moving van. When they arrived, the movers took something out of the van and put it into the other car. The man and woman packed a few things into their car as well.
Jesse's mom's car was parked out at the house for most of the day, but wasn't there while the movers did their thing.
Tia Carrere has filed for divorce from her husband of 7 years, TMZ has learned.
According to court docs, which Tia filed today -- in person -- at L.A. County Superior Court, Tia has cited irreconcilable differences with her husband, photo journalist
Simon Wakelin.
The couple has a 4-year-old daughter together.
According to the docs, the 43-year-old "
Wayne's World" star is asking for sole physical custody of the child.
Tia has experience with the divorce process -- she split from her first husband, Elie Samaha back in 2000.
Story developing ...
Jesse James is a "broken man" who is trying desperately to save his marriage, according to his lawyer.
Attorney
Joe Yanny says, "This whole thing has destroyed Jesse's entire universe. Right now, he's a broken man."
Yanny says Jesse is still in love with
Sandra Bullock and, "The single most important thing to Mr. James and the children is that the marriage somehow survive."
As TMZ first reported, James is being treated at the Sierra Tucson rehab facility. Yanny cautions people not to assume the treatment is for sex addiction.

That shocking STD accusation in NBA star
Dwyane Wade's divorce is a big nasty lie, according to sworn testimony in legal docs obtained by TMZ.
Siohvaughn Wade has claimed in legal docs the
Miami Heat guard
gave her chlamydia. But during a deposition, Andrea Williams ... a close friend of the Wades -- claimed Siohvaughn told her she contracted the disease from another man.
Williams testified in her depo, Siohvaughn was seeing another man during her marriage -- and claims she was present in 2007 when Mrs. Wade accused the boyfriend of giving her the STD.
But enough about chlamydia. Williams also claims in her depo that Siohvaughn bought a
T-Mobile cell phone for her BF. Dwyane is a T-Mobile spokesperson. Guess who's not making his fave five?
