Dwyane Wade claims his estranged wife intentionally blocked their oldest son from sharing in one of the most precious moments a child can have -- out of spite.
In legal docs filed in Wade's uber-nasty custody fight, Wade's lawyer claims he wanted to take his 8-year-old son to All-Star weekend in Dallas. But Dwyane's lawyer claims Siohvaughn jock-blocked him by throwing a birthday party for the boy in Wisconsin -- 10 days after the boy's real birthday.
According to Wade's lawyer,
James Pritikin, Dwyane actually filed an emergency motion before the game, asking the judge to order his wife to let the boy go to Dallas. But the judge felt the All-Star game was not an emergency.
Sad part of the story -- Dwyane scored 28 points, got the MVP award and led his team to victory. And the boy got a sucky cake in Wisconsin.
Who better to get unwanted marriage advice from than a mistress who had a hand in ruining another marriage.
Sandra Bullock, are you listening?

Tiger Woods' formerly/
partially toothless alleged mistress
Jaimee Grubbs says she can only imagine how terrible Sandra Bullock feels. She's right.
Someone tried to kill
Dennis Hopper -- according to legal docs filed by the actor's assistant -- and the alleged culprit is Hopper's own wife.

Dennis' assistant,
Emily Davis, made the shocking allegation in a declaration filed in Hopper's epic divorce battle with wife Victoria.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Davis claims she and everyone else in the Hopper household were "at the mercy of [wife Victoria's] cruelty" when Hopper had to be taken to the hospital last December -- and added that his wife "was trying to kill him." Emily didn't specify the alleged method of termination.
Davis claims Victoria -- who's been trying to preserve her stake in Dennis' inheritance -- "is a threat to all in the home and has already looted millions of [dollars in] property that is not hers."
Dennis' daughter from a prior marriage,
Marin Hopper -- who's actually older than her stepmother -- also weighed in, calling Victoria's behavior "frightening" ... and accusing her of spreading "slanderous lies" to the media.
UPDATE: Victoria tells TMZ: "Emily Davis' claims are outrageous, horrifying, and not based on facts or reality."
Sandra Bullock spent time in the same rehab facility where
Jesse James is getting help ... but Sandra's stay was strictly for a movie role.

TMZ broke the story Jesse checked into
Sierra Tucson in
Arizona, a facility that treats sex, drug, alcohol and other disorders.
While preparing to shoot the movie, "
28 Days" -- which was released in 2000 -- Sandra spent a few days at Sierra. Her role in the movie: A drunk who was given the choice ... rehab or jail.
James Van Der Beek is one step closer to being a single man ... a single man that has to pay his soon-to-be ex-wife a boatload of money.

Van Der Beek -- who will officially be single June 3 -- has settled up with
Heather Ann McComb, for the price of
$7,750 a month in spousal support.
But it's not all bad. According to docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Beek gets the Hollywood house and all the movies, stories, scripts, screenplays, etc. that he wrote during their nearly seven year marriage.
As we first reported, the former "
Dawson's Creek" star rakes in around $50,000 a month. Take that, Pacey Witter.

TMZ has learned
Jesse James was stopped by the
California Highway Patrol four days ago, and the conversation Jesse had with the officer got very personal -- about his private woes involving
Sandra Bullock.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ James was pulled over last Friday outside of Blythe, California on the 10 Freeway after a CHP officer noticed he didn't have a front license plate and was driving his black Mercedes with tinted windows.
We're told the officer had a 15 minute conversation with James that got very personal. We're told James discussed his marital problems with the officer, who eventually decided to let Jesse off the hook with a warning ... the first break he's caught in 2 weeks.
One source tells TMZ James said he was heading to Arizona to save his marriage, though the source would not elaborate.

Dweezil Zappa's marriage is coming to an end -- but not before he could continue his father Frank Zappa's obsession with giving children ridiculous names.
Dweezil's wife just filed for divorce in L.A. County Superior Court, and according to the documents, she wants Dweez to share joint legal custody of their two daughters:
Zola Frank and
Ceylon Indira.
In the docs, Dweezil's wife of five years --
Lauren Knudsen -- cited irreconcilable differences.
Just to jog your memory, Dweezil's sisters are named
Moon Unit and
Diva.
Kelis just got smacked over a
$5,000 hair weave. Yes folks, 3 zeroes.
Kelis got the weave at a fancy schmancy Santa Monica
salon back in May 2009 but, according to legal docs, the singer never coughed up the dough.
This morning, the stylist showed up for the trial, but Kelis didn't ... so the judge entered a default judgment for the full amount.
No word if Kelis will ask for an extension from the court.
Frank McCourt's lawyer says there's a reason Jamie and her entourage
weren't allowed into Dodger Stadium yesterday -- because "when the circus comes to town, it goes to Staples Center."

Frank and his legal team were leaving court today in L.A., where Frank's bitter battle with Jamie over spousal support continues.
Frank's lawyer said Jamie would have been allowed inside Dodgers Stadium yesterday to clean out her office ... if she wouldn't have made such a spectacle out of it.

Jamie McCourt's lawyers say it's gonna cost her around $9 million in lawyers fees to seal the divorce deal with hubby
Frank McCourt ... and she's already in the hole $800,000, this according to oral arguments in court this morning.

Interesting ... on Saturday, one of Jamie's lawyers,
David Boies, told TMZ Frank's lawyers are charging a lot more. The divorce is expected to cost a total of $19 mil in lawyers fees. If true, we're guessing $9 million is a bargain compared to $10 mil.
The hearing over spousal support continues this AM.
Even though
Tiger Woods' bedroom apparently had a revolving door, you still needed a key to get in ... and TMZ has learned an alleged mistress is about to show off one of those alleged keys on her website.

Sources say
Joslyn James claims to have a room key Tiger left for her at the front desk of a hotel in Chicago -- where he was playing in the 2009 BMW Championship ... which he won.
We're told the room key will be posted today on sextingjoslynjames.com.
Is this just getting plain weird?
