David Hasselhoff's Daughter Strikes Plea Deal in DUI

6/15/2017 10:14 AM PDT

David Hasselhoff's daughter, Hayley, is gonna have to blow next time she wants to get in a car to drive after copping a plea deal in court.

Hayley pled no contest to one count of driving under the influence -- law enforcement sources say she blew .14. As part of the deal, she got 3 years probation, and was ordered to pay a $390 fine ... and she must complete a 90 day alcohol program.

Also, an ignition interlock system will be installed in her car -- meaning she'll have to blow into a breathalyzer for the vehicle to even start.

TMZ broke the story ... Hayley was arrested for DUI in L.A. last month. Cops found her passed out behind the wheel of her Mercedes on a freeway off-ramp.

Cops said the 24-year-old 'Sharknado' actress reeked of booze and bombed a field sobriety test.

Hayley Hasselhoff Nearly Double Legal Limit in DUI

6/12/2017 12:30 AM PDT

David Hasselhoff's daughter, Hayley, has been charged in her DUI case and we've learned her blood alcohol was off the charts.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... Hayley blew a .14 last month when cops found her passed out in her Mercedes on an L.A. freeway off-ramp. The legal limit in California is .08.

As we first reported ... she had to be taken to a hospital before she was booked.

Now, the city attorney has officially charged Hayley, and if convicted she faces up to 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

That sentence is almost unheard of though for first, and even second-time offenders.

Tiger Woods Told Cops He Popped Xanax

6/9/2017 6:34 PM PDT
Breaking News

Tiger Woods told arresting officers he'd taken Xanax the night he was pulled over for DUI ... which has only now been revealed by an unredacted copy of the police report.

In previous police docs, Tiger had copped to 4 other meds -- Solarex, Vicodin, Torix and Vioxx ... which he said he hadn't taken this year. There was no mention of Xanax.

However, the new unredacted document -- first obtained by Golf Channel -- makes it clear ... when the officer asked Tiger if he'd taken any medication he stated Xanax.

It's unclear why that drug was initially concealed in the report, but it helps support Tiger's original statement in which he said he'd had "an unexpected reaction to prescribed medications."

There was no clear danger in combining the 4 drugs originally listed -- however, Vicodin and Xanax is a whole different story. The FDA warns combining Xanax with opiods can result in "profound sedation, respiratory depression, coma and death."

NFL's Jonathan Williams Not Guilty ... In Drunk Driving Case

6/8/2017 1:18 PM PDT

Great day for Buffalo Bills running back Jonathan Williams -- who fought his 2016 drunk driving arrest ... AND WON.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Williams -- a 5th round pick out of Arkansas in 2016 -- was pulled over in Fayatteville, AR on July 14 when cops suspected he had been drinking.

Williams had admitted to drinking a 40 oz. before getting behind the wheel, but refused to take a breathalyzer ... leading to his arrest. He begged cops to give him a pass because he was just drafted into the NFL.

Williams pled not guilty and took the case to trial -- where prosecutors failed to prove JW was driving drunk that night. Why? We're told the lack of a positive blood alcohol test was a factor.

We spoke with Williams' lawyer, Shane Wilkinson, who says, "The prosecution simply didn't have enough evidence to prove he was intoxicated."

"Jonathan is a good person and he is glad this is behind him so he can concentrate on his family and football."

Derek Fisher DUI Crash Photos ... Violent Wreckage

6/6/2017 10:54 AM PDT

Derek Fisher is incredibly lucky to be alive ... judging by the photos of the SUV he wrecked during his DUI crash Sunday morning.

TMZ Sports obtained photos of the wreckage -- which shows smashed out windows on the passenger and driver's side of the 2015 Cadillac Escalade he was driving at the time.

You can also see the airbags that were deployed -- which likely had a role in saving his life.

As we previously reported, Fisher crashed into a rail on the 101 Freeway around 3 AM and flipped the SUV -- while his girlfriend, Gloria Govan, was in the car. Both miraculously walked away with no injuries.

Fisher was arrested for DUI. He later vowed the situation would never happen again.

NY Giants' Roger Lewis Arrested For OVI ... Cops Smell Weed

6/5/2017 7:53 AM PDT

They sent it to a testing lab and will file more charges if it comes back as an illegal substance.NY Giants receiver Roger Lewis was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired over the weekend ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Lewis' 2012 Audi was initially pulled over on June 4 in Reynoldsburg, Ohio for speeding and tinted windows. But during the stop, cops tell us they smelled weed and noticed signs of intoxication.

They asked Lewis to take a breathalyzer test, but he refused.

The 23-year-old was taken into custody around 5 AM on an OVI charge. He was released to a sober friend on his own recognizance.

Lewis -- an undrafted free agent back in 2016 -- was part of Odell Beckham's infamous Miami yacht party with Trey Songz back in January. He had 2 TDs last season.

We've reached out to the Giants and Lewis' rep for comment ... so far, no word back.

Derek Fisher Crashes Car, Arrested for DUI ... Video Shows Wreckage

6/4/2017 10:30 AM PDT
Exclusive Video

3:06 PM PT -- A rep for Derek and Gloria tells TMZ Sports ... "On behalf of Derek Fisher and Gloria Govan, they would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers. They are beyond grateful that they are both okay and that no one else was involved. Both Derek and Gloria are home and ask that you respect their privacy." Derek Fisher was arrested on suspicion of DUI Sunday after crashing his car on the 101 Freeway following a night out at Catch in West Hollywood ... and the wreckage looks gnarly.

Derek's Cadillac flipped over just after 3 AM PT Sunday as he was heading northbound on the Ventura 101 Freeway. His passenger was "Basketball Wives" star Gloria Govan. Neither Derek nor Gloria were injured.

Derek was then arrested and jailed after it was determined he'd been drinking. The car wreck could have been deadly from how badly the car had flipped ... based on video obtained by TMZ Sports.

CHP officials say Derek veered into the paved right shoulder of the 101 just east of the 405 interchange. He collided with the raised concrete curb and guardrail, which flipped his car over once. Luckily, the crash left both Derek and Gloria unscathed.

We got Derek Saturday night leaving Catch at 11:45 PM, but he crashed at 3 AM. He apparently picked up Gloria after dinner, because she wasn't at Catch. He and Gloria have been an open couple since March.

Tiger Woods Struggles with Breathalyzer 'Don't Suck It, Blow Out!'

6/2/2017 5:04 AM PDT

Tiger Woods was still so out of it 2 and a half hours after cops pulled him over for DUI ... he stumbled and mumbled his way through breathalyzer testing.

Police released video of Woods back at the station at 4:30 AM Monday. The woman tasked with testing him had to whistle and wave in Woods' face just to get him to open his eyes. Explaining the steps to take the test wasn't easy either.

Multiple times she has to tell him not to suck, but blow into the tube.

As we've reported ... Tiger ultimately blew .000 -- supporting his statement he was not drinking. However, this video -- just like the images of him attempting field sobriety testing -- makes it clear he had no business being behind the wheel. He says he had a bad reaction to combining prescription meds.

The sole light-hearted moment -- Tiger describing his hair color as "mostly brown and fading and ... brown." Even the cop had to laugh.

Tiger Woods DUI Arrest Video

5/31/2017 3:40 PM PDT

Cops have just released the police video of the Tiger Woods DUI arrest -- showing the golfer zonked out during the stop and bombing field sobriety tests.

The footage was shot early Monday morning from a Jupiter PD dash cam. Cops say Woods was passed out behind the wheel when they approached the car.

He's almost like a zombie in the footage -- swaying, incoherent ... and unable to even tie his own shoes.

At one point during the stop, an officer tells Tiger he smells the "odor" of alcohol on him -- though Woods insists he did not drink. A breathalyzer later showed Tiger's BAC was .000.

The incident took place roughly 8 miles from Tiger's home in Jupiter, FL. An obviously disoriented Woods told cops he believed he was in L.A. ... driving toward Orange County.

Woods insists alcohol was not a factor and blames it on an "unexpected reaction to prescription medications."

Tiger Woods Police Photos Show Car Damage

5/31/2017 1:50 PM PDT

Tiger Woods was left flat on the road before his arrest ... and the pics cops released make that clear.

Tiger's 2015 Mercedes had 2 flats and it's apparent from the photos he was unable if not incapable of driving further than he did.

The car was also damage to the front driver's side bumper and rear bumper. The rear tail light was also out. There were also white scrapes and scuff marks on the rear bumper. Cops say it was all fresh damage.

NFL Lineman David Parry Gets Probation In Drunken Rampage ... Jail Looms

5/31/2017 10:11 AM PDT
Breaking News

The Indianapolis Colts lineman who attacked a taxi cart driver in Arizona and then threatened police just got 2 years probation ... but he still faces even MORE punishment.

As we previously reported, 25-year-old David Parry went on a crazy drunken bender in Scottsdale, AZ on Feb. 25 -- that culminated with the 300-pounder puking his guts out in a jail trash can.

During the incident, Parry allegedly carjacked a taxi cart, drove it around -- and then called police "f**king f**gots," "fat f**ks" and "p**syboy."

The case was divided to be prosecuted in two separate courts.

Maricopa County Superior Court handled 3 of the charges -- including misdemeanor disorderly conduct, robbery and felony attempt to commit unlawful means of transportation.

The other charges, mostly related to the DUI part of the incident, are being handled by Scottsdale City Court.

Today, Parry was punished in MCSC -- getting 2 years probation as part of a plea deal.

He's due in Scottsdale City Court next month and there's a real chance he could get jail time -- since he's been charged with "Super Extreme DUI" ... which carries a minimum 45 day jail sentence if convicted.
